I don’t think Roma stands any chance at all of qualifying past Leverkusen especially after the wonderful display of the German side in the first leg, you’ll understand how pretty impossible it is for them to turn things around. Yes football could be unpredictable but in this case, lol it is really predictable as Leverkusen are really on fire this season.

 ⁠Leverkusen lead with a 2 goal margin and for Roma to turn things around at Leverkusen ground, then they’ll need to be more resilient than normal. They will have to up their game and this is something I feel will be pretty impossible for them to do especially against A team with great coach like Alonso. ⁠Yes football is unpredictable but I know Roma can also hope that they will be able to turn things Around but the possibility is pretty little.

 At this point, I think De Rossi should just use this match in learning some things as this will help him in next season. This Roma side should focus more on being able to appear in Europe next season rather than them being able to beat down Leverkusen. Yes this is pretty impossible as I already see Leverkusen in the finals of the UEL or should I say I see them as winners already.

Frankfurt hosted Hoffenheim weeks ago and the game ended with a convincing victory even though with very little margin of goals in favor of Frankfurt. They have this season been a good competitor to teams and they've sometimes strived to surprise big teams too. They're a good side and they've been able to stay in shape in the league too even though they're not really standing buoyantly on the league table.

 Leverkusen also have been impressive in all rounds and it's not surprising that they're now better than some already grounded teams. It only means that Xabi has a unique managing quality which can be of essence in bigger teams too. I believe he's still got good plans for the German team, which will still be manifested good. In the Europa League, there's been top contending teams from the start till the current stage of the contest.

 One would expect that there'll be a heavy difference in their performances and this would cause them to finish very much well in a couple of weeks to come but as it stands, their performance rate so far has been fair and it's best they stay at that pace. Few weeks left and not much impact can be made other than maintaining the tempo and not going below it. We'd see how the both teams will hold up themselves till the game ends.

PSG have a good quality as compared to other teams in the Ligue 1 and even when Kylian eventually leaves next season, you can still be confident of their performance in the Ligue 1. No other team in the Ligue 1 is able to compete with psg and match them and as such the much confidence on them.
 
 When Kylian leaves, I think this PSG side will still consistently be able to win the league because no other team has been able to match them in the league. The issue of this PSG side is how they perform whilst they’re outside the league as they tend to be a shadow of themselves and I think that’s where the club should worry.
 
 With Kylian they still struggle most times in UCL, even Mbappe leaves, I think the struggle will even be more than normal for the club. In Europe they face team with greater tactical strength, and as such absence of Mbappe who has a fast pace will need this PSG team now want to rely on collective effort which most times isn’t needed to stand out.

 ⁠In Europe most successful team usually have at least one or two players standing out in the team so as to earn success. Absence of kylian will mean no worry in the league for PSG but big worry in Europe for them so as such if the board still wants to be relevant in Europe then they need to get a replacement for him quickly.

We’re heading to the final stage of this season in the league and arsenal are pretty on top with a lead of 1 point whilst Man City sits 2nd with an outstanding match and with that you can say of course Arsenal chances of winning the league will be pretty high as compared to Man City. Each of the team will be having some unique fixtures in their bid to clinching the title.
 
 Arsenal who really want to win this year’s EPL season to end their 20 year wait must be victorious in all of the remaining matches for them this season as that can put them in a better position. Well even with the wins this will not be a full guarantee but at least it can give them the hope because Man City stands a better chance than them.

 ⁠Comparism of the magnitude of the final matches, you’ll realise that Man City stands a better chance than Arsenal to clinch the title. Man City whose only big opponent will be Spurs still aren’t considered as a big fixture because of Spurs injury crisis and also the fact that Arsenal will be facing Man United will be a fierce one. ⁠Man City on the other hand are having just this title in mind to create history and as such the seriousness of the players will be top notch and you can expect great performance from them. Only time will reveal who takes the trophy home this season as yes I stand with Man City to win the title.

Manchester City winning the title is more dependent on them winning their matches than whatever results Arsenal will be having in their final matches. Yes, Arsenal are sitting top of the league with a difference of 1 point but have you forgotten they haven’t played equal games.

