Looking at Arsenal this season you can tell how very impressive they’re based on form and they’re currently one of the main contenders for the EPL this season. And yes they’re sitting pretty on top of the league with very good amount of goal difference this is because of how very productive their front line has been. This Arsenal team over the past 2 seasons have showed massive growth on how they play. ⁠This massive growth is one of the many reasons why they’re being considered to be one of the major contenders for the UCL.

The one that many people are even seeing them as better contenders than Real Madrid is crazy. Like why, Real Madrid are the Champions of Europs having won over 14 UCL titles as compared to any club that comes close which is probably Liverpool with about 8 or 9. Yes Arsenal should be considered as contenders but not sure and in any way should they be above Real Madrid. Madrid are better placed than Arsenal and many should stop trying to use the results of last season to think Real Madrid will not be able to go through City in the quarter final match against them. Real Madrid are better balanced than how they looked last season.

 Arsenal being compared to Bayern Mumich can be quite understandable but not a team like Real Madrid. Yea Bayern Munich aren’t playing well this season and we won’t be surprised if Arsenal is able to go past Bayern because of how poorly the defense if Bayern is and also how very productive the attack line of Arsenal is as they’re a set of young players. I think the major problem of this Arsenal team will be how experienced they’re as you can see them having difficulties in the return leg against an experienced Porto side. Though this is Bayern Munich last hope for a trophy and as such I think they’ll come out all out for Arsenal and then Arsenal could get the advantage and hit on a counter.

City's boss Pep is one good coach that has good foresight. His style of play, choice of players and combination of squad makes City formidable in all their displays. City themselves has a lot to offer in football, they're one team that are tough to encounter, this is because of Pep. How best can a team be with 3 different squads that are too good to face any rival. Even the youngsters are doing far better than old big Dawgs in other teams. The best thing that's ever happened to Manchester City is Pep Guardiola. Sometimes one would wonder if he'd be able to do these exploits with a different team, the answer is yes. We've seen his works in the clubs he's been before City and we've seen that he's the right man for any club's managerial position.

 Liverpool on the other hand has experienced a push ahead in their stance since Klopp joined the team. They have been impactful in all areas of contests they find themselves. They've pulled through series of finals and have lifted a number of trophies too. The manager has been a positive addition to them and it's understandable if the club can't let go of him yet. This season, he's aimed for a number of trophies too, first when they took on Chelsea in the EFL finals, definitely the boss was charged to win again.

 The European contests too is there. He's been able to put the team in the spotlight which they need to excel. The players he's worked with are definitely improving in their abilities too. Just like Pep in City, Klopp is been a savior to Liverpool and they'd definitely have to get to some greater heights before he exits the team soon. Regardless of the team's conditions, these top two teams have been able to stay in shape, giving themselves tough encounters at every time they meet. It's a much anticipated encounter when these teams face each other for the second leg game this season in the EPL. It'll be difficult to predict the game outcome because they're tough opponents, but fairly, it's certain that there'd be inflow of goals in the game.

For Manchester City, they've got players that are key to them, although the team are good, but there were some leakages in the team as a result of De Bruyne and Gundogan's absence. They've still had an upper head in the contest but the team would best be in their top form when these two are present. Not loosing hope in them, they can still do the City magic.

 Kevin De Bruyne's injury was one that lasted a while and also caused him to loose form upon recovery. He's needed some time off to get back himself and his agility to match Guardiola's football. He's a quick picking player and he's going to be able to bounce back. No doubt, City misses him as he's got this special effect he gives to the team, a few things has changed since his absence and his absence is felt in a minut level. Al-Nassr got their eyes on him and no doubt it's his decision to go there or not, even though he'd cause a lot of impact in the team too.

 Al-Nassr move won't be a bad option though but the guy has still got some displays to do. His contract with City will expire soon and then we'd know his way forward in the footballing journey. By April, the quarter finals stage for the UCL will kick off and for the teams, it'll not be an easy slide through regardless of the notion of the strongest teams being the ones able to scale into this stage.

