I mean the bet result is already provided in the betslip (=won), but there still appears:
Bet Status : Settlement in Progress

Message : A Payout of XXXXXX BTC will be issued after 1 confirmation.

The transaction already has 2 confirmations however. Yesterday this even happened to me with a betslip
where the bet was settled as won but the payout was delayed in spite of the original betting transaction
having 5 confirmations (5 confirmations should be more than enough if you promise to pay out after 1!)



This means not that I´m not content with Directbet, but I use this site longtime and the delays of bet settlement
have gotten worse over time!

Or am I the only one who feels like this?

This especially sucks if you want to gamble your winnings directly again, if you need to wait 20 minutes or more after the match is finished.

I don´t mean this as an attack, because I understand the economic reasons for this.

And at a service like bitstamp it is perfectly fine to pool payouts in order to save fees.

But you´re a website with livebetting where fast payouts are absolutely essential.

I never had this problem.
I received all my winnings instantly after 1 confirmation.

don´t know but since a few days I always wait like 20-30 minutes even if my transaction has multiple confirmations.

The current bet was on 1st half of portuguese cup. The bet was instantly settled as won after halftime whistle.
(at this point there were already 2 confirmations)

However I got the payout now, after 7 minutes played in 2nd half.

That means I had to wait:
-15 minutes of haltime
-7 minutes of play

=22 minutes

That´s not instant and my transaction already had enough confirmations at halftime

However, don´t you think it would be better in the long-term if you let Direct-Dice and Directbet run on different servers?
I´m not sure if that is possible because they seem to be intertwined, but if Dice traffic would really pick up and increase
the situation will get worse.

And no one wants slow bet payouts I guess.

I'm not looking for a bet with no house edge. I totally understand that you need to have an edge for sports, which is more than fine. But, you are way outside of the acceptable vig % for most events. I have never had any problems with payouts here. All my bets paid out within 15 minutes after the result is known.