 Arsenal losing points will only ease the pressure on Man City and Man City even if Arsenal wins will still be confident on winning the league. I think it’s Arsenal hope of winning that’s more dependent on Man City dropping points in any game that way Arsenal can reclaim a good lead at the top of the table.

 Well the EPL is one fierce league and the competition between the teams isn’t really an easy one and I’m enjoying the healthy competition between teams in the league. Well looking at the fixtures, Arsenal have Man United, Bournemouth and Everton and it would be an easy ride for them.Their only challenge will be Man United because I think they’ll be in a tight race with the likes of Newcastle and Chelsea for 6th place. Man City who have likes of Tottenham could be having a slight challenge too, so let’s follow each matchday as they go.

We’re in the semifinals of Europe’s most elite competition and you can commend the 4 teams in this stage of the competition because they really deserve the slot they’re having. And as such, it wouldn’t be out of point if you want to gift the title to any of the 4 teams because they are all deserving of it.
 
 ⁠They all have a fair share of reason why they should deserve the title and I’m certain they are also ready to put in work to be really deserving of the title. Dortmund has been pretty consistent and have shown the warrior side in this year’s UCL and also a good farewell for Reus who has dedicated most of his career to the club, winning the UCL will be a good gift for Reus and the teams fighting spirit.

 ⁠For Bayern though in the league they haven’t had the best of performance but you can’t say same for them in the UCL as Harry Kane has been really outstanding for them in this competition. Winning the ucl for Bayern will be a glorious one especially a big reward for Harry Kane’s performance for the team in this competition as this could be his first ever trophy
 
 PSG who haven’t won this will want to win as they’ve gotten the whole resources to win this but haven’t had their name in the history book of winners, so winning this will be a dream come true for the club and fans. Real Madrid too have been excellent as winning this will also add more value to their name as undisputed Kings because their journey to success has been one of a kind. A lot of us still have high hopes of a Real Madrid vs PSG finale, well football still remains unpredictable and all I can say is which ever team gets to the final, it will be a really exciting and thrilling final and any team who wins is is well deserving of it.

Yes the results I saw yesterday was really disappointing especially for the big boys in the league such as Al-Ittihad al Al-Ettifaq. These teams are the big teams in the league and as such you expect them to play football in one very sweet way pleasing to the fans but their performance yesterday was below normal.
 
 ⁠Like these teams have gotten European players and as such, you’ll expect them to be very good and apt with the way they play football but the reverse seems to be the case. The most disappointing happens to be Al-Ittihad who were champions last season, they still had to strengthen the squad with the signing of Benzema and others but yet still, poor results.

 ⁠You’ll sure expect them to win yesterday because they had very easy opponents but the reverse was the case. Who else is to blame than the average mentality coach who doesn’t have the proper tactics to be able to help the team, I think this is the problem of this Al Ittihad side.

 ⁠If this continues then I’m afraid, Karim might be ready to force a move out of the club because this performance makes him look mid and I know after the good name he’s built for himself while in Europe, he wouldn’t want it ending all on this note. These teams need to build up for next season else they’ll lose some players and also some new players might not want to join.

Of course it’s no surprising how intense European competitions are usually are as the match between Fiorentina and Club Brugge wasn’t failing in intensity. This match is one that we saw both teams fighting it out till the end and they were so ready to leave it all out on the pitch of play.

 Well we saw a winner in the match, Fiorentina and they were able to get the win despite Club Brugge fighting hard even when they were down with one man. Looking at the 2nd leg, Club brugge who will be playing at home will be taking serious advantage of that and ready to overturn the victory. Well I’ll still bank on Fiorentina to be able to qualify but the second leg at Belgium won’t be really easy.

 Aston Villa and Olympiacos also had a very intensed match which got Aston Villa 2 goals down while they head to Greece for the 2nd leg. This deficit gives Olympiacos the edge as all they need is a draw and they head straight to the finals of the competition. ⁠Olympiacos have the major advantage of the 4 to head to the finals because they also have an incredible good record at home as amongst the 4 teams. Fiorentina will have to be resilient to be able to go through as Club Brugge will be fighting real hard to be able to at least get a win, well football they say is unpredictable but in this case, I think Fiorentina will be able to head to the finals too.

