Well Bayern Munich are traditional winners of the league and for this reason, the fans are always having high hopes that they’ll be able to still maintain this stand. Well TT pattern hasn’t really favored the club as on most occasions we’ve see them struggle to get at least a goal. Currently they’re 5 points behind Leverkusen and are hoping Leverkusen suffers at least 2 defeats which to an extent doesn’t look realistic. For the UCL, I’m not seeing them as a strong contender because the team lacks great fluidity.

You can’t compare Bayern to teams like Real Madrid and Man City this season even though Bayern has got the experience but the current state of their team is nothing to write home about and that’s one reason I don’t see them having any hopes of winning the UCL. TT will have to get his pattern right and maybe then they can have at least the domestic title next season because It’s looking like it’s already gone this season.

I'm really suprised by Aston Villa's performance lately, I expect them to do better in this 2nd segment of the tournament but no they're not even impressive anymore,1st they got thrashed by Chelsea then Manchester United who knows if they'll still have another defeat again in their next fixture. If they continue losing points they'll miss out in the top 4 and maybe end up playing Conference League, not even the Europa. Well the only excuse they could give for their poor performance lately is the injury sustained by most of their 1st team players.

As for West Ham, I expected a defeat against Arsenal but the 6-0 is so embarrassing cause they played like they were not training or even without a coach, their manager would be so disappointed at himself and the boys for allowing such a heavy defeat this season from a big team and I'm pretty sure it would take a while before most of their fans would recover from watching their team embarrassed them on the pitch.

Well a lot of people would say or think or conclude that Ronaldo is a pride filled player, maybe because of his record overtime both in business, professional football and all round of his life's affair but for me I'd say he isn't that kind of person. We can as well confirm that inasmuch as what happened happened, there's been times that Ronaldo calls up and embraces more a fan who was once chased away by the security men on his way trailing in and out of the football arena. Enzo move to Chelsea was certainly a move that was envisioned to be impactful to the Blue side, even though while at the team, he had some ups and downs, a few error occurences too and also some regrettable game outcomes. He was and is still valued in the team. He's young with a good blend of midfield qualities too.

He's signed contract with Chelsea is set to run through till 2031 and so that only means that he's still got a couple of years to stick with the London side and at thesame time try to see a way to make positive growth and impacts too. He's got eyes from Barcelona and we'll truthfully he seems like a potential addition to them but it'll only be possible at the expiration of his contract which gives the Spanish side enough room to bounce back out of their financial hitch to a more balanced atmosphere.

Excelsior 0 - 3 Twente

well, this was an easy game for twente, that's because Excelsior in the last few games has been a very inconsistent team, they had mixed results, for example in the last 4 games they had 2 defeats, 1 draw and only one victory and they are fighting to distance themselves from the teams that are in the relegation zone, while Twente, which was also coming from mixed results, had managed to go 2 consecutive games without losing, which is why they were favorites in that game, with this victory, Twente remained in third place, doing with make it difficult for ajax to overcome them

heerenveen - Ajax

This is a very important game for Ajax in the sense that a victory would make Ajax occupy position 4, but it will not be an easy game, this is because Heerenveen is a team that in the last 5 games has not managed to have at least 1 victory but they managed to have 3 draws and 2 defeats and playing against teams that come from many draws is always very complicated, but I believe that Ajax will win this game and will occupy position 4

The Eredivise is competitive no doubt and consistency works very much for the teams there. It's winter season and so the teams ought to brace up to gain enough grounds ahead of post winter break. PSV and Ajax are doing explicitly well in the league as they've been able to keep up with game victories too. For Alkmaar, they're still lagging behind and it's really taking toll on them and their points on the league table too. They've just got to find a balance and get back to their pace. Their league isn't even as competitive as other European leagues as there are just a few teams that are tough in their play.

. They can still meet up with points and stay at a good spot on the table too. Congrats to Ajax and PSV, they're good and are growing better gradually regardless of the little loopholes that they're having too. The second half of the season have taken different turn in the league as it's believed that the various team managers will make new and better strategies to increase team's performance too.

Roma vs Inter Milan was a match that had 6 goals and I think Roma had their say in this match. In the first half of the match, they tried to contain Inter and make sure they don’t enjoy their free play of football. That pattern worked but still the major problem which is their shaky defense line was their major challenge in this match. Inter came in with a different pattern and they were able to break down the defense Roma tried to have.

For the UEL i think De Rossi will need a proper evaluation of that match and build more on his strength and improve his weaknesses in that match, that way he’ll be able to have a say against Feynoord in the UEL. But with the transfer window closed and there's no way to strengthen the squad again, he would need to come up with a defensive strategy to get past Feyenoord.

Well Harry kane is not going to have any trophy this season as the team generally isn’t looking like they’ll be able to challenge for any. They’re very much in the UCL but I don’t even see them going past the last 8. The team generally haven’t had that Chemistry that Bayern is sure known for. Thomas Tuchel pattern in this Bayern team haven’t been able to unleash the beast this Bayern team have.

For this reason, I think winning the UCL will be quite hectic and a challenge for Bayern and Harry Kane. Harry shouldn’t have much of a worry as it’s not his fault that he could go trophyless rather the pattern of the coach hasn’t been able to get them the trophies they deserve. I don't think Tuchel is the right coach for the club and with he right coach to manage that squad I think they'll become dominate again.

Well the EPL particularly is real full of surprises as you shouldn’t relax thinking you don’t have much work to do. In the case of West Ham, they won’t into the match with Arsenal with plenty of confidence from their first leg win. Arsenal humiliated them at home with huge goal margin as they showed both strength and determination in the match. Arsenal also through this match has given us one major reason to consider them in the tilte chase.

