bullshit pouring out the mouth.

please stfu and go away now. you are useless here.

Ignore me then like you promised, you cunt faced liar.  Angry

oh you're pathetic, manipulative ass is ignored, bitch. I just have to withstand seeing your shite when others quote you.

hence:

looks like the sham ACTM mining farm is trailing off again… http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1DJpsvnM7xTnQbWEhLYyCyfxQyxwupEzCa

And Ken's pulling shareholder's coins left & right: https://blockchain.info/address/1DJpsvnM7xTnQbWEhLYyCyfxQyxwupEzCa

Tiresome jibes are tiresome.

Seems pretty simple to me. ActM invested ~$900,000 or what ever in VMC. They are two separate companies by the records and documents Ken released.

So now Ken is taking ActM profits which by the IPO statements indicate should go back to shareholders and using them to pay VMC debts.

I'm not saying that people who pre-ordered shouldn't get their refunds. I'm saying Ken should explain where the pre-order money went to. We know some was lost on Gox... but with out a full explanation it's nothing short of fraud in my book.

Mining at 100th.

Such pro.
Very mining.

exactly, this is a farce.

...
There is no reason to bother with trying to make a 28nm chip.  For what?  The market is saturated with miners and mining chips that are already for sale and most of those chips don't even move.  Asicminer has 60 ph worth of chips.  KNC, Black Arrow, BFL, Cointerra, Spondoolie, it goes on and on...  Hash Fast is one of soon-to-be-many casualties because there aren't enough miners to support that many chips.
...

this is why NOBODY should put absurd faith in this company anymore. This train has sailed.

if ACTM was ever going to be successful, it should have happened at the end of last summer. Once that was missed by a long shot, so was any hope for anything relevant coming from a Ken Slaughter venture.

All things considered, I guess he did pretty well… for himself.

paid from the ACTM eligius mining address.

yack yack yack.

every time I un-ignore you I realize my mistake… you've officially become more aggravating than crumbs ever was.
get a grip, dude.

Oh knybe.  You really are adorable.

your brand of crazy is not helping this situation. if you could only see how bad all your ranting makes you and ACTM look perhaps you'd cool it…

wishful thinking on my part. going back to ignoring you.

Again what the fuck is wrong with Ken that he can't come in here, where he knows we're all clamoring for information, and give us these fucking press releases?

The dysfunctionality in his inability to communicate is a major reason I want out and nothing more ever to do with this jackass.
52  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 21, 2014, 05:16:55 AM
The issue now is that we don't know and have no way of knowing what IS or IS NOT happening with the business and we have the recent rebellion to thank for that.
We knew just as much before. For months we were getting non-answers from ken. He wouldn't tell us why the website wasnt getting updated. He wouldn't show us the financials. He wouldn't tell us what was happening with the chips. All we got were promises and missed deadlines.

The most insight we would get is "i'm working on something more important".

We still have no way of knowing what is going on with the business and that wasn't changed by anything related to the MSD.

THERE IS NO LEGITIMATE BUSINESS.

The only semblance of a business is that Ken Slaughter was able to suck up mass amounts of OPM (other people's money) and spend it willy nilly at his whim, buying crappy sure-to-fail deals and paying friends, family members and himself a salary all while convincing us suckers that he was FriedCat_2.0 ...

Ken's behavior has been suspicious from day one and he has not in the least bit attempted to defended himself with us.

Oh man I dunno I'm over it. Is there any fucking bitcoin investments out there that are legit?

It seems to be been proven time and again, in this fake-ass-bitcoin-mining-investing-world, that when there's NO communication and NO available information AND the guy flat out disappears: that it's fairly most certainly a 110% chance it's all been a scam.

Ken has pulled a classic long con on us.
53  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 20, 2014, 11:27:27 PM
The honorable thing to do would have been for Ken to come in here and defend himself against scammer accusations and explain a few things regardless of what any lawyer said. There is no danger of other businesses stealing his industrial secrets anymore. SO where is he?

If I remember correctly, the last thing Ken said in here was that it's business as usual.

One would assume that if that were true, the farm hash rate would've continued to go up, and he would have fixed the site to be more conducive to a successful business. He hasn't done a fucken thing except move money that is not his into his account. And the hash rate is steadily dropping as of right now.

Ignore the genius noobs.
55  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 19, 2014, 01:59:50 PM

so it moved to an actm account, but no explanation for where payments of 58 and 6.8 BTC went from there and why.

Looks like a payment for more equpiment, 1JKi and 1KS have been sent payment multiple times in conjuction with new mining gear.

This is a smart move, big sigh of relief when i realized this

Can't tell if you're being sarcastic. Explain?

Goxed by karpeles and Slaughtered by ken… nothing left.
57  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 18, 2014, 10:31:19 PM
just for purpose of not being surprised, I fully expect Ken to finagle a way to fuck us all out of any kind of payback whatsoever.
58  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 18, 2014, 09:33:57 PM
All of the Bitcoins in the Mining Address ( https://blockchain.info/address/1DJpsvnM7xTnQbWEhLYyCyfxQyxwupEzCa ) have been sent to  https://blockchain.info/address/16yTynjmSe5bsRGykDaaCL5bm2pxiEfcqP

Possible refunds being given?

aaaaaaand there it goes…
I would venture to guess that we'll never see that money again.
bubye.
59  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 17, 2014, 08:02:36 PM
So how can you prove that it was a scam, and not just a failed business? He is right that the difficulty shot up higher than anyone expected.

a moot point to debate… unless you just feel like arguing some more.
60  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 17, 2014, 06:37:29 PM
god damn this makes me wanna wretch:

This is very important to us.  This is our moto: "If You Make Your Customers Successful, You Will Be Successful".  Now that being said we have no control over the difficulty, so we are working on R & D to make our machines run faster.  Now, here is our promise to our customers, if at anytime before we ship the machine to our customer and the machine will not return a positive ROI within the first year, we will at their option refund 100% of the purchase price of the machine.