Days ago in the first leg of the UCL semi-final game, Dortmund did well to hold PSG down to a 1-0 victory, not giving the room for an away goal advantage and also maybe giving themselves a bit of hope as to how to approach the second leg. PSG did their best in the game but maybe the home advantage worked for Dortmund, although the margin wasn't wide but at least twas a win. This was a win that Dortmund really needed.
 
 To the German side, they've done really well to maintain that victory in that encounter and this has further given them a little upper hand in the second leg being that their opponent weren't able to score a goal not giving them the opportunity of an away goal rule. This is one rule that every team fights to acquire in every first leg of tournaments but this result has put PSG in a spot where they only have to work extra in their pursuit for the final spot in the competition.

 This therefore makes the next encounter much anticipated. PSG will be hosting and it all would seem like both teams are on the same level. Dortmund has to do their best to defend their victory and PSG has to double their efforts to outrun Dortmund's first leg win. It really would be a game to behold. UCL competitions have all time being enlightening but this season, there's an extra sauce added to it. It's actually the best football season so far for me.

At the moment, the UEL this season is left with 4 teams set to battle it all out at the semi finals. The strongest team said to be Leverkusen will be facing the second toughest Roma and I must say it all seems like the UEFA board wants Leverkusen to go home with the trophy. Comparing the probability of the game outcome taking into consideration both teams performances so far, Leverkusen is the better side and they have the greater advantage over Roma. Yes Roma can be competitive and can make the game tough but Leverkusen's record won't let them stay down to be defeated. Really it'll be a game to look out for as in the first and second legs, both teams would put up their best to seeing if they can secure the 3points.

 The last two teams aren't much of big strengths as they've had minor records so far in their European cup quests. If either of them wins, it'll be a walkover game for their final opponent because either Roma or Leverkusen would be a better side to them considering experiences gained and domestic league performances this season. Atalanta or Marseille aren't tough teams and if I'm to predict the qualified team to be, I'd go for Atalanta based on they are a little above the average performance of their normal performance. The semi finals won't be an easy battle as anything really can happen on the field of play.

 Leverkusen's qualification to the semi finals of this season's UEL was also historic as they kept their unbeaten record still in play after drawing to West ham. This season they've been an undaunted team and they really have all it takes to finish the season with the unbeaten record intact and two trophies in their shelf. Their next UEL opponent is competitive but it's not really a big deal for them based on the fact that they have gained enough confidence and have even being in tougher encounters which they've at thesame time comfortably come out from victoriously. Roma themselves know that they won't be up for a joke game in the semi finals stage.

Lewandowski is a great striker. He's still got the fuel in him to net in more goals. He's agile, skilful and his goal scoring abilities are at the peak. Although age is calling gradually but he's still got a bit of time in him to show his worth in the public and projected games too. Although like Ronaldo, even at the age he is, he still kept the zeal on. I don't think Lewandowski's case would be any different.

 Let him still use the ample of his time left to do exploits. He's got European cups and tournaments to journey through and in him, there's all that it'd take. Age is still favourable to him and he doesn't look like he'd slack in a few years to come, so for the mean time, he's got to enjoy his playing time before thinking of retiring back to the Arab league or quit football generally.The striker can still be a useful asset to the Spanish side.

 Despite the ups and downs, he's managed to stay in form and shape, he still does well to net in goals when he's got the chance to and so far his rate of play isn't really any need for alarm. The club themselves know how advantageous he is and also how difficult it is to get an active striker in the market now. So they've just got to stick to appropriate terms with him and also try to work with him as he strives to do his best in being relevant in the team too.

 The Turkish Super Lig is one league that's been having a wide point margin between their title holder and the other teams but this season both top teams have actually been playing averagely and their end result is more or less thesame with a difference in just the goal margins. It's not so bad though but it'd mean that one team would have to put extra work to their game delivery if they want to secure the trophy.
 
 Fernabache and Galatasaray are good teams with good quality of players and both are capable of making the contest tough. But we await who'd be the greatest of them all. Galatasaray and Fernabache are making the struggle for the league trophy more difficult because they are giving thesame victory energy and aura, the points gathered, the goal differences, they're seemingly the toughest team in the league and their victory is so certain. Their elimination from the UEFA conference league tournament has even given them more time to prepare and focus on the last laps of the Turkish League games for the season.

