2801  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin more worth than other cryptocurrencies that have better specs? on: October 05, 2019, 08:00:55 PM
I don't think I agree with you on this. The basic reasons behind why bitcoin is more valuable than other cryptocurrencies are;
1. Bitcoin introduced blockchain technology which led to the introduction of other cryptocurrencies.
2. Bitcoin is the father and king of all cryptocurrencies.
3. Bitcoin introduced financial freedom to everybody no matter your social status.
These are very well said, Well, in my own opinion and I think it's because Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency the reason why is more worthy rather than other cryptocurrencies. Also, many people trust Bitcoin and there are a lot of demands for it even if the price drop down it is still number 1 and no one can replace it. Another conclusion, because bitcoin was an open-source code and there are many developers who try to have an improvement on it.
2802  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's price is so volatile right now! Why should I even hold? on: October 05, 2019, 07:26:52 PM
Well, we all know that bitcoin price is very volatile and if it's so fluctuating right now you don't need to panic because that's a normal correction. We can expect that we experience that and all you need to do is to be patient and hold for it then just patiently wait for its value to rise up again to earn a big profit. Because in holding will probably earn in bitcoin massive profit unlike panic seller will always a loser.
2803  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Loan to buy Bitcoin? on: October 05, 2019, 07:02:17 PM
I'm buying ~500$ in Bitcoin every month with part of my salary. I have a stable job and my company is doing good. I'm wondering if it worth to take 20.000$ to buy 2 BTC now and pay the 500$ as loan installment instead of buying sats every month. I believe in the potential of Bitcoin to reach 50k in a couple years, but it wouldn't be possible to buy near half of BTC at the 500$ rate, so this would be something like an "advance". Hypothetically (but still possible in some probability), if BTC collapses and never recover from 8k, I would still be paying this loan for about 3 years but wouldn't starve or something like that, it would just sux for a while, since I still have another source of income. I know it's not the place to ask I will do whatever I think it's best, but if you were in my position, would you do it?

I think 20K loan can be too much if you can pay back 500$.What if you will lost your job
Think twice.Bitcoin is very profitable now in time before halving. But you have take under consideration that bitcoin most risky emerging asset in the world. So be careful

No, I don't think it's a good idea. If you are going to loan in order for you to be able to buy bitcoin I think you must think about it first because if your loan you need to pay it in a short period of time. While bitcoin is for a long term investment so I think much better to buy bitcoin using your savings and do not loan for it. There always a risk in investing bitcoin, I think it would be better if you invest that you only can afford to lose.
2804  Economy / Economics / Re: Don't spend bitcoin. Not now. on: October 05, 2019, 06:39:41 PM
I would like to accumulate bitcoins and not spend them until the moment when its price increases several times. But if I and everyone else act this way, then Bitcoin will lose all value. Supply and demand must act - these are the main economic laws and they also relate to bitcoin.
We are the same I keep holding my bitcoin now and I'd like to accumulate than spending on it. Well, that's right, Don't spend bitcoin. This is not the time to spend it because the price is very low, you will be able to lose a lot of money so all I can say is  that you need to be patient a little bit and wait for its value to rise up again in order for you to be able to earn big profit. Always remember that those people who can patiently wait are most likely to gain a big profit in investing bitcoin. But if you need it, go on. That is yours no one will against your decision.
2805  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think Institutions secretly HODL Bitcoin? on: October 05, 2019, 06:17:08 PM
Yes it is possible ! since we can see in the chart that there are a some mysterious happening in the bitcoin volume, some of them are hoarding bitcoin so that they can manipulate it , this things are possible , as you can observe during this months onwards there will be a change in bitcoin volume, you may see it for yourself.
I agree with you. Bitcoin is the most expensive asset and beneficial investment. Why would big institutions won’t grab such a precious asset? It makes a lot of sense to me if they are holding bitcoin. I would rather wonder if organizations had ignored bitcoin. Nobody can deny the power and future of bitcoin certainly. The best thing about this is, all of your information and dealings stay anonymous.
