but if the exchange prentends to be hacked, then it is exchange's mistake
to safe your money is just believing in your own private key, dont give your money to exchange especially CEX

Well, you are the only one who is responsible for your account and if it was being hacked then it's your call. Well, for me Binance exchange is a trusted exchange site, probably they will not let their name down just because of scamming incidence. Well, I can be able to sell it and look for a trusted exchange but I won't sell it all in one transaction. I will sell it a little by little. Also in my place, I can convert it quickly using my bitcoin wallet. Much better if I will use my bitcoin wallet to convert it to avoid being hacked or scam. If you are afraid that the exchange might get hacked, don't leave your money there. After trading pull out all your money if you have doubts. |

I think we can't pay tax on our side when we have to hold our cryptocurrency in our portfolio. To pay tax when we are going to cash out fiat that comes to form our crypto asset. The government will not enforce us to pay tax because Bitcoin or the entire crypto was anonymous. I won't and I will never pay taxes on it unless if there is still on exchange. They will never know that I am earning bitcoin so there's no need for me to pay tax and they don't have any access to bitcoin so they won't track me if I do have a bitcoin or not. |

I always find people who think that Bitcoin or cryptocurrency assets are busting money and sometimes there are people who always assume that investing in bitcoin is fraught with hacker risk.
on the other hand I cannot assume that their opinions are wrong, but on the other hand I cannot justify their statements.
I always think that people who have opinions like that are people who don't really know about blockchain technology, or they just read from one of the articles that happens to provide news about a "dark" case in bitcoin, so they often assume that bitcoin is a range against hackers and scam.

Let them all react that way, they really don't know what they are missing out. We are the one who are more knowledgeable about bitcoin's realness and benefits and we should not let their doubts and theories manipulate the way we are thinking. Lightning network is about transferring Bitcoin, and trading and transferring Bitcoin are 2 different matters. One trader doesn't necessarily make many transfers. 3. Lightning network is beta, so even if you do transfers, you won't use it yet (unless you want to do tests). 4. The event of losing those coins could have happened only if he was closing forcefully a channel. Most probably you won't do such tests. You have to consider that Bitcoin and Ethereum has such huge volumes because they are major trading pairs in almost a exchanges, so someone might decide to trade one shitcoin in an obscure exchange but it would still count in the volume of Bitcoin bacause the person traded it in the bitcoin pair, but when you see the volume of other alts like XLM, you know it's people who specifically traded XLM that the volume is showing so it would be a bad idea to judge by volume, short term trading is good for almost all major alts, not just Bitcoin because their prices are also flunctuating exactly like Bitcoin is.