 In a long while in the Turkish League, deciding the league's winner will take a while because these two teams are good at what they do. They play to win, and their next league game would undoubtedly end up as a victory for them both because their opponents are the opposite of them in all aspects. It's more or less a different situation for their bottom spotted teams though because these teams have managed to fight through points but it's all being in vain as they're so poor in performance and it's long been very certain that they're going to stay relegated.

Guler was a good during his debut game for Real Madrid even though more than much was expected from him but for a first game in a team, he did really good. This only resonates the sermons of how well built up Real Madrid squad is. The young players are definitely an extra advantage to the team's strength.
 
 Ancelloti has been able to bring up his boys into more fury and it's exactly what they need to stay strong. There's good coordination and the zeal is always up for them. It's very much good that the team has been able to stay strong up until now and they seem undaunted too. It'll be more beautiful to watch these present Madrid perform at their peak even up till next season, the players are gaining good level of experience and it's working out good on them.

 I believe there's still a whole lot more to expect from the Spanish side next season. It just seems to me like they've got a balanced squad that's fit to bring down any team that may try to feel like giants. The retainment and addition to their squad list ahead of the coming season speaks a whole lot of danger zone ahead. Ancelloti is really moulding up a fearless and dreadful team and it's amazing how he's so much confident in the ability of his boys to deliver no matter the goal line.

The game between Roma and Bologna where the former team between the time of Rossi being added to the squad up until now have made useful difference in their approach to games. There's definitely improvement, although they're not at perfect spots on the league table but they still are a promising team who seem to have a greater advantage over their opponent. Bologna on the other hand are also improved in their performances and they've done their best to stay put in performing greatly till the last of the season.
 
 Thankfully the game favored just one of the teams who did their best to stand out from the start to the finish. Bologna did well to secure the 3points to themselves away from home and the outcome therefore proves how set they are to keep good points especially in the last games left for the season. Roma disappointed a lot as they were the host but sadly that advantage wasn't relevant.

 This gives them an extra zeal this weekend when they meet Torino. Bologna will be the host and so added to their last league victory, the home advantage will definitely work for them also being that their opponent aren't much of goal scorers this season. Between both teams, I'd say that Bologna has more ability and capacity to be victorious.

 Torino themselves have to fight through the game to get victory and it'll definitely come in difficult for them. The outcome of the game will also help them out up their face when they eventually face Inter Milan before the season is wrapped up. Congratulations ahead to the victorious team.

The season is coming to an end already and there are already predictions on where your favorite team will be finishing by the end of the season. In a bid to do that, you check how many matches are left and how difficult those opponents are as compared to your team. ⁠In the Ligue 1, the teams are mot competing enough to be able to overthrow PSG at the top spot. At the beginning of the season we all thought Nice would be that team to be able to give psg headache especially with how good they took on game and their defense line was top notch.

 ⁠Well they became a shadow of themselves and lost games they weren’t even supposed to lose at all sef and they got to the 5th place which is a very bad one. This is an indication that the board have a lot of work to do  on this team because yes they might be going to Europe but with the performance of this season then they will probably be leaving Europe early.

 ⁠For Lens, Lyon and Marseille, I think it’s going to be a really tough one in this last minutes as Marseille have the better chance but I still have hope on Lyon because they’re pretty experienced. Well let’s wait till the last matchday then we know what to expect from these teams as football is really unpredictable.

With the loss of Tottenham to Chelsea yesterday, you’ll see that they might no longer be ready to chase for Top 4 like they would have had it been they were able to get the win over Chelsea. So this gives Man City the edge in the race for the Epl title as their major contender happens to be this Tottenham side. ⁠I feel Arsenal yes are a good team but with the matches between Everton, Bournemouth and Man United, a draw in any of those games will bid the title chase goodbye for Arsenal.

 And with that in mind you can say Bournemouth and Man United will be one of Arsenal’s most difficult fixture. Well im confident on Arsenal winning all of their fixtures but I’m more confident on Man City winning the league because they have the better expectations than this Arsenal side. yes this Arsenal side is a good side but i think they don’t have the needed experience yet to be able to defeat this Man City side.

