261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Increasing number of altcoin (Good or Bad)?? on: June 30, 2018, 07:22:09 PM
It's just simply how the market is. There's so many that it likely doesn't effect anything because there is just an ocean to drown in. Maybe somebody will single out a droplet in the ocean of altcoins and tokens and have a bad experience, but this is how it has been from the very start. There always was and always will be a ton of altcoins and there is nothing than can be done, or should be done.
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FIAT rewards for bounty hunters. on: June 30, 2018, 05:26:43 PM
They use their shitty token to provide a bounty campaign reward because it costs them nothing and foreign spammers in third world countries can make the occasional large amount (for their country) by dumping the coin if it ever makes it to an exchange. Paying in fiat would require them to actually have to pay something instead of offering their irrelevant shitcoin they just made to scam people with.
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Ethereum Dapps (Games) on: June 30, 2018, 04:32:03 PM
Hey everybody, I've been into Ethereum smart contract games lately, which I guess they are calling Dapps. I recently got into the idea of them from CryptoKitties. I imagine a lot of people also got into the idea from learning about that game. However, that game has no real gameplay, it's just kind of a collector's game that costs quite a bit of money. I've been looking into other games using Dapp tracking websites, but there doesn't seem to be anything real yet and a lot are ICO-like pre-sale scams.Basically they are all vaporware with no real gameplay that sell you pixels claiming they'll be useful later Grin

What are some Dapp games that you are interested in?
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: shall i convert my bitcoins to ethereum? on: June 30, 2018, 04:28:35 PM
Ethereum is pretty cool. Lately I've been trying to get into Dapps and games that are being developed with the smart contract functioning of the Eth network. Most of the games are like ICO scams in that they offer presale of OP items that you can't actually use because it's just pixel games and no gameplay Grin but I like it because eventually there will be a good game with low entry I think War of Cryptos might be that...but be careful. I don't invest in pre-sales anyways.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to convert the coins collected from the bounty, to eth? on: June 30, 2018, 02:15:04 AM
Ahhh, and so now you're starting to realize you worked for a bounty campaign, which is likely the product of some scam ICO shitcoin, that has no way to actually profit from because nobody is buying and no exchange lists them. Thus is the reality of 90%+ bounty campaigns, and now you see why they pay so many to spam their shitcoin up and down and beyond. To attract more idiots and scam them.
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Kin Token is Chat App Kik’s Plan to Launch ICO on: June 30, 2018, 02:12:27 AM
My price prediction: 0.
Angry
Not so sure about this considering the recent test integration that KIK is doing with them. This seems like a big deal, as tokens are rewarded for activities that the company benefits from such as surveys and quizzes. So that is a very big social media platform offering an altcoin that is very cheap right now, but is already on a major platform that is entirely legitimate. Pretty good buy imo.
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I think ethereum is the best crypto next to bitcoin. on: June 30, 2018, 01:52:53 AM
I really like the fact that there are a lot of games "in development" using the smart contracts of Ethereum. A lot of the games are kind of like ICO scams right now, just having a little bit of 'game' with no way to play it but you can buy items before release that will be "OP". So a lot of games are trying to copy CryptoKitties' success and scam people, but I have faith some of these can turn into really good games or there will be a good one developed within a year.
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Well, I just got scammed on: June 30, 2018, 01:42:56 AM
Oh yikes, 5 ETH is definitely more than I've lost in my internet ventures of randomly buying things and trusting people occasionally. The kind of ironic part is that even if you managed to go to the right telegram and buy into the ICO the likelihood of you STILL being scammed by the ICO is very high Grin so at least you can rest easy knowing that most likely you would have been scammed either way.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How we can stop scam ICOs lanching? on: June 30, 2018, 01:31:01 AM
I think we should protect to issue scam ICOs in the crypto market. It creates misconception between new user and about market. What you think?
It's not really a misconception if nearly the entire market in altcoins is scam ICO's... it simply is just something that has remained true which is altcoins generally are scams. Just ICOs are a new way to scam people with altcoins or tokens. The market has been like that for a long time and the only way to prevent it would be to ban ICO's on the forum, which is not a solution that can be taken.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange it or Hold it on: June 30, 2018, 01:24:48 AM
You could exchange 90% of it and just hold a bit in case it really is a nice project. The thing about most airdrop coins is that you likely won't even get the chance to sell it because it's just a pump and dump ICO scheme... so really this advice probably won't do too much if you can't even send the coins to an exchange to dump. Tough luck.
271  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] IOS - Signature & Avatar Campaign | Up to $150/week - (Extended) on: June 29, 2018, 03:08:56 PM
Nice to know everything is ok despite the delays. I imagine the great firewall of China is really something difficult to bypass since it is probably blocking things at the most fundamental level like the ISPs or even further. And yes they do likely somehow block protocols on the packet by packet basis. Thanks everybody involved in getting a resolution to this delay. MadZ reputation should be ok still, but maybe people will think twice about hiring for future campaigns if they know about this one haha Grin
272  Economy / Services / Re: THIS INTERNET DUMBASS will pay a Interet/networking WIZ for a chat on: June 26, 2018, 02:32:51 AM
If you're committing any serious crimes, you won't be able to cloak yourself properly with some basic information or run of the mill programs that any SKIDs are recommending. So you'd probably do best to pump the breaks and actually come up with some proper operational security or better yet don't even get started Grin
273  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] IOS - Signature & Avatar Campaign | Up to $150/week - (Extended) on: June 26, 2018, 01:39:11 AM
Wow great news! And really glad and thankful for Cin the Italian IOSt telegram moderator for contacting the necessary people in order for them to be able to reach out to MadZ and now confirm that they are at least alive Grin we'll all be waiting for the update and see what is going on! Glad that nothing too crazy has happened at least.
274  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] IOS - Signature & Avatar Campaign | Up to $150/week - (Extended) on: June 25, 2018, 03:49:47 PM
I don't understand why you dudes simply don't get it. Can't you read the writing on the wall? It was obvious that this campaign ended abruptly three weeks ago but you guys decided to hang around. How could you go ahead in a campaign you didn't hear from the manager for that long. Ships don't sail without a captain. Just count a lesson learnt and quit whining guys.
The captain may have jumped ship but the armada (AKA the IOSt team) is on its way to clean up the situation. I'm pretty sure the developer team will sort this out 100%. The only real thing I've assumed in this situation is that the person here claiming to be the moderator for the IOSt telegram saying they talked to the developers and they are trying to reach MadZ before running the campaign themselves to pay everybody.
275  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] IOS - Signature & Avatar Campaign | Up to $150/week - (Extended) on: June 25, 2018, 02:10:10 PM
This is a really bad look for a supposedly trusted campaign manager...
I doubt anybody will trust MadZ ever again after this. No doubt scam accusations will follow in the reputation/scam accusations thread.