 The key men for City are back and set to run and definitely that's enough charge to weigh down their opponent. The teams would try to put up a battle but I'm certain that City will be capable to overturn them. They're way ahead in capacity and ability too. As always, the quarter finals will have as much fun as there can be in it and it's greatly anticipated. Preparations and games would definitely be intense too.

 When a star leaves a particular club it’s quite painful and hard to always move on and especially get a replacement who would fit. What’s more painful is letting the star go for free and that means you’ll be on a loss getting a replacement. In every sphere of life getting a replacement for a quality product or person is usually very hard as you could go through crazy phases and yet still not get the right replacement. This is the case for PSG whom their star man Kylian is set to leave the club. Kylian has been forcing his way out for over 2 years now and though the club have managed to keep him on certain occasions but right now they’re no longer able to keep the young man as he’s set to achieving individual limelights to help his career and take on another level of greater challenge.

 PSG in a bid to replace him are set to raid Barcelona who are in need for money with some tempting offer for their winderkid, 16 year old Yamal. The offer of over 200m euro prepared by PSG is real mouth watering and very tempting especially to Barcelona who’re currently broke. Yes this deal will sure destroy the transfer market and make the valuation of players sly rocket again and we know that this isn’t good for football as clubs will now over price their players who won’t be able to even offer anything. Mbappe joined this club at a tender age and not to forget that it's a player's decision if he wants to stay in a club or leave, also it depends on his contract signed with the team as well as the teams decision to either keep him or let him go.
 
 In PSG, Mbappe is one key man that they don't want to give off yet. Even though his contract is set to expire by summer, they still know he's advantageous and would want to keep him. For Mbappe, his stay in the team beyond and after the expiration of the contract seems to be dependent on his intentions as well as the teams performance in the long run. Good thing for him that Madrid are not really interested in him yet until summer so he's got to be a bit patient till then, then maybe, he'd be willing to join the Spanish side. Let's just anticipate summer break whilst watching his movement decision unfold.

The young dude who’s just 21 years old has had an outstanding season with Everton his childhood club. Despite the battle of relegation at Everton he’s set to make his England debut against Belgium this weekend. This kind of debut is one that’s attracted from an outstanding performance and that feat he’s achieved. Hence, the attractions both from the National team and other English clubs too.

 His outstanding performance has attracted a lot of performance from a lot of top sides in the league and one major being City who have shown maximum interest in the young lad. The League Champions aren’t lacking in that position but they want to maintain the high competition amongst their players and as such they’re ready to join the chase for this lad. The young lad won’t be needing much time to adapt as he’s homegrown and he’s shown technical traits that are similar to that of John Stone.

 The neighbors of the Citizens, United are leading in the race to sign the young lad this suner while Tottenham and Real Madrid have also showed interest in bringing the young lad to their respective clubs. United could have an issue with the price tag as Everton aren’t wanting to sell less than £60m. Though united would want to offload some players but they could also be ready to build up with a player as Branthwaite.

 ⁠Man City could be the only ones that would be able to get the young lad to their club as they’re in a better position financially as compared to Man United and Tottenham. Real Madrid too might probably overlook if they get a player more advanced than the 21 year old. Well i won't be in a rush to conclude yet, cause sometimes the market can be full of suprises, and where you'll expect a player to move might not actually be where he'll end up in.

The switch to any club in some situations is a decision to be made by the player. Benzema has had quite an eventful time with Madrid. He impacted the team in his own special level of performance. Definitely he's got to get for himself widespread experience. In this case, he's got to consider a number of factors and they are technically a determinant of how effective their new move decision would be for them. No doubt every team there, if in that situation will do the same as Al Nassr had done or even worse. It's all for a purpose. I don't know but likely in the coming months, we should expect to see more of these occurrences. Benzema in Al ittihad is definitely not a bad move still, he's a key striking impact and I believe the Saudi league of all leagues won't be a wrong retirement option for him too. He's bound to hit two targets at thesame time with the team.