 ⁠Man City will sure win the league this season and I feel this will prepare Arsenal more for next season as they have the squad already established and just need to offload some players they won’t be needing. Tge epl never fails in terms of high competition and that’s why it’s still the best league in Europe.

Chelsea were able to complete the double against Spurs yesterday and that win took them to 8th position and keeping alive their hopes of an Europa League qualification. Well the performance of the boys yesterday was really impressive and deserves every round of applauds. They were able to make a statement that the red cards of Tottenham in the first leg weren’t the reasons why they defeated Tottenham but rather with a complete team they were still able to defeat Tottenham. This Chelsea team is really fierce and you can see how young the players are, I mean the oldest yesterday was 21 which means the squad was really young.
 
This Chelsea side can achieve a lot if they make sure they avoid injury and also maintain this tempo, they might probably be finishing in 6th place of they’re able to win their remaining 4 matches. As for the Tottenham side, they weren’t bad but I think the teak still needs to gel more and I also think injury had its tow on them.

 The loss of the defender and also Madisson has really affected them and I wish they will be able to still stick around and get ready for mext season. For Chelsea, I stil need they need to sign one or two players in the defense and striking position and have a feat squad them they’ll real be a team to be on the look out for.

Quite surprising Aston Villa lost out that way and infront of their home fans. Well this shows that the English team will really have a lot to do next season in Europe because this season hasn’t been the best for them. ⁠They were lots of confidence on this Villa side being able to defeat Olympiacos but the reverse was the case here as Olympiacos were able to comfortably thrash out this Villa side with them scoring over 4 goals which is quite an impressive stats.

 Aston Villa were in control of the game but I think them not being clinical in front of goal cost them the game. Well you can call it over already for them because they might not be able to defeat this informed Olympiacos side at home due to their excellent record while playing at home. Fiorentina on the other end were able to get the job done against Club Brugge as this puts them one leg in the finals already as they wait to seal up the job in the 2nd leg.

 ⁠Fiorentina were able to control the game and make sure they get the win and I think the red card helped them because this club brugge side didn’t look like they came to joke. Well itsup to the 2nd leg to be the major determinant of who plays in the finals and I cant wait to see Fiorentina in the finls again.

Well talking about favorites for the UCL finals, before the first leg of the semifinals alot of us saw PSG and Real Madrid being the major favorites for the finals but I think after the first leg match, the whole narrative is beginning to change. This is what football is all about as it’s very unpredictable till after the final whistle.

 ⁠Real Madrid started quite on a good note in the semifinals agu and Bayern Munich though they looked like the underdogs as Bayern were able to exploit on their weaknesses. In all Real Madrid were able to at least get a draw while they head to the Bernabeu for the return leg and this puts them in a comfortable position to qualify.
 
 ⁠As For Psg they’re a goal down already as you can see how they totally lost the midfield battle in the first leg aganist Dortmund and you’ll just imagine how much of energy they will have to put into the second leg. Well they’ll be playimg infront of their home fans so all hope isn’t lost yet as they can still be able to turn things around.

 Well football is really unpredictable but if you check the form of these clubs, you’ll know for sure that the possibility of a ReAl Madrd and psg final is pretty quite possible and has more chance of becoming a reality. I think these clubs in the final will even help UEFA to sell out more than any other final.

Well in the SPL there was a rule which would be limiting the signing of Players from Europe because the government felt the price tag of these players is slowly going to crumble the league they’re trying to build. Well it’s quite understandable as the price to an extent is pretty hight but I think stopping the signing of European players is not the right way to go.
 
 ⁠Rather I think a better solution would have been on putting a limit on either the price for signing an European or the number of European players to be signed by the club. These clubs need European players to be signed in order to be able to go through about their league as these players come into the club with wonderful experiences.

 ⁠It’s evident in the team’s performance this season as you can see Al Ittihad whom used to be one the main teams now turning to a shadow of themselves because they didn’t recruit amy European player. You can see how teams that got European players how they’re now fairing in the league.

 Judging from all these cases, I think a perfect solution will be to mix up with the European players but to still keep the league pure, there should be proper restriction on the amount of European players a club can aquire. This will help still maintain the league standard and  create a level playing ground for all the teams in the league.