That is possible, even governments that strictly prohibited bitcoin in their country may be holding bitcoin as an asset. Probably because bitcoin is decentralized many people are attracted to it and not only the people but also the many corporations and organizations as well because they find bitcoin that it is a very good investment, Also it is a secured network and has freedom in doing transactions. That is because of anonymity.
2806  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 8 Ways to Make Money with Bitcoin in 2020 on: October 05, 2019, 05:59:23 PM
these guides are just pointing to only earning bitcoin when they could also be pointing readers/viewers to altcoins to which they can sell to earn bitcoin. this is why its only btc that is known to the public because they don't mention all these. people are discourage to see they can't afford the price of btc, $8k is never easy to earn to buy BTC. if those readers just knew there are several coins out there that they can invest besides BTC, they may be convince to join the crypto community.

The simplest way to make money on Bitcoin in 2020 is to hold it now as we have been waiting for halving. While waiting for it, trade other cryptocurrencies. Exchange trading is a traditional way of earning, existing years.
There will be a next halving and posible of new ATH. If you had already a bitcoin in your wallet this is the right thing that you can do just hold as long as you can. Well in the other side, there are really many ways to earn bitcoin but still, it really depends on how you will last on it. Some people back out because they are no longer happy on bitcoin specially when the price dropdown. So in order for you to earn bitcoin in that 8 ways is that you need to be patient and be prepared as well to whatever the results are. Either earn or lose
2807  Economy / Economics / Re: Time for investment on: October 05, 2019, 05:47:09 PM
Before you invest, you must need to know the coins and I suggest you to choose a top coins that listed on the biggest market like coinmarketcap this will help you to get benefits and also you need to have a large capital because the more you invest the more profits you will get if you choose the best coins. You need to make first an investment planning to be ready for what possible happens.
Good point, you mean those coins that have a potential value in the market. Well if you want to invest and make some profit at the same time maybe you can invest in crypto and while you are investing here you can also have some business like lending service, so that you'll be able to earn because in investing in crypto is good for long term investment and it needs extremely patient not to become a weak hand.
2808  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto - Can We Find Him ? on: October 05, 2019, 05:25:50 PM
I think if there is someone that willing to pay a big amount just to find Satoshi Nakamoto, then maybe there are people who will become interested to find and know who is the founder of this valuable and popular bitcoin despite being anonymous of this person. But it is not easy as you think. Remember since last 2009 when the year that bitcoin was created it's already 10years have passed but Satoshi still anonymous.
Lol, no need to find him because there are someone claiming the real Satoshi. I don't think we can find Satoshi Nakamoto because it's been almost 10 years already but still, he didn't show himself to the public the reason why we still don't know who really is, But there are some people said that they already know who Satoshi is but still they can't prove it. And what is the reason for revealing himself does not give to increase the value of bitcoin.
2809  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dealing with cryptocurrency (in my country) isn't easy as I thought on: October 05, 2019, 05:08:01 PM
Well, I think there are many countries that are experiencing that. In my country dealing with cryptocurrency is very hard as well since that government is against it because they believe that it is a threat in the economy and also they said that they believe that it's illegal because we are paying taxes on our earnings. But that is not a barrier to us in adopting bitcoin, we can still use it through the internet via trading and gambling sometimes.
2810  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin is not a bubble! on: October 05, 2019, 04:44:42 PM
A bubble in terms of financial market is a when something gets to an all time high and suddenly drops and it never goes up again. If we will apply that meaning of a bubble in bitcoin then it is not valid to call bitcoin as a bubble because bitcoin already die a lot of time but it is still manage to go up and dominate the market so bubble is not the correct term for bitcoin and the right term is volatile.
That is the fact and some people says it's a bubble and own my point of view I think it's not true. Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency and unlike fiat, its value is volatile so it may rise or fall from time to time but doesn't mean that it is a bubble. I do believe that bitcoin will last long so that many people will be able to earn from it.