The EPL is competitive too and so focus should be put in it but the UEL trophy to me would actually have more worth than the EPL. The UEL journey may not necessarily be stressful for them as Liverpool tends to be better than the teams in the tournament, their tough counterpart will definitely be Leverkusen because they've had more or less same domestic league results as Liverpool and the team is everly eager to strive to win games and they're aiming for the trophy. It's good that the both of them are in the same condition and then also have the same goal and target in the domestic and continental tournaments too.

  I believe that Liverpool has everything it takes to be champions in this season's UEL, their only challenge may be Leverkusen though but they're definitely up for a competitive game. They've got the players and skills with both teams having the same goal and vision ahead of the competitions too. They're the two strongest and toughest team in the contest and I won't be surprised if they conquer all their opponents till the final stage.

 In the Europa League, there's been top contending teams from the start till the current stage of the contest. Even though days back, the playoffs stage was concluded and there we saw few teams earn advancement tickets. Well from the beginning of the tournament, we know that it'll only be the tough teams that'd survive. Also predicting the winner this season would be hard as there are a number of tough teams to pick from.

 The highest we can do is to just analyze these teams based on their overtime performances this season and bringing that in the picture, the highest probable winner would be Leverkusen, then Liverpool and any other team behind. In essence it's safe to say that if the draws are favourable, then Liverpool would battle with Leverkusen in the final game of the tournament. For me, I'll really love to see the heated game between Leverkusen and Liverpool in the UEL soon though and I have a feeling they'd be made to play against themselves.  

This season is one season Barcelona fans wants to forget in a hurry as this season have been one of their down seasons coupled with the financial issues of the club. Club’s finances is always a big worry especially as it’s not going to help the club be able to get the proper signings they need. This is one challenge the club has faced this season and as such have had to manage with the injured players and the available players. Managing with both sets of players seems to be real tough and this can be troublesome especially for the coach. And i feel because of the trouble and all Xavi decided to depart the club at the end of the season. Xavi has been a good manager at the Spanish side, even though they've had some shaky situations, they've just found a way to cover up lapses and make necessary coverings to the loopholes.

 It's very much good that they were able to put in good effort regardless of what they lacked to good team building. Nonetheless, Xavi would have still done better than he's already done. Well, his days with the team are technically numbered and he's got some commendations which he definitely deserves. I don't know what to say about his intended replacement but all I'll say is Barcelona as a team has work to be done and I'd love to see the new Barcelona in seasons and games to come. It'll be very much important that Barcelona management tried their best to get a good replacement for Xavi and finding the best option for them would be a bit difficult.

 So far this season, Real Madrid have been very much active and set towards the La Liga trophy goal. They've in many weeks played games and ensured good results that's gotten and kept them in the top spot of the league table. Even though a couple of times, their performances have been reducing in range, they've still being able to manage a win before the end of the game. Well, they still have the champions confidence and determination in them too, adding that their manager is very much experimental in his approach to their games. They're a good team and they sure do know how to fix up their errors.

 In the La Liga currently, Real Madrid are currently at the greater part of the league and they sure do know how to supercede other teams. They've had to play less than expected in passing weeks but still they were able to conquer their UCL opponent yesterday. This weekend won't be any different because their opponent has not really been consistent in the league. Madrid on the other hand are very much vibrant and eager to net out the 3points one more time and keep making their stand on the league table solid.

Milan needs to put in extra work to their efforts. Their activeness in the European cup was very much a good push for them in terms of their confidence building but there's been times of less ball performances which takes till on them and it's causing setbacks in their Serie A race. This season though, they weren't really much of a strengthened team with increasing tempo as before but they tried to win games. All hope isn't lost for them as they've still got chances against lesser teams and their next league opponents.  They're a good side but it'll take something extra to be a better side.

