2302  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin hit 15K in 2020? on: January 08, 2020, 11:50:17 AM
It's very timely to discuss this things now that bitcoin is bullish.

The answer is simply yes, why? because we had achieved that price before, there's no reason we will not achieve that price again.
What I really believe is that bitcoin will recover at the right time and will create a new all time high and I'm thinking that this year has a big possibility.
Of course, we are always on the positive side since we are crypto enthusiasts. I believed that bitcoin will reach on that price this year may be in the last quarter of this year. But this speculation will remain speculation, we really dont know what will possibly happen to Bitcoin price.
In short, it's an unpredictable thing. We should be always prepared on possible bull run and accumulate while holding is the best decision as of now.

2304  Economy / Gambling / Re: Profitable Poker Bot ready for use ! on: January 08, 2020, 10:50:01 AM
~snip~
Or Op could get a month loan and prove to us the bot works. He/she should be able repay the loan easily with a pretty good profit if the bot truely works . I doubt he can afford to take such risk.
This is what we are doubted here, why he wanted to sell the bot if OP can gain profit on this. Aside from that, this is a part of cheating on a system of gambling platforms. We should not bypass what the system has just played with fair to your opponent if you are playing poker game which is for I will consider that poker game is based on skills. Showing proof will become tempted to gamblers and probably purchase of what Op's said, but when it comes to us, no way.
2305  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to read trading charts? on: January 06, 2020, 11:44:28 AM
If you want to read trading charts, study the basic parts of the candlestick first. Learn how to identify the open and closing price of a coin. After you learn the basic parts of the candlestick, you should learn the basic patterns of a bullish and bearish movement so you can have an idea on what are the possible outcomes. You should do it, step by step and always take your time.
I agree, there are too many videos and blog that study on the reading chart you can simply google it and you will find the right answer. Reading trading charts is very important because in this way you can able to have fundamental and technical analysis on your own without relying upon other's work. E-toro exchange platform allows newbies to copy/paste the work of expert traders maybe this will help you to start with. But to start the amount that you can afford to lose.
2306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker talk - Specifically Hold'em - Hands and or strategy on: January 06, 2020, 11:36:42 AM
I still considered poker game is based on luck game, because when you have received cards in your hand try not to over-analyze everything when you are in a table. Because probably opponent players will find tricks in doing something stupid and for sure you could ever come up with on your own.

Yeah, it takes time but dont be afraid to bet a strong hand on the river that isn't the nuts just like a set when the flush hits, as you can almost always fold with confidence in your self to a check raise.

Nice thread op, I want to learn more on hand strategies.

2308  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: History of Cryptotalk campaign on: January 06, 2020, 07:03:24 AM

I do not think that the decision to pay for posts from 101 was wrong or abuse.
It was when they start paying from lower number of posts that Cryptotalk was one big spam incubator.

It was easy to see how things would turn out by not implementing a threshold. Like you said, back when I browsed CT, most posts were at at least 100 chars.

But with the current state, there's a better control over the spamfest.
People stay there just because of the rewards, even they paid for the spam post as and it's definitely doesn't make sense the content in every topic had.

At least, CT knows now how it feels the forum that has a full of spam feast as what they did here in Bitcointalk before.

