Crypto-Trade:

I have all of the legal issues worked out, and I am programming them into the verification site.

VMC:

We are working with eASIC and our engineers to get our chip and boards in full production.

We have stock piled all the hardware to build the miners and we are per-assembling the miners.

so what's the fucken deal?

Why are you here then? If you didn't invest due to your superior mental ability why are you posting in this thread or even in the securities section?

chalk this one up to a learning experience.

really? you wanna shoot the shit awhile?

I had a dream last night that the first "product" we had shipped to customers just turned out to be complimentary bags of salt. For all intents and purposes this could very well be what has happened. Ken needs to show us something to prove that he has shipped mining equipment to customers. We need to see pictures of the chips. We need to see mining dividends from sample chips deposited to our mining address (WHAT THE FUCK even happened to that Ken?). Lastly LET US TRADE OUR FUCKING SHARES, you have made a promise that you havent kept (this is the worst part about it). All you cheerleaders need to pull your heads out of your asses, this man needs to get his shit together. Weekly updates are appreciated, but please GIVE US THE INFORMATION WE ALL WANT TO HAVE, even if it's bad news. Don't pussyfoot around the situation and pretend were all a bunch of monkey idiots. The only reason this company is still a topic of conversation is because of eASIC, NOTHING Ken has done has shown me that he is capable of doing anything properly (prove me wrong Ken)

Here's an idea: All concerned shareholders give Ken a call next week during Regular business hours and let him know in person what needs to be done. Because this is bullshit. We are the reason you have a company in the first place and YOU OWE US A LOT OF FUCKING MONEY. 25,000 BTC to be exact, goodluck with that

Ken can be reached at (855) 663-2482, maybe a barrage of phone calls and messages will stress the shareholders needs to this company a bit better than stupid forum banter

+1

Does anyone recall the comment from Ken that he was working with eASIC engineers to get the chips and boards working? That comment has been deleted.

As a matter of fact, I'm amazed that anyone "invests" anything with people in this forum based on an "IPO post." an IPO? on this forum? It looks like a gaming forum with nasty trolls and all! It's like: let's play stockbroker with play money called bitcoins, yay! That is insanity.

chalk this one up to a learning experience.
346  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 04, 2014, 04:16:37 PM
Also, minerpart, please explain to me how the IPO offer on the first page is a legally binding contract of anything on this rinky dink forum?? The man can go and change the wording of it to imply anything at his whim.
347  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 04, 2014, 04:08:23 PM
Can you, minerpart, prove to me or anyone else without a shadow of a doubt that you "own" shares in this virtual company?

Think about it and prove to me that we all legally have rights to a claim in ACTM.

also, I truly want to believe that all will go well but my personal timeline and patience has run out. We are in the need-to-know phase and Ken is massively failing us.
348  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 04, 2014, 03:32:44 PM
Yeah he has tenderly relieved us all of any connection whatsoever to ACTM... A screenshot of your Bitfunder account??? That's fucken laughable and hardly holds up as proof of anything. Now think hard; what else is there to link any of us to monies we have handed over to nonexistent BTCT/Bitfunder in the name of so far nonexistent Active Mining Corp??

Ken Slaughter has also failed to mention "shares" in the last two updates... What's more he has completely disappeared from this forum whereas before he had quite a presence.

I can think of 3 other situations in "bitcoin investment land" this past year, where no news absolutely did not equal to good news...

NDA=BS

p.s. I suggest we all get our proverbial pitchforks and torches at the ready because if one more scheme in this fake ass world of "bitcoin mining investments" gets away with it: we all look like assholes.

p.p.s. I just saw American Hustle and although it's a great movie... all I could think about was being conned.
349  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 03, 2014, 10:53:38 PM
yeah yeah I've pretty much stopped taking any of this seriously.

One thing I've learned this past year: Anyone and everyone involved in the mining business of Bitcoin (with a very few exceptions) is either an inept flake or a con man. …or both perhaps?

hohum… I really do hope this thing works out, but I'm prepared for the worst.
350  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 03, 2014, 12:16:01 AM
While it would be great if it were  ACtM hardware, it doesn't matter at the end of the day. Ken is still close to assembling and shipping our hardware and he just said we are going to have a great year ahead. I'm more than happy with that assessment - from the man who has the details.

I've lost faith in this venture and feel that it's at a standstill. Ken is blowing smoke up all our asses with the BS weekly updates. We DO NOT have shares in anything at this point. All of this going back and forth you guys are doing is useless nonsense that is getting none of you anywhere.

It's 2014 and we are not mining, trading or shipping. GAME OVER.

Weekly Update 1/1/14

Happy New Year!

The new year looks bright for Active Mining as we continue to assemble our miners for quick delivery.

Not a lot of changes from last weeks update:

We are also continuing to develop our Intellihash program and with our 2013 sales at $6,311,788.33 we have a very good share of the market.

We have been working 100% on our core business.

TRANSLATION: Miners? ...Yeah we got miners.
352  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 02, 2014, 07:22:51 PM
how brilliant is this all ending up?

TL;DR: we don't have access to, or even real world proof that we've paid for and "own" shares of a fictitious business called "Active Mining Company."

Basically we handed money over to some random guy living in Missouri… what a coup this is all turning out to be.
353  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 02, 2014, 04:17:20 PM

Yes Bargraphics - that's what I was saying. The Trolls are after the shares - we know who they are.

at this point they're just trolling to be mean.

based on other "no info" bitcoin projects results, I'm afraid the trolls may be right…
354  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 02, 2014, 04:13:31 PM
fuck this.

woulda been better off sinking all my money into KnC miners and doing it myself.

WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MINING WEEKS AGO TO HAVE MADE THIS PROJECT WORTH WHILE.
355  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 02, 2014, 04:06:43 PM
….

In the world that we are in, when we don't have information, the only action we can take is to ask for information.

…or consider it a failure or a scam.
356  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 02, 2014, 01:35:56 AM
Technically true, but I have proof of ownership of significantly more shares than that from the ex-bitfunder tender process

at this point who really knows??!

Ken sure doesn't seem to!
357  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 02, 2014, 01:34:30 AM
what's more is do you think if Ken where currently mining at any decent hashing relevancy, he wouldn't be chomping at the bit to come in here and brag a little amongst his peers??? f.t.w.
358  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 02, 2014, 01:31:24 AM
Ken please give us a real update. Let's start with the following.

1. Crypto-Trade.com - Please give us a DATE of when we will start trading.
2. Miners - Please take several detailed PICTURES of the assembled miners.
3. Chips - Please give us a DATE as to when we will receive chips for final assembly.
4. Farm - Please give us a PROJECTION as to how much hashpower we will bring online and a DATE as to when this will happen.

Please give us details and a few paragraphs of ActiveMining's game plan for Q1 2014. Thanks.

All of the above would be very nice but at this point with this gentleman, answers to those questions are a pipe dream…

the FUD is creeping in and what's funny is it doesn't even matter because there's no shares to manipulate!

HAPPY FUCKEN NEW YEAR.
359  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 02, 2014, 01:28:47 AM
You're forgetting one major flaw:

You have no shares to sell.

Oh brother. This is the weekly update we're gonna be getting for about the next 6 weeks. My thin sliver of faith is dwindling.

Ken what is up with our shares? What is up with our "accumulating dividends?"