 For now, they've got to strive to stay in shape and in the right spot on the league table. There are still weeks to go, no one knows if a change can be effected to the standings, one just has to look out for every team's performance. In all their strides, they never should forget that they're in huge competitive battle in the Serie A league and every moment and game count, so they've got no leisure to slack or relax or draw back in their efforts too. Though Milan's injury cases caused loopholes in the certainty of them progressing in the European contest.

 They're currently at a time that they'd need to put in more proactive solutions to help them out of their current predicament. In their domestic league as well, they have not really been up and doing as they're known for, their matches can't even be confidently predicted because they're lagging behind. They're not currently the Ac Milan that we know. The coach himself is experienced with them therefore there's a probability that he'd rectify the default in no time but they really have to up their game if they want to progress through this season without issue.

 Fiorentina on the other hand have been in between performances. Yes, generally this season, they've been more of a threat to teams too in all their games. They're a good side and there still many other chances for them but they don't have to keep being in the dark, letting lower teams overpower them. Even though they were the visitors, they could have still struggled hard to keep a draw at least. The strategy should be redrawn, they've got to put in extra efforts to getting a better result than what they already have.

This season, there's been a switch in the dominance that occurs in the German league, the professor Xabi is one key threat to Munich who's in time past being the head and leaders of the league. Even though last season, there's been a trail behind from Dortmund, comparing all the years, only Leverkusen have been overtime been able to maintain the difference in standings on the contention battle. Tuchel knows that a serious tussle laid ahead and as the season keeps drawing to an end, there's been hope for a greater chance to create growth opportunities too.

 I'd have loved to see how the end of the season will look like for the German clubs as it's highly expected that unlike Dortmund, Leverkusen would make the big difference since so far, Munich has failed in making good names for themselves. Sadly though, Tuchel's stay in the club is seemingly threatened, his days are actually numbered and it's understandable that the management would want a switch for the coach position as they expected him to be better considering how much effort his put in recent times and even with flaws, they need not to keep overlooking it as it's unending. Well it'll only task them to find a proper hand that'll replace Tuchel's as so far they need not to take their chances and cause this to continue unto the next season.


 Even though Leverkusen with Alonso have been impressive in all rounds and it's surprising that they're now better than some already grounded teams. It only means that Xabi has a unique managing quality which can be of essence in bigger teams too. I believe he's still got good plans for the German team, which will still be manifested good. Well it'll only be fair and an added advantage to the German club if their hit maker coach stays the next season with them to keep up with the positive differences he's trying impart to the club.Alonso was quested for by the counterpart German team, Munich and they've been able to have his preference. Well, hopefully he'll be able to take them out of the state they are. His records are speaking for him and so it's understandable that they see him as a proper prospect for the job ahead in the club.

Still talking about the heavyweight quarter final which is a match of 2 great clubs in the UCL. Well I’m not among the many that think the result will be the same as last season especially as Madrid have to an extent had stability to their squad with the addition of Jude. Yes Mbappe to this Real Madrid squad will make it top notch and this season he’s not there with them yet, I’m still seein madrid being able to defeat City in the quater finals of this competition. The 2 teams are very good in how they handle the ball but I think Madrid will have the edge here in this fixture.

 Injury is going to be one major factor to be on the lookout for as that could be a strong determinant to this challenge. A team like Real Madrid that’s suffered some great injuries lately will be looking to avoid any heading into this fixture as their players being complete will be a big boost for them. City also who are pressured in the EPL will be trying to avoid any injury as any injury incured now could damage the team’s shape and overall performance. Though the results of last season could be one of the many factors to decide but a match as this holds new possibilities.

