I dont understand these companies shouldnt be getting any buyers, unless the buyers dont know much on bitcoin mining.  The price for this should be 700 USD no offence to op.  I mean come one, these companies only care making q quick profit for themselves and instead of seeing that everyone should make money in the bitcoin game

umair127,

AS you can see, no company is selling 1 TH/s machines for less than $999. I am currently selling below the current market rate. If you would like to discuss the the price that manufactures should be selling the miners. Please open a separate thread for your discussion. No offense

*Also once difficulty changes I will be updating my price accordingly to around $799

Your price in cash is good, The only reason why i did not go for it is the USD>BTC>GHs>ROI  The price per coin is low  (this is based on last month with lower diff, higher price), It would cost me 10 coins for the lot with 4 months hosting, I will not make 10 coins back in 4 months, and then these units will not be worth the difference.

It is a great price in FIAT, If someone has it, This is a steal!!! Hang in there.

Cool. Everyone would like for the value per coin to be much higher now,but as you know the market dictates the price.

The savvy buyer would opt to quickly buy the coins with cash and simply make the purchase. When I want to buy items on the forum I often buy the BTC with cash from another member even though I have to incur a 4% fee.

*Keep in mind the price drop coming up after the next difficulty change. I should just update it now anyways since it is just a few hours away

All those getting SP30s from GB contact me if you have issues but before that:

1) Update to latest version - 2.3.27
2) Install team-viewer or open ports for me to access your miner.
3) Contact me to zvisha@spon...

Thanks. Is it safe to start mining after upgrading ? Since you might not be able to log on to the miners immediately ?
It is safe to mine after firmware upgrade.

The instruction is only meant for people running into unusual problems, to provide the most time-efficient support possible.

Cool. Thanks

Get these shipped out to you before labor day or start hashing for you immediately.

***Buyer that buys all 4 gets them for $900 and can opt to host(paid) until December 2014***

can the hosting be continued? or do you need them out the way?

Scratch that, Sorry, I seen the new ones are out, I will wait for these 1.5Th at $1349 with 1070w at the wall.

Still a deal for someone closer, I was looking to keep them hosted as it would not be worth shipping. GLWS

We can probably come to an agreement. The latest I can keep them hosted for you would be until around December. You will need to have them shipped by January 2015. Will pm you  the details

Hi Guys,

Would like to sell 4 of Dragon Miner 1 TH/s a total of 4 TH/s. Got these from Segree (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=307487) a few months back. The miners are very solid have not have a single down time since. The only thing is they came with a lot of dust  and wear on the case from China which I mentioned in one of his post. Can be seen in the images.

Other than the cosmetic stuff they are 100% nice

$999 USD   $799 + Shipping in BTC at BTC-E rate.. Shipping from the US

Buyer that buys all 4 gets them for $900   $799 and can opt to host(paid) until December 2014

Escrow accepted with Ognasty. Buyer pays fees.

*Miners can be configured to immediately start mining for  you after payment as been received until shipped out .
*Buyer has the option to host  the miner/s for free for a 1 week period before having the miners shipped out.

*Adjusted price
*Used correct name of miner

I guess the gamble to get your money back is generate BTC and save them for when and if the rate goes up. If it doesn't and it goes down then we're just screwed all over again. If the rate goes up then the machines will also still be profitable and will run longer since the BTC can be exchanged for more USD. Let's all hope that it goes up to about $750-$850 by end of year so that we can exit with our money back at least. Congrats SP you got yourself some good money at our gamble and expense.

This is essentially what every hardware manufacturer does, spondoolies treats their customers quite fairly (and I know no better company in regards to this).

You cannot make spondoolies responsible for the way bitcoin mining (and the whole bitcoin ecosystem by extension) works.

If you are so angry about this, I would have liked to see your forum comments had you gone with BFL, or companies that didnīt deliver on their promises at all.

+1

At the end of the day we all took the risk. Mine with the hardware and cover your expenses then save the generated BTC. The money invested in your farm should be seen as more of a long term investment.

Once you reach ROI or break even on your farm you will be able to add to it and thus benefit from the compounding effect since you will not be starting from scratch then.

533  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS Radeon HD 7970 (powercolor) - $100 shipped (to continental 48) on: August 26, 2014, 11:46:32 AM
I guess this isn't a great place to list video cards anymore.  =p

I'll give it 24hrs, then I'm going to list it as parts on ebay.   (with $125 buy it now and 'free shipping' probably)

Tell me about it! Have just been too lazy to list on Ebay will probably do the same this weekend though
534  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 4 Gigabyte Windforce 280X $170 Ea!!! on: August 26, 2014, 07:19:45 AM
Bump. Last 4 best(practically new) cards on the entire forum for this price.
535  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: August 26, 2014, 06:52:38 AM
So how much is the final compensation? $1500?

The only way to break even from this disaster is if they shipped you a second SP30 along with
the one you paid $4500 for for free at the same time.  Then you would still be pushing it giving
your hosting or power bill just went to double.

The group buy price which clearly advertised   -   SP30 pre-order - Specs: 0.69$/GH + 0.46W/GH
Is what was advertised and promised over and over.  Now they want to back tread to oh well it was
really only maybe possibly probably MIGHT be 5.4TH/s after promising 6.5TH/s ?  Plus a utter failure
on power usage too.
But still dont want to compensate for that.  Oh just give them a coupon for more stuff in October,
Oh yah it will ship again the last day of October, and its all good right.  Please.
Send a message, everyone who was in the group buy ask for a refund, lets see what happens and if
they honor that.
These bullshit preorder ripoffs, make more money for the manufacture schemes need to end.
Even after you have been fully refunded  + extra with no skin in the game, you continue to complain ?  You would have more than likely committed suicide by now if you had went with the Neptunes from KNC or another company.

Chill out you have nothing to lose now.  Other buyers now have the option to opt for a full refund or accept the compensation. Give them a break they are doing much better than the BS customers have to deal with other companies. All this is from experience

Their service and ethics  might change in the future but right now they are doing a good job
536  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: August 26, 2014, 06:40:56 AM
So honestly why would we not just get refunds at this point , with the current diff plus hosting costs its not really possible to break in less than three months , and who knows what the diff will be by then.  The big problem is we need

Compensation for not only missed hash rate and slow shipping it took too long to let
Us know what the compensation would be if anything.

Someone tell me I'm wrong about these currently Aug machines creating ROI

You have the option for a full refund if not satisfied with the compensation. From  experience it does not get any better than this in the world of Bitcoin mining companies.
537  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Stealing Electricity the next big thing? on: August 25, 2014, 01:59:18 PM
Very interesting post, got a lot of laughs . This will and I would guess already probably happening.  Not the Starbucks scenario but techie friends of auto mechanics , carpenters  and other fields will probably try to use the power available there.

As mentioned philipma1957(which seem to be scheming btw haha )  there are numerous possibilities if you think about it but is the risk worth the reward ? More than likely not besides its unethical, atleast give the victim a 10% of the profits, then it would be considered a "partnership"
