2141  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Exchange.blockchain Account on Hold after deposit on: April 05, 2020, 03:34:25 PM
I assumed that OP now resolved the problem, sometimes the blockchain web wallet has a delay of receiving Bitcoin. Have you tried to click the "refresh" button there? I used this sometimes but so far I don't have a problem though it is not highly recommended.

No one can help you here OP, you can contact always their customer support for your queries.

Next time, please show a transaction hash so that we can give more advice. Sometimes there are too many instances that other cases may accidentally use a phishing link of blockchain.com.
2142  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Make your donation against COVID-19 on: April 05, 2020, 03:18:23 PM
Nowadays there are too many impersonators or let us say this word, "scammers". How could we trust you even your Bitcoin address show only 7 transactions made and it is zero balance as of now and you have said your company founded 2013. Maybe this kind of charity should have proof and must be verified from your country.

See? No one even agrees with your intention here in the forum because most of them witnessed different fraudulent issues here, they had experienced the same cases like this. Even your intention is good but you did not have the credibility to run a service like this is useless.
2143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is why I sold my 0.67 BTC!! on: April 04, 2020, 04:29:51 PM
That is the reason why markets start dropping when there is pandemic start spreading all over the world. It really causes a damage to all stock in the market even traditional stocks and crypto market stock are also been affected. I understand people pulling their valuable assets and turn it into cash to buy food, toilet paper, and disinfectant to fight pandemic COVID-19 during a lockdown that nobody can go outside because they are afraid of. I completely understand what OP's sentiment and we are all praying at this time and help ourselves self to safe while we are staying at home.
2144  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: an important reminder : accumulate bitcoin. on: April 04, 2020, 04:04:48 PM
I agree on the long term purpose of holding, we should understand the demand and supply that makes Bitcoin price pump. Every now and then, many people were getting in touch with Bitcoin and starting adopting it. Of course, they will invest too and hold some. When the massive adoption will start it will surely pump anytime. So, just invest in what you can afford but not rely on it for your monthly allowance or maybe paying monthly bills.

20 years is too far but this is a good time when you are aiming for a high profit on Bitcoin. Accumulating as of now is the best opinion and I agree with what OP's said. Newbies should understand this.
2145  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: YouTube continues to ban crypto content on: April 04, 2020, 02:17:33 PM
This is a sort of cleaning the entire community of youtube. Those deleted videos are maybe nonsense/pointless or just a scam project service to have their own benefits just like what happen to this coronavirus token project that fooled many people. Sometimes there are many toxic in a community that should be cleaned. Video creators should understand the youtube community guidelines and basic strikes and that is the reason that their video is safe for vanishing.
2146  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Suspicious Bitcoin escrow site on: April 04, 2020, 01:19:51 PM
What makes you lead posting this possible scam escrow site on this Bitcointalk forum. Let us just assume that you already know here so I guess an escrow service offered here is much more reliable than accepting services to unknown websites. But fortunately, you have nothing to lose because of your doubt that they are a scam.

Good thing you have been track down the past transactions of escrow service wallet. This may advisable to anyone to have research first before using the site.
2147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: cost of making gambling casino? on: April 03, 2020, 04:42:54 PM
It depends upon which kind of feature gambling casino you will try to build. If there is a bankroll in gambling platform you want to build, for example, a dice gambling game. There's should be a big amount of BTC under bankroll, it's quite a big amount and it is very crucial when you are starting because might your investment will be lost once it is a failure.

I can't give exact amount of cost but at least you will prepare your self to that and make sure your team is ready before starting to the gambling business gambling industry.
2148  Economy / Economics / Re: Repeating the Mistakes of the 2008 Bailout on: April 03, 2020, 03:33:49 PM
The year 2008 all stock market has been crushed and maybe the reason why bitcoin was created after years come but it's not sure because many people believe different theory as bitcoin made for hacker so no one can trace them and some people believe that bitcoin was created so people can do money laundering or for those who don't want to pay tax. We should be thankful to Satoshi Nakamoto of what he/they created that until now it has existed over a years and this is a good alternate to fiat.

Maybe if Bitcoin was fully controlled by the government, it is now a worldwide use. But the fact, even them they think that this is a big threat to them. Decentralized digital currency really has great help when the economic crisis down. Maybe not repeating the mistakes, another reason might coincidence.
2149  Economy / Economics / Re: Pandemic Coronvirus Impact On Global economy on: April 02, 2020, 05:23:36 PM
This pandemic COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the global economy, it was shaken all over the world and we are all experienced an economic crisis. The world stock price has been decreased and the cryptocurrency market is not exempted. If you mean that the solution is to use crypto because it is decentralized nature I think you are wrong. If you have seen it is also affected and the price was down.

As of now, Crypto is no use since all kinds of businesses have been closed due to lockdown implemented by the government. But maybe in the future because we experienced this now.
2150  Economy / Economics / Re: What China is hiding from us and are they doing it to save their economy? on: April 02, 2020, 04:45:38 PM
Just friendly advice, you can edit your post reply in at once and don't make double replies in one row. Because it looks like you are spamming your own thread. And this is also a part of forum rules.
32. Posting multiple posts in a row (excluding bumps and reserved posts by the thread starter) is not allowed.
I hope it makes sense now.

