He ran off but left the premine  In all fairness to creditcoin_CRD, he stuck with Premine for a long time, despite when things were looking grim. Without him there wouldn't have been any PMC at all, so much respect to the guy. I hope he returns to contribute to the project someday. He is still 'watching' us... apparently he has been advised to 'stay away' from crypto by a lawyer type... I hope he will return someday as well.. his baby 'PMC' will still be here even after we do what we do... not everyone will swap in everything... It was meant as a joke, play on words  Stay away from Crypto, why! Did he make a killing or something, lol  |

supernova can't find blocks regularly, with 2 giga, there is a farm out there that is bigger than a pool, like much bigger

Sorry guys there are some severe flaws in the coin's source: There is autodonation still in the code but with a Boostcoin address: look: https://github.com/CloakCoin/CloakCoin/blob/master/src/main.h#L42this way the code won't work, as there are several other files missing the donation code and the address needs to be corrected... So after watching the video the current implementation is similar to FedoraCoin. You have the central authority that you have to trust, where the coins get sent and mixed. The problem is that a rogue node can currently steal coins. Every coins gets funneled through it. Even launching the wallet you explicitly state the node's ip address. This is going to take months to decentralize...
It is already decentralized, the addnode is only for testnet connectivity, not for the anonymous feature. There is no central authority. Ah my bad, so the wallet is treated as a node that mixes coins? Okay, but then I can compile my own rogue wallet and discard any transactions that are meant to be mixed through it and just cherry pick what I want. No, you will not be able. ACT has already stated this several times, that it is to use it's own protocol that will enforce this as well as being encrypted. |