That being said, how the IOSt makes this right is at the end of the campaign they pay all users for the 5 weeks of no payment (we are in week 5 of no payments right now) at the current rate. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the IOSt team because they're the ones who hired MadZ in the first place, and even though MadZ ended up scamming/not finishing his end of the deal, it was their choice to hire him in the first place (which wasn't a bad choice, MadZ was not abandoning people until this campaign). As it is now without further explanation, MadZ has run off with $10,000-$30,000 worth of coins. Don't @ me. Don't stick up for MadZ. I'm in a pissy mood right now.
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoins dip what to do? on: June 24, 2018, 07:38:58 PM
The only way you can win in financial markets is to just invest what you can afford to lose and hold on through all the dips. Maybe sell into the rallies instead of buy into them, and buy into the dips instead of selling into them. Basically be counter to the culture and society, whatever their decisions are. Many people sell during times like these instead of buy.
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto Market all RED today. I am so scared on: June 24, 2018, 06:24:17 PM
In a couple of hours Bitcoin went from $5,800 to $6,200? Sounds like a lot of support to me. It really doesn't matter where we dip to or rise to quickly. What matters is the support at those levels. Yes we've seen a lot of panicking lately in the market, nothing new there. Everybody panics and forgets to HODL, which is a meme for a reason. People seem to forget.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This market is unhealthy! on: June 24, 2018, 06:15:05 PM
You can say what you like but markets go down when there is no confidence!
If it crashes big time the media will make cryptos look worse than they already have!
Such is life!

Lol, all the media cares about is sensational titles and articles to clickbait people while having no meaningful or researched information Grin For years they have bashed Bitcoin at its lows and also for years they have praised crypto currency and made clickbait about how high it has risen. Just a bunch of sheep really.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are. You leaving crypto? on: June 24, 2018, 06:07:11 PM
I am seriously considering it.
There is no future in a small market cap that is pumped and dumped!
Hey feel free to exit if you only bought on the speculation that you'd make money. Bitcoin and others are currencies which still have the exact same usefulness, no, even more usefulness because of continued updates. If you only went in trying to get rich quick or make a quick buck in a highly volatile and speculative piece of technology, well I don't know what to tell you. Set some stop losses Grin
280  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] IOS - Signature & Avatar Campaign | Up to $150/week - (Extended) on: June 23, 2018, 08:14:13 PM
Will I be paid for the past 4 weeks if I leave the campaign now? Considering that I complied to the post requirements? Because, 4 weeks of waiting without any information regarding this current problem is just absurd. If MadZ contacted us about the current problem he is facing, I would gladly wait and be patient. However, he didn't inform us anything. So, I think that it is too much waiting for payment for 4 straight weeks without any information about the situation.
Right, MadZ is a no-show for 2 weeks while he holds $10,000-$20,000 dollars in tokens. Not only that, a few weeks before their disappearance they were already weeks behind on payments without even setting up a week 6 doc in google. We have Cinazhang though who has helped a lot and the IOSt is taking care of the issue. I bet they're giving MadZ a week before they'll take action and not only report him and his reputation will plummet, but also then take payment into their own hands. So I'm confident in the IOSt as they are professional so far in handling this. Still hard to believe a trusted campaign manager would do this -_-
