2881  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Cock Fighting on: September 28, 2019, 07:06:26 PM
Cock fighting is the only game which i believe has the 50- 50% fair change of wining No interference from outside. I enjoy seeing the people screaming and cheering for cocks to win.

I feel bad when cocks kill each other with the blade in their claws.
You are right this do really have that 50-50% chance of winning yet you do only have two options of choosing a fighting cock.
For more "sabong" definition and its history then its really worthy to read up this this article http://www.stuartxchange.org/Sabong
It might be brutal on your own sight but for the people who do have this kind of hobby or gambling activity doesnt really care at all.
That is Really bad that brutal word, but that is the fact here. Animal cruelty is strictly prohibited in some countries. There are laws about animal cruelty. A rooster was born to fight and only know how to fight, that is gamblers find a way how to make odds regarding the matches. Online cockfighting is quite interesting but as what I have seen the reply above that is true, we can't assure the provably fair of that game. This good stuff was given too much fun.
2882  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy now or wait for Bitcoin? on: September 28, 2019, 06:49:01 PM
Hi all,

I want to invest some money in Bitcoin (long term investment)
It's better wait the next fall down (like the situation on December/January), or buy now?
Otherwise fixing a target for example 7000 or 8000 $ and buy in that moment?

Thank you in advance for your suggestion
Let me ask you first, do you know to speculate when the bitcoin price dump? If yes, you can fix your target buying at a lower price of Bitcoin.
The market price is unpredictable and we don't know what will happen next, you have been answered your question of saying you are a long term holder. Yes, you can invest any time but just keep holding if you don't see your profit was there. Those people who are investing bitcoin in the long term may know how Bitcoin works.
2883  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can more ATM's increase adoption for Bitcoin? on: September 28, 2019, 06:37:29 PM
My answer is Nah, I won't buy bitcoin on ATM machine that I know there is someone wall eye watching me(CCTV camera).
The transaction fee on ATM machine is quite high and almost the same in the exchange rate. So I will rather choose a very convenient way of buying bitcoin on the internet compared to ATM machines. I don't see any significant reason in increasing adoption of bitcoin by using ATM.
However, it will lead to having exposure on bitcoin and probably time to time it will increase users and holders in Bitcoin.
2884  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Trusted escrow on: September 28, 2019, 06:25:44 PM
The seller proposed me to use SafepayBTC.net, unfortunatly is a third party vendor so I can’t use a forum member as a escrow... anyone knows something about safepaybtc.net?? Thanks you very much
Based on my quicked research so far so good but if you are going to ask me I won't trust a website that offers escrow because we don't know their trust issue. You can refer on this link I saw a link that gives a review on SafepayBTC.
https://www.scamadviser.com/check-website/safepaybtc.net --> probably manipulated reviews.
https://www.reddit.com/r/onions/comments/c6hgwi/trinixy_scams_with_safepaybtcnet_escrow/ --> scam accusation against them.
I did not found issues regarding them here on this forum.
2885  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Choose Lottery Instead Of Anything Else? on: September 28, 2019, 06:11:09 PM
I do not understand how can insurance be compared with lottery. Even though insurance claims are less but the one taking insurance has piece of mind for those who take insurance.
Sorry for the interfere but what is the insurance you mean? It makes no sense because you don't understand. (don't spam dude)
Gambling lottery is probably a low chance of winning, but there are gamblers who are still looking to it because you can wager at the cheapest price of tickets that you can buy. I personally don't like on this lottery, even here in my country I don't gamble how much more on the internet we don't know what is provably fair for them. However, if you feel that you have a sign of good luck then buy tickets on the lottery.
2886  Economy / Gambling / Re: [ANN] iScratch.it - Scratch for bitcoin on: September 28, 2019, 05:07:10 PM
rijaljun> Looks weird how? What browser are you using? Microsoft browsers are not supported which is clearly indicated on the page. The short link earns you a ticket. If you win, you can opt to either withdraw your winnings or buy new tickets.
I don't see how it can be made any simpler. Click button -> click link -> follow link -> scratch card -> profit...

