Any graph (that I've seen in ~3 years) involving cryptocurrency is weighted heavily in USA participants. So, this seems reasonable. Until now i've seen mostly China and Russia in the front. There are many people in brazil and probably also in other countries that use VPN with US IPs to access some music and movies services that don't work in other country |

Testnet binaries should be out soon. Mainnet will be evaluated against that - the original stated goal was one week after testnet.  thanks. We are waiting for it . There is a decred's facebook group with around 350 investors just in my country, most of them participated in airdrop and few are bctalk members or official forum members. Are there plans for fast transactions, anon?
Considering that some altcoins as vanilla are already advanced in this direction? With zerotime implemented without bugs, for example.

i guess you can find more infos at https://forum.decred.org/I don't found anything about the reward per block or features there. Just noobs speculating on assumptions and dreams. Why there is nothing on github? These are basic questions that are always explained before the release of a coin. features are in the OP those are technical specs to me Features are things like anon system, fast transactions, encrypted messenger, etc. But it may be a problem with my first language and my bad English. quick few points that nobodys made...
lets say 4000 people got airdrop...many will dump, kl no probs
but what if 4000 got airdrop and added 1btc each for more decred, suddenly we have 4k btc buy support...
even if they buy 0.1 btc worth, 400btc is way more support on decred than almost every other alt on every exchange...
add some whale walls and traders that missed the airdrop and suddenly things start to look very different.
Decred devs have good rep already and im sure the btcdevs have plenty of long term btc holders that appreciate their work on btc.

Since the airdrop cap of 5000 users has not been reached, will the extra be sent to all those that did sign up, thus giving us more than 168 a piece?
does that mean more decred per airdrop recipient?
Yep, it was reported on op that will be 860,000 DCR distributed to the participants of the airdrop and the MAXIMUM number is capped at 5,000 individuals. |