2310  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Gambling on Mobile Devices on: January 04, 2020, 05:45:03 PM
If you happen to know of good Android apps which allow you gamble with crypto, please let me know. Also, feel free to share your experience when gambling using a mobile device. Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Smiley
I'm surprised nobody mentions Swcpoker (https://swcpoker.eu/). I think they are one of the major Bitcoin poker house. They have oth pc and Android apps. The computer (PC and Mac) versions are great, no doubt about it. The Android apps is also decent, it works, but the UI could really be improved. They don't require KYC or any of that bullshit, straight up deposit with Bitcoin and play. That's what I like about them.
I agree on this gambling platform, after reading the OP post I thinking this gambling platform to suggest but unfortunately, I am bit late.
Buy you guys why prefer to gamble using app or even in a mobile phone. I dont like a small screen and probably zooming in and out which makes you typically error sometimes. Use PC and Mac is I think you will comfortable to play gambling.
2311  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is buying Bitcoin in Iran? on: January 04, 2020, 05:15:20 PM
Probably government itself using bitcoin to buy weapons in other countries and some rich people reserve their money into Bitcoin because it is safe to store wealth. Based on this statement on the article,
"Bitcoin is trading at nearly $24,000 in the USD equivalent of Iranian Rials on LocalBitcoins today. It's unlikely those purchases are paying for the Iranian military's response. Instead, it might be innocent (and desperate) Iranians looking for a way out of the coming chaos." source: .
That was clear that the government of Iran is preparing for possible retaliation.
2312  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will be main currency during WW III, and back to $20k ? on: January 04, 2020, 04:47:40 PM
Rich people can easily migrate from the country of Iran without handing their currency money, probably those people in IRAN was getting ready for possible WW3 and buying bitcoin and easy for them to cash out when they are in other countries. But sadly, those poor people will remain there and there's nothing they can do is to wait what will the decision of their government.
2313  Economy / Speculation / Re: When is the perfect time to sell BTC? on: January 04, 2020, 04:04:36 PM
Perfect time to sell Bitcoin? It sounds familiar and most people are asking for this but the answer is, it's up to you. A person who can decide what is best and would the right thing to do is a smart person. It is wiser to sell when you are already at a profit and that is we called a perfect time to sell.
I agree with this when you say the perfect time to sell at least you will know that your profit was there and then sell for it as you want. No one probably sells their bitcoin at a lowest price from the time they bought it. But if I were you, dont sell your bitcoin as long as you don't need, sounds like greed but let us talk about reality. Just wait until it will be doubled or triple the price.
2314  Economy / Economics / Re: Grandma tell you to keep old coin in piggy bank on: January 04, 2020, 03:35:05 PM
Keep your bitcoin and shitcoin in your online hardware wallet
I fixed you have stated above, it should be a hardware wallet in keeping your crypto assets, especially in long term purposes.
You are right, keeping bitcoin in the long term will bring you a profit but in perfect time but I won't agree on keeping shitcoin will make you get profit. Once it is shitcoin, no one will develop on it and it will remain shitcoin. Just focus on a bitcoin investment, then your grandma will be proud of you.
2315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will XRP repeat last 2017 bull run? on: January 03, 2020, 06:38:11 PM
Someone says that XRP is not a real cryptocurrency because it is a centralize coins not just commonly happen in crypto, there is always called" Decentralized". If there is a sudden dump and even this is not accurate to bitcoin price growth, it may consider as a hype coins because it can be manipulated. Probably, the government and the bank are the best investors if this is really happening.
2316  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold and blockchain Technology on: January 03, 2020, 06:28:33 PM
~snip~
You are not wrong that these electronic devices will need gold and the demand of gold will increase but the amount of gold with each miner will be in traces while they will have huge piles of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies so this condition will not increase the price the same as bitcoin and altcoins.
In electronic devices not only pure gold was there, but only a little amount of gold they are using especially in the circuit board. I think the more have usage are platinum, tin and the bronze. If there is a large demand for gold, it will not make sense that the price will go up because of the usage. Unlike Bitcoin, every fluctuation has and being volatile will make bitcoin goes up.
2317  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lottery In Your Place on: January 03, 2020, 05:41:49 PM
Tbh, I don't usually trust online lottery. Though some got a huge income out of it, the assurance of winning is still based on pure luck alone. Despite the fact that some sites are guaranteed, saving your bets on your everyday gambling can give you huge money after a year.
Lottery can be loved at any place because it is source of getting rich at once. Lottery is about luck because when you but lottery you don’t know if you will win or lose. In my family people don’t like to buy lottery because they think it’s kind of putting your money but I like to spend money with game you mentioned it’s kind of risk but I like it.
Buying tickets from the lottery is a cheap or small amount of money but it is a low chance of winning. So, I think the amount that you have spent is the amount that you can afford since it is very cheap. There are many people hoping that they will win and try to buy tickets, trying to get rich quickly is not wrong. That was right, a lottery gambling is a base in pure luck and anyone can try to have their luck and hoping they will hit the mega jackpot and become a millionaire.
2318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Jessie Vargas vs Mikey Garcia on: January 03, 2020, 04:11:36 PM
Vargas could only score a majority decision draw over the likes of Thomas Dulorme and Adrien Broner—two distinctly B+ class fighters. There's no way he's going to be able to handle Mikey Garcia, a guy who only lost once to the much bigger Errol Spence Jr by UD.

Let's be realistic here, Vargas is going to get whomped. I don't care if he's 5 inches taller, that's not going to matter much when Mikey is breaking down his body.

With that said, I'm not expecting a knockout. Vargas has been in there with some big punchers in the past and has stayed standing. Mikey isn't the hugest puncher, but he can definitely bang.

I predict this will go to UD in favor of Mikey, with around a 25% chance for a late knockout.

That's a good prediction, some are predicting Vargas others, Garcia, both fighters are capable to beat any fighter, I go for Garcia here reminds me of Mosley small but a very technical fighter with speed and has a good counter, this has the making of a good fight and I don't think it will be lopsided just like what we've seen in some of the past fights.

As you can see, from Mikey Garcia's record, it is a big factor to look on because of the number of fights he won. That's an strong evidence that he can beat anyone who he fought. Vargas is not enough to beat a 4 times champion. I also watched some fights of Garcia and his opponent really suffer from strong punches after the game. The height is also a factor, although Vargas is taller, Garcia is shorter, we all know that the smaller the quicker.
Overall, Vargas has a great advantage against his opponent Garcia, IMO. I will go with Vargas no matter what happened not just because he is a good fighter also he has the strength to defend his belt. But this fight is unpredictable and there is a high chance also Vargas were defeat by Garcia.
2319  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: January 02, 2020, 05:18:04 PM
In my opinion, Satoshi Nakamoto is not just one man. I think It's a group of people that mining the bitcoin together and they are using the "Satoshi Nakamoto" so no one knows about them. They are the pioneers of bitcoin because hold most of the bitcoin supply at this moment. That's what I thought

The identity of who  Satoshi Nakamoto is will always remain a mystery and its not really that important to know the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto before you can use or own a bitcoin in your wallet.  I wonder why people are so interested in knowing the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto....
The best thing is to respect what Nakamoto has done. The name Nakamoto will remain anonymously as what the bitcoin creator wants. There's nothing will change of bitcoin price if ever that name reveals the real identity. We should be thankful for what Nakamoto has done and left unto us. I will suggest everyone to stop chasing him.
2320  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: two gambling games that are players favorite on: January 02, 2020, 05:00:49 PM
To me, betting on live sports events is entertainment.
You got it right because while watching the match and choosing your favorite team, it is full of excitement when you are placing your bet.
After placing your bet, you can watch the match and wait for the result. You will feel the climax when the game almost ended and holding your breath whos gonna win the match. I feel this because this is what I am when placing my bet in the sportsbook.
