My 5 x Club 3d 7950 cards went from around 2580 to 2620, over 520 pr. card, so i can't complain  Smiley
They are getting hot in this summerweather though, like mining scrypt.

The problem i had earlier with my 5 x 280x elpida rig, seems to be gone after i have used low intensity (-li) settings. The 16 gig memory error is gone and the rig is running stable at last  Smiley
There is no significant speed increase/decrease on the 280x's.

I just used the -a 1 option with my elpida cards. Does not crash unless I load to many web pages or videos. Lowers the speed from 792 to about 760. Really need to get that memory type better optomized and srable.... if thats even possible anyway

Definitely not a good sign for the coin:

care to explain how?
683  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [DSH] Dashcoin (cryptonote coin, true anonymity, automated source code) on: July 11, 2014, 10:58:17 AM
WTS 7m for 0.2 BTC.

No minimum . PM me

way to dump the price lol, dont even have the pataince for an exchange........
684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Newbie here , need advice! on: July 10, 2014, 01:16:22 PM
I use my laptop , I get 40 hash/s.

Well, you should stop before you kill your nice laptop. Buy some ASIC if you are interested in mining.

thats a stupid thing to say, as long as the laptop is kept cool then you have no issues what so ever. that being said i mine with 2 different laptops.
i CPU mine with a toshiba i7 laptop and cpu and gpu mine with a brand new alienware laptop... both the i7 4900 cpu and the nvidia 780 get thrashed out on Cnote coins lol..... never had an issue or an overheat.
685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [DSH] Dashcoin (cryptonote coin, true anonymity, automated source code) on: July 10, 2014, 01:13:18 PM
Are we going to see it on any exchange soon  Huh

give it time lol. or instead of asking here, email an exchange and ask them to list DSH....
686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore XMR/QCN/FCN/BCN GPU Miner v5.0 on: July 10, 2014, 12:23:57 PM
works great on my 6950, from 194 to 330h/s.
brought my 7950's up from 987 to 995h/s
hynix 280x's have no speed increase that i can see
elpida 280x's just crash the driver....

any chance of looking further into elpida cards claymore to see if its possible to increase thier output? my 2 7950's do 995 while my 2 gigabyte 280x's with elpida cant even break 800h/s..........

any news on update or optimizations for you cpu miner?

How to configure for 6950 ? I use version 5.0 (drivers 13-12) only run 270 h/s (core 820,mem 1250).
please help me, thanks !

i had a modded bios so mine runs 6970 specs, with OC values of 925/1425.

cant you guys hold until DSH gets on an exchange lol....... or has the undercutting already begun....
688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | Encrypted Messaging | Privacy | No premine on: July 10, 2014, 04:22:59 AM
the bots are back on MP again.....

despite the volume dropping, there are still a large amount of cinni being scooped up....
689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [DSH] Dashcoin (cryptonote coin, true anonymity, automated source code) on: July 10, 2014, 02:30:53 AM
Just over 60 mil now Shocked

and still climbing...

the big question is, what is going on in the background with development?
691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [DSH] Dashcoin (CPU-mining, true anonymity, automated source code) on: July 09, 2014, 01:05:55 PM
i have a question for the dev.

why make a cryptonote coin with such a large number amount mineable, when you can only send tiny amounts to exchanges etc...?

I see it the other way - exchanges have to adapt to the coins, not the coins to the exchanges. If an exchange supports Bytecoin it will support Dashcoin with no problem

thats not what i mean lol. you can mine millions a day easy no doubt. what iam talking about is cnote coins, when attempting to send coins from wallet to exchange like with XMR you can generally only send 5 coins at a time.... when you have say 500k being able to send such a low amount will take a long time to empty ones wallet. thats what i was more asking about the higher number of mineable coins....

You can send bigger amounts both for XMR and Dashcoin and every other coin. For example i have sent 1000 XMR or millions of DSH with no problem...

The problem was with the pools paying tiny amounts, dust, and if you had much dust you couldnt sent all of it at once. This problem has been fixed now with pools paying 0.1XMR minimum. The other coins didnt have this problem because diff never went up enough and miners could mine coins easier with less dust.

ah i see, ty for explaining that for me.

695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Aeon coin - CryptoNight - CPU only on: July 09, 2014, 11:27:11 AM
Hi everybody,

I wanted to start discussion about future expected AEON pricing.
Code-wise AEON is same as Monero, it's scarce and you need 10 khs to produce 500-600 coins per day.
This means you spend serious amount on hw resources and power so in regards to that I'd expect price around 0.001 BTC maybe more.

Swaphole trading volume is small and I believe right now is the best time to buy AEON for ridiculously low prices. Can others share thoughts on price expectations when coin hits large exchanges?

I think your expectations are quite off. Have a look at QCN and BBR, both are well below .001 and use the same algo, crypto night. Moreover, both QCN and BBR are here way longer and have build a community of decent proportion. BBR for example made a GUI wallet and helped monero with several bugs. Now, I do own around 3000 ACN, so you could imagine I would love to see a price like that. However, I do not think its feasible until we really create added value to this coin.

One last remark, a shitload of coins have been mined so far. If this coin is to be listed on a bigger exchange like POLO, a lot of these coins will be dumped.

i would tend to agree, massive dumping will happen. expected price to be around the 10k sat or lower for awhile yet. atleast you cant send large quantitys. so dumping will take some time.... might get lucky to see QCN prices for alittle bit.
696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore XMR/QCN/FCN/BCN GPU Miner v4.2 on: July 09, 2014, 06:35:30 AM
any dashcoin support comming?

We must wait for Claymore 's help.

XMR, BCN, ..., Aeon hash rate is to high to mine for good profit. We need to mine in dashcoin cryptonote with the hope that higher profit.

aeon has no real profit until it gets on a real exchange lol....
697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore XMR/QCN/FCN/BCN GPU Miner v4.2 on: July 08, 2014, 03:53:16 AM
I do not know why, my 7970 graphics card than 280X speed is much higher, which is illogical and unscientific. 280X is not optimized yet?
PS: 7970 450H, 280X 370H

comes down to memory type.
hynix 280x does 525h/s
elpida 280x does 370-390h/s

OK gaga multipool does not pay even close to worthy of mineing.... 200ghs mined 99 cinni in just over 24 hours......

cinnipool.co same length of time with 200ghs mined 237 cinni.....

Cinnipool.co please come back, atleast miners where getting paid better and correctly........ gagapool sucks ass bigtime...
699  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | Encrypted Messaging | Privacy | No premine on: July 07, 2014, 01:54:07 PM
can the owner of http://www.cinnipool.co/ please bring it back online.... was a far better multipool and one that actually payed well..... pleaseeeeee Smiley

Consider to join http://gagapool.pw... great pool and informative/talkative pool owner on IRC.

iam already on that pool. how ever last shift it sent me a whole 33 cinni..... compared to cinnipool.co i was makeing that and more at times every 3 hours....... and that was with 1 sha miner at 200ghs

Claymore: can you add a manual intensity variable? Or is it too much of a hassle or hard to fine tune?

Yes I will add it in next update (1-2 days).

any news of any speed optimizations with the next update at all?