 The match can go either way as both coaches have very tactical managers that can change the face of the play in the team. Many believes Man City will hop on last season’s victory and win Madrid this season again. Well I laugh because this Real Madrid young squad really have got a lot up their sleeves and are very ready for this challenge. I just hope injury won’t be a major barrier for them because as little as an injury on one player is a bog minus to the whole Madrid squad and it’s not really good enough for this Madrid team. Real Madrid will sure get the victory in this match and yes they will go on to win the UCL and I’m very confident on that happening than any other thing happening in any way.

Lyon are one of the major teams to look out for in the Ligue 1 and though their season didn’t begin on a very excellent note just like their big counterparts, they were able to survive relegation this season in the league. And yes that is a characteristic of a club that’s gone through reviving process. This is the quality of a big club they didn’t just survive relegation but they also surpassed our imaginations and are now in the 10th place on the log. They really improved on how they play especially after the board took a decision to let the coach go and hire a new coach who cane and changed the mindset of these players.

 The numbers they have had this season in terms of win ratio though it’s average but you can tell that they’ve had a massive form of improvement as compared to how poorly they started the season. Yes this goes to show that the new coach is really doing his job and as such you can have high hopes for them next season.The mentality of the players changed and they had a better philosophy and are now chasing on for better things and sincerely next season, I expect them to be able to achieve something especially with how they managed to rise above the bad results this season.

 Other clubs should take a cue from this Lyon’s story and not be afraid if changing a coach who’s not effective as that could be the major issue and they should endeavor to hire a new coach with a better philosophy as that could help and revive the team. The confidence of this Lyon team is high and they’re now seen as a team that could be feared and yes I’m sure they’ll finish above 10th place this season with over 9 matches to go. But to make that possible, hard work is needed plus good team spirit.
 

Manchester United is changing in hierarchy and this is one thing the fans had always wanted so badly. Well it’s happening and we’re seeing it in our time. Well the hopes are high and no one is certain yet on any decision that could be taken. With Jim Ratcliffe, an English business man, he’s already making some new additions to the directors of the club and you can see how the additions are very key and they’re a better way of reviving the club that’s almost forgotten. You can appreciate h the efforts he’s putting in trying to bring this team back to life.

 Well the rumors of Southgate taking over started some days back and you can understand that there’s a bit of truth in that rumor especially as Ratcliffe is an English man and he’ll want to Favour his English Family. This is as similar to the Chelsea takeover and Potter hiring. Southgate will be a disaster at Manchester United as ti me ETH is still a better choice than Southgate in handling that Manchester United squad. Southgate is not a coach with enough win ratios as the numbers while At England National Team speaks for itself.

 Southgate reply when he was asked showed that the rumor could be true to an extent and if this happens, I bet it could be disastrous for the club’s growth. I think Eth should be given a little more time as he’s really done well with this squad though thi season haven’t been a good one at all. 2Ratcliffe is really working fast and The fans hopes he’s able to make the right decisions. One more thing he should try to do is to employ a good director of sports who’ll head the transfer of players and signing of players as this will somehow reduce the load off the coach to an extent and this will be a good move to reviving the Manchester United team.

Player and coach disagreement is one part of football that’s inevitable as it’s bound to happen just like in the normal life where you have the subordinate always having one or two rifts with the boss. This kind of rift always leads to the subordinate suffering it most times. We rarely see the boss (coach) suffering the repercussions of the rift. Yes the coach only suffers when the rift goes beyond a player to about half of the team, then you know the problem is from the coach and then he’s sacked. For the case of Cancelo, he’s had a fall out with Pep for over 2 seasons and that’s one main reason we aren’t seeing a good player like him in the City colour.

 Joao is very experienced in his position and you can see his impact the season before his rift with the coach, the numbers can speak for him. Now he’s made a statement which can rule out any hope of a possible return to the Manchester Club anytime soon. He was one of the major factor in City winning the league in 2021 and 2022 but midway through the 2022 season, he had a fall out with Pep and he was loaned to Bayern and then in 2023/24 season he’s loaned again to Barcelona. At the moment it’s seeming like Pep is very okay with Ake in that position and isn’t bothered about calling Joao back. Now all eyes are at Barcelona to try and keep the defender because his addition in the Barcelona squad too can’t be overemphasized enough.