did anyone already won from your website? because i just try to scratch for a few times but i never get a profit
Maybe you need to cratches more tickets and have a chance of winning. Why it leads me to exi.io link and saying click the button and download Adblock to see all casino's ad. To be honest it looks like we feel having doubt when it comes to downloading not well-known link.
It's sound interesting because there is a free scratch but I am disappointed because it leads me to other sites. I guess it needs more development. However, welcome to the gambling community.
2887  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Important Is It To Create An Announcement Thread For New Startup? on: September 28, 2019, 06:13:08 AM
~snip~
Yes it is, creating an Announcement thread here in bitcointalk have been one of the tasks of every startups in crypto industry must do. They have to announced to the whole bitcointalk community that their project is already live to get some supporters all around the world. And making an announcement first before the bounty is the steps you must do.
Well right, from the word ANNouncement thread where you can find the latest activity happen. This is the right place that you can always give an update to investors or the community here about your project. Bitcointalk forum is very well known and that also gives an exposure to their brand name. Through ANN thread the update information given was organized well and you can also know some users feedbacks and suggestion in improving your project.
2888  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are You Doing This? on: September 28, 2019, 05:41:28 AM
No, i never shared that kind of information to my family but i have a file in my flashdisk and there are so many information about private key, passphrase, password and else inside. I don't share it to my family because most of my family don't know what is crypto and how it works, but i told my family if something bad happens, go look into my flashdisk.
We're almost the same but I shared only in my wife, she knows everything I have and I don't have a plan to keep any secret to her. I saved all my assets details of a flash drive and I put also a password on it. My wife knows where I kept and she knows also how valuable that thing. I do that because we never know in the futures happen, there's possible that we can't avoid and that is sudden death. All your crypto asset will be lost if you did not tell anyone that close to you.
2889  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many gambling sites are you playing and do you use the same strategy on: September 28, 2019, 05:23:26 AM
I often play auto bet on dice games in Windice, Stake, and Primedice using the same strategy on different gambling sites and it doesn't work better, nothing is different. Only luck can change the results.
Because dice feature game is based on luck and this is the fact. I'd used also two different dice gambling sites that are Windice and Mintdice.
I just found out that there is no strategy that you can apply, the house edge will always win against the gambler. I lose all my fund deposited there but luckily they had a faucet and even in the chatbox you can receive reward and I continue rolling my dice. Better to stick on one gambling site so that you can focus on discovering technique on how possible you can defeat house edge.
2890  Economy / Speculation / Re: Day Trading for a Living? on: September 28, 2019, 05:07:30 AM
Daily transactions are difficult, and need a lot of skill. They need to constantly collect information and learn to read price charts. I used to be a daily trader, but I had a big loss so now I switch to long-term sending, hopefully in the future I will get profit.
I personally don't support spending much time on trading but daily or long term form of trading won't yield better income if the trader is not diversified with his trading research and investment because the crypto market momentum is not stable and can pose any trend at any giving time.
That is right, day trading will cost too much time to spend and that is very stressful work. I can't consider this is worth having a source of income for living. The market is very volatile any time it will pump nor dump. Why not find a job for your living to have a stable source of income and you know you will never be an experienced failure. I'd rather to invest long term and hold than to work in daily trading, it is very risky due to unpredictable market.
2891  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Escrow and how to trust them on: September 28, 2019, 03:27:59 AM
This might sound a bit off-topic, but don't you guys think that some of the other online business escrow services could start including Bitcoin? Such as for example Escrow.com. They have a good reputation and a service like theirs could add up some more income from Bitcoin escrow deals.
It depends on their recent transactions have, we can base on that trust issue. If you are outside of this forum you can use another service of escrow but if here in the forum I would rather choose those trusted people and already held thousands of bitcoin as an escrow service. On the internet, it is really hard to trust 3rd party people that you can trust to hold a fund, unless if they had a good feedback and very popular in this forum. There are a lot of trustworthy users here that we may use as an escrow as what had given link escrow list on the first page.
2892  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Halving Countdown and Other Data on: September 28, 2019, 03:18:59 AM
Are you sure guys that halving will pump btc?
Look at ltc nothing has changed
We can only hope and I too believe that it is just the believe of the people that mining will help bitcoin price increase in 2020 and not because we are completely sure, many of us speculates a lot and we just speculate what we fell will be good for people and would change their mentality toward it.
I am excited when the next halving comes, by the way, I believed that this halving bitcoin will pump. Many speculators showing their Technical Analysis the possible outcome of this next halving. Base on my understanding LTC was a great follower of bitcoin when bitcoin moves upward litecoin will do the same. The best thing to do that brings profit is to hold long term until the halving will come. Thatis pretty sure that halving was happening at the date that we expected.
2893  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the dangers inside cryptocurrency investing on: September 28, 2019, 02:43:35 AM