Back to your topic, I don't who is going to blame about this pandemic virus that was made by China, people there? Or maybe they are also a victim here. We don't know the real reason behind the scene who is manipulating and cheating but let just assume that it is a calamity and we are all victims on this COVID-19 that keep spreading. There is hiding or none, we should secure of self and stay safe of the sid decease.
China's government is very clever when it comes to the economy but we can't accuse them right at this moment.

2152  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you read about crypto? Favorite sources? on: March 31, 2020, 02:30:12 PM
~snip~
Just out of curiosity... Where do you read about crypto?
What is/are your favorite source(s)?
When I was here in the forum and it was introduced my classmate in college. On this forum, it was sharpened my mind on how crypto and blockchain technology will work together. And in the next few months, I saw that also Bitcoin ads in my Facebook account.
You forgot adding Facebook social media, this is very common here in our place than twitter or Reddit.
I used my Bitcointalk and Facebook account to find information about crypto but sometimes I don't trust Facebook there are a lot of scammers there.
2153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: March 31, 2020, 05:36:04 AM
Okay! Casinos are closed, what will players do? They could bet on crypto online games, TV and the internet is the medium of entertainment now. Hopefully they could win some cryptos, then they would go trading and the crypto ecosystem grows a bit. In Quarantine time by Covid19.
Particularly I do remote work and I am betting that Bitcoin price increases. Smiley
In my mind, people are now practical. They don't want to spend their money or even pulling out their Bitcoin asset and gamble. They save their money for buying food and toilet paper when they are out of stock. We are all affected by this pandemic, global finance was suffered and cause of the global economic crisis. Maybe spending money or risking money right at this moment is not a good idea. You can enjoy your self by watching TV or playing online games while at home.

2155  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading vs. Investing. on: March 30, 2020, 12:59:20 PM
Trading is a risk. It's always stated only risk what you can afford to lose  Grin else you could put money in mutual funds. But even mutual funds are risky. So why not take some more risk and earn more profits which in trading could be earned if good techniques are used.
Correct, trading is just like gambling. It is very risky but if you know how to manage your risk it is also profitable tough.
For now, while the crypto market suffers the sudden dump, I much prefer to HODL my bitcoin for the long term investment. It is the best time to invest and accumulate more than you can afford. Because you can't earn investing in Bitcoin in a short period of time. It needs to have patiently wait.
2156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are having the difficult time, are you still a Bitcoin HODL? on: March 30, 2020, 12:34:37 PM
To tell you frankly I already sold half on my investment because I'm of lack financial support. The other half I try it to hold as much as I can. Not all people are rich while holding their Bitcoin asset, most of them are now worried about this global economic crisis. I hold half of my investment because I believed that right after halving will happen the market price will grow and if I have found a way to have money I will invest it back again at a cheaper price.
2157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The success of a project is not the responsibility of bounty hunters alone on: March 30, 2020, 11:48:34 AM
Many blame the bounty hunter when the price falls after the initial listing even though the bounty reward is usually given more than 30 days after listing. Bounty hunters are always blamed, even though bounty hunters only help promote token sales
It's obvious that bounty hunters are also a cause of dump after listing. Because the reason is they are joining bounty to earn and after that, they don't care about the project. But on my own, it depends on the project that I promoted, because I know how potential they are because from the start I was there promoting them. It is all on the project owner, they can able to have to buy back to maintain their coin price up not become dump because of bounty hunters.
2158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you gamble right after coronavirus outbreaks? on: March 30, 2020, 09:04:48 AM
I will not, you can gamble anytime as if everyone's in lockdown so why wait until the virus' cooldown? It might be sound odd for some and I don't intend to create a debate about religion versus atheism. But I'll go to church after all of this are gone.
You may laugh at me but I think it's what I need and what I have to do.
Good point, anytime we can gamble online even there is a pandemic outbreak. But that is not necessary as of now because we are facing serious problem globally. We can pray our own and stay at home, lockdown or even home quarantine you can't able to go outside and going to church. Let's pray together that this coronavirus will go away and get rid of. Gambling is always there anytime.
2159  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Finding the best cryptocurrency exchange to trade on - What is your top pick? on: March 27, 2020, 06:13:08 PM
Decentralized exchanges have a long way to go. It's a shame that most traders still prefer to surrender their identity and risk their funds on centralized exchanges. Let us see if there will be changes when regulators clamps down on these exchanges.
Because traders as of now prefer trading volume, large transaction volume means there is a high chance that you are quickly execute trading if there are many pairs to trade. It is good to trade in the decentralized exchange when it comes to avoiding KYC but if you see traders didn't most active. If I am going to choose, I will go to the Binance exchange. They are the most popular exchange platform now and I think that is the best cryptocurrency exchange to trust with.

If someone having difficulties with looking exchange whether it is DEX or CEX. Look at this thread, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2906237.0.
2160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and illegal activities on: March 25, 2020, 04:41:47 AM
I think not the only Bitcoin is involved in illegal activity, you also consider that fiat can be used for illegal activity and both of them are prone to these crimes. Not Bitcoin was involved to scam as we see on data that it was a huge number of cases, I think those scam projects like last year that almost ICO's projects turn to scam. But how sad that it was affected by the name of Bitcoin.