 Yes, we know Barcelona are in a bit of financial issues but if they play their cards well they’ll be able to get Joao permanently. They know how much they need a player like that in that particular position he’s playing  and they’ll have to look for a way to keep him permanent. Pep doesn’t look like he’s also ready to call him back and is very willing to sell as he’s already scouting for additions for Ake in that position, though Joao is still seeing City as favorites to win the UCL but he’s not happy with the way Pep treated him and as such he made that statement and I believe that is drawing the curtain already and we could probably see a permanent move for him to Barcelona.

Marseille had a fair encounter weeks ago when they were up against Metz. Both sides also managed to net in goals for themselves. Well the outcome of the game didn't necessarily influence their table standings but it was worthwhile. It's a confidence booster for both teams. Especially for Marseille, they've got the Europa League encounter ahead of them and most definitely, they've got to try to act better than they've always done. They shouldn't trade chances and their opponent has for seasons past been reselient in their European quests.

 Let's just see how the next European cup games would turn out for all the advanced teams too. Even though it's much expected that Marseille will be the victor in the end, it's certain that it won't also be an easy stride for them too. Next month in the quarter finals face off, they'll be battling first away from home to Benfica and considering how much of an impact the host team has made in their games so far, it's just so fair to note that they wouldn't take their chances against thr French side.

 To say that Marseille stand a chance at qualifying is a bit on some scaly probable occurences, they've got a shot no doubt but it's intensity and capacity is the cause for worry. Marseille on their own end have been able to stay up in shape and deliver right performances in their league games, an inflow of goals is imminent and yes the both teams have thesame probability of chances. It all depends on the team who'd do extremely better and also try to stay put on their upgraded performances in both the first and second legs respectively.

It'll be beautiful to see that Girona in a long time would get to have a ticket to the European cup next season, they're not aiming for the La Liga trophy, they're definitely going for next season's European ticket and so far, it's seeming like a finished task, we only have to wait for the last table result on the La Liga. In a few recent games, Bilbao have been able to show strength and charisma to winning games. They've safely been tagged underrated and not really focused on but looking deep, they're making waves.

 Even their betting odds would speak for them. They are a team practically growing into a La Liga threat club. They've had competitive games and ensured they kept up their pace making the result of the game be either to their favour or a fair draw. Girona and Vallecano are a testament of the fact. It's good how Spanish teams are starting to face the uprising of the beat and live through letting just 3 teams be the talk about of the league. Currently the likes of Girona,  Real Sociedad too and definitely Bilbao are outshining in their deeds and it's amazing to watch how football has become even more interesting this season in the Spanish league.

For the Italian teams at the moment, they'll be focusing their strength on the domestic Serie A league and they ought to be doing excellently well in it. Especially Juventus, they've even had a greater chance of being far ahead in the standings than the likes of Inter Milan because for others, after the league games, they'd still have to play the continental tournament and this will definitely affect players' physical capabilities too. Although, inasmuch as a weighty gap is expected of them, Inter Milan has made it difficult because they've also been in their best form. At thesame time, it'll not be hard to stay in shape to earn a ticket to next season's European contests.

 They've been able to play resiliently and the results so far is fit to help them earn this ticket but the difficulty they may face this season is the trophy of the Serie A, the top contenders won't let it slip away from them, they're in their own way and end putting streanous efforts to ensure that they get the maximum number of points to keep the gaps and help them win the trophy. There's really no time to make a difference but they themselves know it's not going to be as easy as it ought to be considering the intensity in games this season. Inter are ahead with a reasonable point gap and undeniably, they're are proving to keep up with consistencies which if met, Juventus no matter what won't be able to catch up to them.