Friendly advice that doesn't take a loan if you are planning to invest in bitcoin. Just use your personal savings either but those you can afford to lose. This is sort of gambling because your capital may put in risk while investing but as long you can patiently wait your investment capital will be fine. Choose good potential coins to invest not just a random that you like, remember always that Do Your Own Research first before going to invest. People must understand how the market works and willing to wait until your profit was there.
2894  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Be careful of Bitcoins giveaways that are too good to be true on: September 27, 2019, 10:07:49 PM
That is good to know that you bring a head up here, upon searching the site it is totally shut down. They abandoned already and running the investors money and this is not a giveaway. "HYIP Ponzi scheme group", no one fool at this if you are old here in the forum. Most likely their victims are those greedy people and those innocent people/a newbie in this crypto space. I remember this before when I also a newbie, who's familiar with Aurora Mining investment? They are the same process of scamming.
2895  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Money is Dirty Money on: September 27, 2019, 09:55:19 PM
If you are a worker and will play against other workers, then your money is clean. if a thief takes the money he steals and goes to play against person X and person X doesn't know that the money from the thief is dirty and person X wins the game and automatically gets the money of the thief, the money that person X win It can't be considered dirty. because person X made the money honestly and didn't know what the thief was doing. Many religious people don't have any morals to criticize gambling, I honestly don't see why we still have to follow certain laws and certain religious things. There are many things that need to change because they no longer make any sense.
That good analogy, money did not call dirty as long as this is come from in illegal way of earning. There are religion group that strictly prohibited gambling but if you are a member here don't encourage your self to gain profit in gambling instead, respect them and accept what is the law. However, AFAIK there are gambling sites that have a charity program that helps those are in need. So, I think there's no reason why the money that comes from gambling is dirty. The only dirty money is come from those who are making illegal transactions and make money.
2896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: More Money,More Problems:Can We Really Trust Facebook to “Fix” Digital Currency? on: September 27, 2019, 09:39:02 PM
[snip]
What did you think about Facebook coin did you think it's our next digital currency
Well, probably you are talking about Libra coin which is recently launched by the Facebook company. Yes, it is a part of digital currency and also they had used blockchain technology like Bitcoin and Ethereum. But this digital currency is different from cryptocurrency because it is regulated by the owner. But how could you fix this? this is a stable coin and this is not like crypto, it seems you are using fiat but on the internet.
I think that was the OP means, Libra is a facebook idea and they had created a digital coin. This is a payment processor, fin-tech and telecom providers. This stable coin you may use in sending money with Whatsapp and messenger apps, you can able to send currency across the world and like cryptocurrency it is also decentralized. I will agree that this sill is our next trusted digital currency aside from bitcoin which not stable but yet a highly volatile price. Easy and reliable to use.
2897  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many times have you gone against majority on: September 27, 2019, 02:04:53 PM
If we feel that the team we pick has a great potential to win even it has against the majority, then, go on.
Just follow your gut, right? Who knows, it might be the one that'll lead you to the jackpot. Grin
There are sometimes that the majority of having huge picks in odds will usually win the match. If you had a strong feeling that the team you had pick will good you can probably against the majority picks. There is a high percentage like sports betting is based on luck because still, this is unpredictable during the match. It is a good move if you have research first the team before having a bet and decide which better team and not only relying on the majorities choice.
2898  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Believe That It's A Fix on: September 27, 2019, 01:44:54 PM
First of all it's an unknown guy. Any guy could come up to you and blabber anything. Why would i put my money on some random guy's suggestion. For all i know it's just a way to manipulate the people's bets. Or that person may have other reasons why he did that. Bottomline is, there's no reason why i would trust someone who randomly comes up telling me where to place my bets.
This is the first thing comes up in my mind, "unknown guy". So, your friend listens to that unknown guy and had a quick changing of mind?
I do have my own research and I think I don't listen to anyone as long as I had decided already which team to pick my odds. You can decide on your own and did not listen to anyone saying. Because sometimes you will feel regret once you did not follow your own pick rather than following others advice.
2899  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Regret In Changing A Bet Have You Experienced on: September 27, 2019, 04:25:32 AM
Because you have a hesitation while picking an odds to bet. Regret has always happened if you are always like this, just focus on what you have been made decisions. If you are losing by having a wrong pick, just move on and accept those things. Instead, you can learn on that way to avoid possible mistakes in the future bets.
2900  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♨️🎲 WINDICE.io 🎲 0.3 BTC Wagering Contest 🔰 Progressive Faucet💰 Jackpots 🎁❤ on: September 27, 2019, 04:18:50 AM
I received an email yesterday about the wagering contest, it looks like very interesting to hunt the prize pool because it is quite big for me. Good luck to those who participated, I will compete with you all and I will try to hit the higher wager. Even I am in a 3rd place it would be fine.

About the ongoing wagering contest, if the contest ends is there any chance this contest will be run again?
Don't be hurry my friend, let just wait the contest end and then wait further anouncement after this contest. For sure there will be.