The chase for the title is fierce and this kind of emergency and response is needed if they want to be considered as a contender at all. They have showed us how they all work together as a team and are ready to challenge for the league this season, if they keep up with this momentum then it would make the race to the title for interesting. Well I just hope they'll be able to keep up against City and Liverpool.

In my opinion it still won't be that easy because to become a leader in La Liga you have to have deeper experience.

Even competing with popular teams in La Liga is not an easy task because popular teams have more experience with various strategies to be able to regain their position first. but I really hope there is something different this season Girona must become the leader in La Liga to see new history without the boredom of seeing every season led by a team that always dominates La Liga. Real Madrid for sure won't make it so easy for them and so let's anticipate how the remaining weeks of the season would turn out.

Besiktas is one team in the Turkish League that are to an extent doing well for themselves. Even though they don't get to have a spot in the UCL, they still try their best to earn a spot in the UEL and while at that segment of the European tournament, they do their best to gain good results. They now have a new president who's got the ability to make the team better.

The funds will be generated and dispersed accordingly for the team. Besiktas being one of the top teams in the league still has the tendency of rising to a better stance. Since the arrival of the new president there has surely been a positive turn around in the team and their game play was improved too. We hope to see the new Besiktas a few days and weeks from now and see the difference they'd make.

Well the EPl has always had its own joy that it adds to the general world of football and that’s one main teasin it’s still regarded as the top league acorss others in Europe. The EPl started with a struggling Man City but now it seems the whole story is changing. Man City have been outstanding since they’ve had all their players returning back to the team from injury, you’re able to see how they all fight to make sure they’re getting 3 points in all their matches. This determination from the players alone makes this team to be feared and they could even perform better than last season as they’re already on top the table.

Now it’s looking like Liverpool will probably have to start cancellation of any hope that theu could achieve the EPL this season as it’s looking like an impossible task especially with the way City are playing. Arsenal are somehow not really regarded as league contenders yet because they might not be able to put and match the strength of Liverpool talk more of city.

The injury in the Liverpool team affected their performance and made them drop points and now even Liverpool are now wanting City to probably drop points so that they can get back on their solid league at the top of the table. I’ve never seen Arsenal as a contender because they don’t have the matching strength to give Liverpool and City any worry.

The match was met with sluggishness from both teams and one that was very recognizable was that of South Africa as this wasn’t the way they played the Super Eagles some days back. DR Congo were majorly unlucky in the match and the penalty shootout as they took the lead in the shootout but lost it at a point.

The final is today and it’s going to be on tight fixture. As the host will ay the Super Eagles and these two teams have improved overtime in the competition and they come from the same group. Well I still throw my weight on Nigeria to win because they’ve got a rock solid defense and a reliable goalie and they’ve got fast paced attackers and wingers who’re always available when they’re called upon.

I really appreciate Xabi Alonso for his good effort to bring this club to limelight and also keep them going.

Bayern fell to a loss and this is one heavy loss that’s already affecting the team especially making them lose hope in their title chase. Though the pattern of Thomas is also one factor affecting them as Thomas Tuchel's pattern haven’t favored the generally. They shouldn’t regeret Harry Kane signing as he’s still leaving up to expectations rather they should get a coach whose philosophy will fit this Bayern team and then they’ll do magic both in the league and across Europe.

De Rossi era in charge of Roma started on a very good note as he hot them to having 3 points in every match he’s managaed them. This is one sort of boost and it made many of the fans feel they’ll stand a chance against Inter Milan. Well the usual or expected happened as Inter got the victory of 2-4 and gave themselves a solid lead on top the league standings. This defeat is one De Rossi should sit back and check what went wrong.

Proper analysis of this match will help especially as the Europa League reaumes and Roma will be having a strong opponent in Feynoord. Roma had their say in the match against Inter but weren’t able to keep up for long, so I think if there’s proper analysis of the match with Inter then they could probably get something off the match against Feynoord and qualify past this stage of The competition.

previously De Rossi was a recommendation from Mourinho and it made me think that this coach would fail to bring Roma to a higher level but in this match in the first half Roma was ahead with 2 points while Inter was only able to get 1 point and I saw Roma this time very so aggressive that it even made it difficult for Inter Milan defenders to keep up with Roma playing style.

De Rossi team really gave us surprises based on how they performed generally in this match. Yes they had 2 goals in the first half and tried to contain Inter Milan in this game. Inter Milan have been a great team and Roma though they’re under rebuilding phase, they tried so hard to get up to the pace of Inter Milan. Inter Milan have been one great team and they won this match which showed class and showed why they’re the league leaders.

They got the victory today and that was a big determinant and boost for them in the league. Now Roma should note the problem of the shaky defense line and try to work on it as they could be able to offer a lot in this campaign with De Rossi in charge. Therefore they really need to help him strengthen the squad by summer.

We’ve got some big matches going down across the various leagues in Europe this weekend, and almost seems to be one to watch. The match between Real and Girona is one big match and I expect Madrid to sure get the win in this encounter. Roma vs Inter was one difficult one but Inter somehow managed to get all 3 points infront of the Roma fans though they played a good football but they lost though. Our focus is on the match between Leverkusen and Bayern Munich.

Leverkusen really had a victory in this match and are sitting pretty on top the league with about 5 points clear ofd Bayern. This match proved how Leverkusen let Bayern dominate the possession but they were able to take their chances and were 3-0 up. This means Bayern will have lots of work to do if they want to have a shot at the league else I think the league belongs to Leverkusen.