2811  Economy / Economics / Re: IS 5G AN OPPORTUNITY FOR CRYPTO TO GO MAIN STREAM? on: October 05, 2019, 04:23:57 PM
Well, that's really good to hear. 5G connectivity is really a good help to earn more because we can no longer experience lagging or slow connection so there is a bigger chance to earn more from it and I feel so happy to hear about that 5G connectivity because that's the answer  of God to a lot of people's prayer in order for them to be able to earn more profit.
2812  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rant: I am thinking of Quitting my Interest in Crypto Currency on: October 05, 2019, 04:05:48 PM
I feel a little tired also because in the beginning it was all a new concept and everyone had this great optimism about the future. Unfortunately nowadays it has been taken over by scammers and big manipulators who just play the markets and into our small minds in order to control us in the process, instead of setting us free. Those ethics and dreams in the beginning of the Era of Bitcoin are long gone now and the Regulators are coming in to sort everything out for the Big Boys now.
No, you can ride them if you want. If we are down sometimes there are a lot of things that came into our minds and one of that is quitting. Well, all I can say is that you don't need to decide quickly specially when it comes to quitting so much better to take a break first and relax. Have some good time hanging out in order for you to be able to forget all the negativity so that when you are ready, you can go back again.
In short, don't lose hope.
2813  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bad "good" news. on: October 05, 2019, 03:46:04 PM
Personally I only use trustworthy news sources and even what I get from those I get then through different filters. However, fortunately news don't make a big part of my investment decisions because they are most usually already priced in.
By not making the news as an investment decision is indeed very good, because when the news is used as a reference for investment, then it will only create panic because in the news there will be negative and positive issues circulating. So it is enough to choose and be confident of what has been decided, so we are not easily influenced by the news that exists.
Don't rely on the unreliable source they always keep spreading FUD news negative feedback about bitcoin. That's right, just invest and never listen to the news. Instead, make your technical analysis regarding the market price and probably you will be fine. Fake news was also intended to spread by the whales and make weak holders panic and sell their bitcoin that can create dragging down the price.
2814  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fundamental or technical, which one you do used? on: October 04, 2019, 06:53:43 PM
I agree fundamental analysis is usually more important because technicals are like a puzzle that you are trying to solve in a limited time.
Fundamental analysis allows us to see manipulation and FUD that technicals don't always display but rather follow especially indicators like MACD.

It's good to trade using both fundamental and technical analysis but fundamentals are always above technicals.
FA doesn't give us entry point. And at the current market, many FA events become public too late to make the decision. The same situation is with any indicators. Most of them signal too late especially if you a day trader. For successful work trader must use something with volume analyses. Volumes give us more than TA and FA together
Because Fundamental analysis is a part of guessing and base in your opinion and while technical analysis there's is a price chart and that is relying on the chart result. But for me,  I prefer to use technical analysis than the fundamental analysis. Even though these are useful but it won't give you an accurate result and if you are relying on this, it might mislead you to another thought that you think you are right.
2815  Economy / Economics / Re: K-POP Company owners are joining the train hype of Cryptocurrency on: October 04, 2019, 06:08:21 PM
I think this will have no impact anything for the world of Crypto, they are only carrying out their own mission, specifically for their own fans. I feel that their tokens will not long survive in the market, this is only a play token, for jokes.
Same view for this one and we have seen that there were lots of projects do tagged up anything just to make some shitcoin which isn't really that needed.

We don't need to have this K-pop crypto for what? They don't offer something new and we wouldn't be surprised if this one easily dies down even after a few days on launch.
Main motive is either on accumulating funds or just trying to join with the hype for adding more exposure.
