I do hope you could select a mining algorithm that could be feasible to most people and not to be monopolized by just a few people who have powerful mining rigs which is not good for the whole network. Imho. This is a big problem that we're reviewing. We dont want this for sure! That is right! Maybe you could also implement tested technologies such as DPOS or Masternodes to make the network more healthier and more secure and be viable in the long term. Imho. Well I can tell you that eventually we will switch to DPOs for verious reasons! |

We will launch this soon! Sorry everyone for the current delay the change in project should not be taken easy cause this effect us long term inc. partnerships etc. We are also still developing so probably the first use-case will be before the token distribution! |

I've seen some VR projects who also sold virtual real estate like residential units but somewhat hit a stumbling block along the way, I was wondering what actions will you take to prevent such issues from happening again?
I think they would need to get reliable and established partners to make their VR world estates wanted by people. I know this will be hard to do in the beginning but they need to somehow keep people interested in the first few months. You are absolutely right. Like markspace just gave away limited free land units on first come first serve basis. We have something to let the people look forward to as well, you will see the announcement soon and hope you will all like it. I know that i like it, and thats why i think you all will. I think with our new ideas we bringing a strong fundamental that will make sure we wont have issues in the future. But also brings in some fun and ideas. |

That's a very good question and I am also interested to know about their views on this. good question indeed, well the first sale will be handled by us, but after its a decentralized service so indeed opensea.io can list it. Will take some time before they probably will, but its only good for liquidity of the land parcels. But we will offer a nice design that people will love to use. Also dont forget that is only a small use-case for the token so we dont see this as lost value for our token/coin. What do you mean by the First sale? I thought ICO or any kind of sale is not happening anymore. This is about the land-sale, we will sell land that always was the plan. Virtual Land is the backbone of our platforms (the domain names of our internet) if you would give them away for free people will take advantage of it and you will end up with a lot land in empty wallets not looking to build an application nor a VR experience. This wont work thats why you should always create a fair price thats cheap but cant be spammed for gains. Well actually the blockchain will be the backbone, but you get what i mean. |

do you mean service like Tenx ? Well they are struggling for regulation, but i think in the future they will be great and huge companies.( the ones standing in the end). I used the Tenx card couple of time and its cool you can shop with a coin thats high at that moment. Can create huge discounts! Would i say leave a lot of money on it NO NEVER. Own keys are prio! |

Well creating a simple POW chain can take less than a week, but we are now talking about all options with our lawyers. We might even have a different approach. But one thing is for sure, we wont do an ICO or STO. |

Why don't you just start with dpos instead starting with pow and later making a swap?
Well a good dpos system already need coins in circulation (collateral for the nodes). So starting POW and get miners involved can do really well for the community. Also the dpos nodes should be done right and be able to support all the data later on, this isnt a quick thing to solve. So starting a POW phase that is not too short not to long (not like some coins get it up for 5 days mine all coins and switch to pos). This week we finalize a lot things. Algo, coin count, period of pow (maybe POS after pow untill dpos is done). We're even thinking about a minable erc20 token. But please everyone we cant rush this, we need some time to prepair and think carefully. Mineable erc20 token? So that would require spending some gas instead of gpu/cpu power. Am i right? Yea example can be the 0xbitcoin protocol, you will always need to spend some gas to mine the block. Thats a sad thing about it, but on the other side you get straight the infrastructure from Eth. (ledger, easy exchange integration, MEW etc.) Also a pool can mine the block so the pool pays the tx fee, but in general than the pool fee is higher as well. I don't think make much sense to have a minable token where you just call a smart contract to mine it, at least not for this project. I reckon you will get a reward based on your partecipation with a node, maintaining the network. Like in one of the last article was explained. I do agree that its a work around with mining an erc20 token, we do like the infrastructure though. People keeping there coins safe on a Ledger etc. We also are looking at a POW/POS combination without masternodes (would not make sense maintaining nodes etc. before a swap).

With a fair DPoS there's even more distribution via delegates' voting Yes delegates always should get rewards, thats how you give them incentive to take part in the process thats why it's also great for our chain (incentive to distribute data). Also delegates should have a bond and no one will lock coins without any ROI. I guess you won't create your DPoS blockchain completely from the scratch, right? So if you use an already existing DPoS Blockchain and 'copy' it and improve it so that it fits your requirements, have you already decided on which DPoS project you will orientate? We are looking at others, but eventually go our own way. Im impressed by loom network, but at this stage we are not locked to one specific dpos coin yet. |
