You're right he did brilliantly in the previous match against villa, he blocked several shots from finding the back of the net and saved his team from being defeated or sharing points with villa. With the arrival or Sir Jim and the current appointments in recruitment teams and board members, i think Onana knows what's at stake if he fails to get back in form, therefore he's gradually gaining back his confidence hence his new form.

Comparing both team, everyone knows City are definitely the most likely to win that game, I mean they're one of the toughest squad in the league if not the toughest and they got more better and experienced squad than Chelsea, even a more better manager, well that doesn't mean Pochettino ain't good but I don't think I'll compare him to Pep Guardiola who's won major trophies in several league and even won 3 trophies with City last season, i don't think Chelsea would be able to defeat City, maybe they could share points.

Their league is not so competitive and they normally themselves have the strength before now to compete. There's still high chance for them. Asides the 3points being secured, the goal margin should be considered too as it plays it's own role in keeping a club at the top.

Ajax have not been at their best performances but they've definitely been winning games and have been consistent to it. It means a lot for a team to get victorious consecutively in a row and for Ajax, that's caused a gradual improvement regardless not doubting that they still have to put in more work. They've got players no doubt but the squad needs to be better.

Ajax is a team better than a narrow win, at the moment though, finding the right player who's top and ready in all areas to give that competitive capacity in both the domestic league and the European leagues will be hard. Their inconsistency is unhealthy and they just have to find a way to stop the losses from occuring through a narrow means. There's still a bit of time for their errors to be reshaped and corrected too.

Dortmund in previous seasons have been very much active and eager to chase the trophy. Although at the moment the chase isn't off, they've still got every chance in store to prove themselves. Well Copenhagen aren’t any match to Man City, as they’re one tough opponent and they’re title contenders. Copenhagen tried to be able to at least get 1 goal as equalizer. Man City are favorites of the UCL as I’m confident of them heading to the UCL quater final or Semi-finals if not the finals.

Chelsea will be one big match for City as I feel they’ll prepare more for that match rather than the one against Copenhagen. The defeat at the home of Copenhagen has made the match of the 2nd leg an easy one for them but they'll take Chelsea more seriously cause of their quest to win the EPL title again, they're aware that if they lose the match against Chelsea it would give Liverpool and Arsenal a big advantage so they won't take it likely.

The Epl like I always say remains the most competitive league across Europe. As there are evident facts to back up this stance. Take a look at the league currently and you see a fierce battle in points and goal difference between the top 3 and the bottom 3-5 clubs. Arsenal who were almost written off have now proved some points in the wins against Liverpool and resounding win against West Ham that they’re not out of tge title race yet. Manchester City vs Chelsea over the weekend is one fixture that many are looking forward too especially after the 4-4 match at the bridge in the 1st leg. The Nigerian Local league hasn’t experienced any form of improvement yet and that’s why picking players to represent the nation from the league is quite challenging. Based on the ranking in Africa the league holds no sweet position and getting players from their to play in the National team might be disastrous. I think the players playing across Europe or in better Africa Leagues aren’t doing bad as we can see how they performed for the Nation in th just concluded AFCON. Based on Iwobi’s issue, I think the Nigeria fans are just showing the anger of losing in a match owing that they were major favorites.

I think they should also know that football doesn’t have to go your way everytime as sometimes you could lose in a more bigger stage than expected. Well Real Madrid are one team that’s now looking unstoppable especially when they’re halving injury scare. This team had been built in such a way that when a player is out on injury, the imapct isn’t really felt by the club.Yes as they’re still able to still get the wins they need. The win over Girona has been a big boost to their league title chase and this is also a scare sign to other clubs in the league who are thinking of winning them.

Currently they’re the only outstanding club in the league and I’m very confident that if they keep playing like this, then they’ll win the league earlier than expected. The addition kf Jude to this team was on point as he’s presence is the real pivot in this team’s success this season and we must commend Madrid Scout for making sure he was signed to the club.

If you look at opportunities, actually both clubs still have a chance, it's just that Roma is a little more doubtful because the coach is no longer Jose Mourinho. Maybe last season Roma could still beat Feyenoord because of the strategy given by Jose Mourinho, but it seems like this season is different because of coach De Rossi strategy and Jose Mourinho are definitely different but I hope De Rossi is able to finish this play off round well so that these doubts are refuted.

Well De Rossi era at Roma has started and it started on a very good note. Yes on a very good note in the sense that they were able to get all 3 points in the matches they played. Now we shift our focus to the opponents they played and we see that these weren’t big opponents that could give thm too much stress. As over the weekend, he had his first test where he tried to leave a mark but he failed at the end.

This bring is to some conclusion that De Rossi might not bring much development to this side owing that he’s also an Amateur coach and might not have much to offer. Yes even in the UEL, currently they’re not seen as much a threat because Jose Mourinho no longer in charge of managing the club however they should underestimate De Rossi, he might not be as experienced as Jose, but he could take everyone by suprise.

Chelsea tried let's give them so accolade the EPL is a very tough league, the club you think is small would even suprise you, talk more of Crystal Palace that's been consistent of not being relegated for years now, Chelsea might be bigger than them but they're a club that could pull a treat to big teams, therefore I think really tried, some of their players might not have performed to fans expectations but atleast they played a role in securing the victory amd there's still room for improvement.

I saw a lot of people picking Copenhagen to win City and I wonder why they took such risk, yes football is full of surprises but come on they're facing Manchester City, one of the best club in the world and currently the best team in the EPL. Maybe they thought because Copenhagen defeated their neighbours United and they could do same to United, lol to bad they lost their bet cause City showed Copenhagen who's boss and I believe they'll give them an embarrassing defeat when they come to the Etihad in the return leg.

Well Copenhagen really tried in that match they're no match for City but they tried in holding their ground in the 1st half by equalizing in the 34th mins after Debruyne's opener but in the 2nd half City became more dominant and add 2 more goals to end the game with a 1-3 in Copenhagen's ground. That's to tell you how strong the team is they're one of the most likely to win the tournament and I wonder why anyone would think they'll lose to Copenhagen.

It's very much advantageous when a team is seeded with a number of young players that in their own way are doing really well for the club. It's every club's dream to excel in their dealings.
It's a bigger blessing when the squad is young, vibrant and growing. There's still hope for better and improved performances in coming years. The squad spirit won't just die off easily. Young players in European clubs only means that there's a future for the continental leagues. They only need the right hands to stay put and on track to perform better too.

There are a number of clubs that's got in their camp promising players and yes they're doing exceedingly well. The teams are promising, they've got the right hands to guide them through. And I think more top European team would continue coming after their newly developed talents, they might decide to cash In on them by summer though.