In short, they just wanted to create another shitcoin and using the blockchain in a way to promote the K-POP name and also to get profit as well to their fans. Sound likes a bit silly but that is true. They don't help the market through the price situation but yet they contribute to making bitcoin have exposure and that's it. Well, we can consider this is a part of good news though
2816  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice - A small mistake emptied my wallet. on: October 04, 2019, 05:27:59 PM
Is that a Windice gambling site? It looks familiar to me the site. Why you had been manual set the wagered amount instead of pressing the x2 if you want to put into 20 sats that came from 10 sats. Well sorry for your loss buddy, that the gambling work and you should know how to control your emotion regarding this. If you are going to place a bet just maintain at 10 sats or click the x2 if you want to double the bet amount to avoid typically an error
2817  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Online Casino has the Most Fun Games? Recommendations? on: October 04, 2019, 02:41:18 PM
I don't know what games your looking for but honestly all gambling games are so fun and very intense in my opinion   . But can you clarify wherein what category do you like to play? Because based on your screenshot it seems like old games to me . What i mean not familiar unlike others gambling games nowadays around the internet..
These games still exist and they are not actually old.
Because of how popular it tends to be, it developers have updated them in several case to draw more players as not every gambler is a fan of slot and dice.
With the growth in animation there have now better version. So players who play this games knows when there are new changes.
If you
But I think the design was intended for a kid's game. I am very familiar with the OP games shown when I was in high school time.
For me, when it comes to online casino gambling site I am having fun with poker and horse race betting. It gives me fun and very entertained well. There are some gamblers who are love playing crash games but for me, that is only for kids. But as my father says, old games will always turn back.
2818  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Merit "trading" - buying and selling Bitcointalk merit on: October 04, 2019, 02:00:39 PM
~snip~
every stupidity will also validated and in time will be punished, they can do anything for their merits because this wasn't regulated but there are many eyes here that observe and checking our merit management so don't cry for those who abused the system if 1 day they will be caught and tagged as their actions provides abusing of the merit system

we can see how many people here are being tagged for that same reason so if you love your account then better dont try this or stop doing
^ Forget the merit system and be a helpful member of the forum. I'm not saying this because I already had this rank but that what I did. As theymos said, the abuser of merit will become no more merit to abuse(correct me if I'm wrong). And for me, hoarding merit will not help you, if I have some I will help those lower ranks and give chance those lower ranks to rank up. How many merit did you buy and rank up? I think not worth it if you are shitposter.
Totally agree on you mate, since the merit system was introduced I only got only 4 but I won't admit my self that I shitposter nor buying on it because I am contented of what I am. I know there are forum rules and as a good member of this community I followed those rules and I think you will be fine. Buying and selling merits are strictly prohibited here in the forum.
2819  Economy / Economics / Re: Is cryptocurrency help to expand the world business? on: October 03, 2019, 11:03:03 PM
If you think about it in general, it is. Behind every project is a real business, due to the fact that almost any person from anywhere in the world can invest in brick-and-mortar projects, which somehow expands the scope of this project beyond the country in which it was founded. Also, blockchain and other projects in other countries can offer cooperation to other such projects that will make both businesses to some extent international.
Absolutely yes! Cryptocurrency and the technology behind this really helped the world business because there are already companies and institutions who adopted blockchain technology and online stores that are now accepting bitcoin as a way payment so in that way bitcoin plays a big role in expanding the world business. This is also wanted by the founder of bitcoin Satoshi Nakamoto, he wants bitcoin as the main currency in online industries which good for payment methods.
2820  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen to banks? on: October 03, 2019, 10:41:28 PM
Although many people keep and move money become bitcoin investment assets but bank keep need by investor to withdraw their bitcoin become cash money, without bank how to withdraw bitcoin to be cash money. Bank keep exist with money cash out by bitcoin investor depend on how much bitcoin they have.
You can still withdraw your fiat with remittances not just only by the bank. The best thing they need to do is to adopt the blockchain the technology behind the cryptocurrencies to gather more investors because if they don't do that, they might dropdown. There are already many people who are investing in bitcoin rather than saving their money in the bank and earn an only a small amount of profit or interest. Without a bank, we can still have withdraw our fiat, but I personally glad to know if someday banks and the cryptocurrency will help each other with the same goal.
