Girona has been doing really well in the soccer season, surprising everyone with their great performance. Even though Girona even Girona is playing perfectly, I expected Girona to win when they faced Mallorca because they are not in a total good shape, especially since the match was a Copa del Rey game. I really don't know what Erik Ten Hag sees in Andrea Onana that we ain't seeing, he's conceded a goal in a short period of arrival to the club, and get worst each week, he's very poor in decision making and stays out of position most times, coupled with the fact that his weight makes if difficult for him to dive properly and make a save when necessary, most people are complaining about Uniteds defense being poor, well they're right but David Degea performed better with a more poor defense than United have currently and didn't concede as Onana has currently.

Onana's performance in the AFCON has proved that he's not really the quality of goalie United should be alowing to get a starting place in their club and I hope ETH has taken note on that and work on getting a replacement by summer, cause I see them going nowhere with Onana in front of the goal line. Ajax have not been at their best performances but they've definitely been winning games and have been consistent to it. Definitely a coach has his own impact in a team, once the head is faulty, there'll always be loopholes. It means a lot for a team to get victorious consecutively in a row and for Ajax, that's caused a gradual improvement regardless not doubting that they still have to put in more work. They've got players no doubt but the squad needs to be better, Ajax is a team better than a narrow win, at the moment though, finding the right player who's top and ready in all areas to give that competitive capacity in both the domestic league and the European leagues will be hard.

Every team won't want to loose their kept men and every player that's be free are the ones that weren't so solid for the team. It's quite expensive to get for a team a high valued player no doubt and Ajax management may not likely be up to the task and it's going to be unsafe to settle for a less standard player. Their inconsistency is unhealthy and they just have to find a way to stop the wins from occuring through a narrow means. The coach is good at what he does but he has to improve himself and the team too, once all the necessary characteristics needed are in place, then it'll be an easy ride for Ajax.

Xavi is caught up in this situation and blaming him could be pretty crazy but I think to an extent it’s his fault. He approved the signing of players that got the club in this FFP saga, and now he's suffering the consequences, rumors have it that he could not be the manager of the club next season and I wonder where he'll manage next if he leaves Barcelona. Well with the experience he's got from Barca I'm pretty sure there would be lost of teams requesting for his signature.

Yea this FFP saga has made them not to be able to get any big name who could change up the phase of play in the team. This is very important as the team lacks quality at this point and they really need that young blood who will be able to drive forward and be a motivation. Well with Xavi out, I think this team could suffer a little more except they’re ready to get in a quality coach who’ll be able to get victory and adapt fast.

Yes, Saudi League clubs don't just focused on players, they also needs coach to improved the quality of their game, especially as Jose Mourinho is a famous and phenomenal coach. If he brought him in, it would be good for the Saudi League itself to increase the league popularity.
Even so, Jose Mourinho still need great consideration even though he was offered a large salary, but if he leaves Europe his fame as a European coach will definitely fade and it could be that his potentials in the Saudi League will not develop well, as is currently the case with many European league players whose potential is fading when in a different league.

Mourinho overtime has been a vibrant coach. Looking and judging his journey in the managerial career, he's had good wins and it only serves as a certainty that he'd get to a great asset to any club he's in. Amongst the list of coaches, he's a top ranked manager. There are good evidences of his performance level in every team he's served in. At this point, his time in Roma is near to be up and so there's got to be an option of a new move for him.

Now his switch to another team isn't the issue but rather, based on his professional quality and asset to the new team, the financial aspect has to be considered and the agreement met too. As it stands, every team scouting for his skillset may not be able to settle him financially. He himself won't want to stay idle and it doesn't mean that he'll settle for less. He can't stoop low all cos of new job opportunities. There's a certainty that a suitable option will be made available for him. We just have to wait till it's time.