  Inter are no longer faced with the European contest and so for inter Milan and Juventus, they've still got extra time to prepare ahead for the league games. Against Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan did well to stay in the game but it wasn't just well enough to help them advance in the contest. They've gained enough grounds this season and it's profitable to them considering how well and useful their position has been and will be for them in subsequent games and seasons too.

Tuchel's presence in the team ought to make a significant impact to their endeavors all time and also Kane's performance needed to add a big advantage to them but so far, their recent games have turned out opposite of their normal and expected performance rate. It'll only mean that their journey this season to a top spot is threatened and no one can say exactly if they'll be able to scale through it.  Well it'll only task them to find a proper hand that'll replace Tuchel's as so far they need not to take their chances and cause this to continue unto the next season. Alonso is being quested for and if they're able to secure him, well, hopefully he'll be able to take them out of the state they are. His records are speaking for him and so it's understandable that they see him as a proper prospect for the job ahead in the club.  Even though last season, there's been a trail behind from Dortmund, comparing all the years, only Leverkusen have been overtime been able to maintain the difference in standings on the contention battle. Tuchel knows that a serious tussle laid ahead and as the season keeps drawing to an end, there's been hope for a greater chance to create growth opportunities too. I'd have loved to see how the end of the season will look like for the German clubs as it's highly expected that unlike Dortmund, Leverkusen would make the big difference since so far, Munich has failed in making good names for themselves.

The heavyweight of matches is the final before final in the UCL. This match is between the 2 best teams in the Ucl in the past 2 years and these 2 teams are the most recent winners of the competition.Funny enough, anyone that eliminates the other will probably go ahead to win the trophy as currently I’m not seeing any of the other 6 teams still in the competition being able to stop any of these 2 teams. They’re quite similar in terms if player’s strength and also coaching abilities.The 2 coaches are knows for their wide level of being tactical and that’s a plus for the teams in match. Also i feel the main focus for the match will be the 2 old Dortmund friends Jude and Erling.

 These 2 players are going to be the point men for their teams in this encounter as the success lf their team mostly rely more on their shoulders and how they chose to perform in the match. That not withstanding, both clubs still have players who can decide to take the shine when you least don’t expect. Man City will want to real win the UCL again back to back and they are looking forward to defeating City again and I think they’ll be coming to frustrate Madrid to a draw at the Santiago. I think Ancelotti should be able to get the best tactics to help this Madrid side.

 I have high hopes on Madrid being able to go through as in my books they’re currently better than the team Man City faced last season. If Madrid goes through I don’t think Bayern will be able to stop them and as such whosoever they meet in the final.Madrid are better placed when compared to City, Arsenal and Bayern to be able to win the title and I think that’s what’s going to play down at the end of the day. It will probably be 15 UCL for Madrid at the end of the season.

Lyon are a big team in the Ligue 1 and yes they started the season quite poorly but I was among the many that knew they’ll be able to survive relegation this season in the league. And yes that has now become a reality.This is the quality of a big club they didn’t just survive relegation but they also surpassed our imaginations and are now in the 10th place on the log. Their form isn’t really great this season but you can’t compare their recent form to how they started.

 They’ve had 10 wins and 4 draws and about 12 losses this season and you can tell that they’re average and that’s majorly because of how fast they picked up form and got back on their feet. Now the hopes are high that they might probably finish between 8th to 9th on the log.The way the management of the club took charge of the club really shows efficiency in managerial role as compared to how other clubs would have had lackadaisical attitude towards the clubs success. This should be a warning bell to other clubs who aren’t performing well and are not active in making changes.

 The mentality of the players changed and they had a better philosophy and are now chasing on for better things and sincerely next season, I expect them to be able to achieve something especially with how they managed to rise above the bad results this season. The club will perform on a better note and will either get a qualification to Europe if they keep playing like this. Other clubs should emulate the way this Lyon board handled the situation and see the positivity it brought to the club.
