581  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: July 30, 2014, 12:43:47 AM
OK I held my tongue here long enough.
Ive been at the front of the line promoting here and giving my praise for this company
but I just cant take it, this pre-order is the final straw for me when it comes to BTC.

Ive been quiet and said they will come through but this is a FAIL in my book.
No, they were adamant about these miners will reach 6.5 TH/s.
Look at your Group Buy.
[CLOSED] Spondoolies-Tech SP30 pre-order - Specs: 0.69$/GH + 0.46W/GH
To get that cost, the miner HAS to be at least 6.5TH/s, $4500 / 6500 = 0.69

SO, they say now its 4.5TH/s +/-
That means to me it could be a 4TH/s miner when I get it.

That is 2.5TH/s SHORT of what they promised over and over and Im not out of line
on those numbers when 10% possible minus on an already slow miner is a BIG MINUS.

Have you seen the BTC price lately?
By the time they ship the BTC price will probably be back to the same level as what I paid.
These pre-orders turning into interest free loans have rubbed me wrong for the last time.
Asking for my BTC back when their product is failing is not out of line at all either.

I don't see you jumping to buy my miner off me when you say IM CRAZY to ask for a refund.
That must mean you are crazy to pass up the chance to buy it from me and get these amazing
miner compensation plans they are going to hand out.
I also dont see you jumping to back up your money back guarantee you gave me when you said
YOU PROMISED me they would deliver.
You sure gave me a quick oh go to the member to member sale section fast, I guess you dont want to
back up with you promised.
If you are so quick to run away from my offer to take my miner, WHY WOULD I WANT TO KEEP IT?

I can tell you right now my patience has run out with this damn world wide BTC mining dabocle and Im done.
I dont want the headache of reselling it when its NOT to spec and no one wants to pay for it.
I dont want the headache of dealing with partial compensation, slow miner, broken promises, Its just tiring.

@BitcoinPappi

If you want my miner you can buy it and have SP-Tech transfer the order to you.

What I meant was no refund for the total purchase, the hashrate is off by 25%, I understand that there could be electronic issues but deal is a deal and they should offer full refund along with compansation they will be offering and let the buyers decide.

Since they announced that they will match the $/Gh paid you must be crazy to want/ask for a full refund now. My GB members got 0.83$/GH for August delivery. Why would you refund that when the miner should be shipping soon (1-2 weeks)? Still can't get a better offer.

Then offer to buy me out at the BTC price I paid for my miner.
I want out of this damn BTC mining game and this 2TH/s short speed is not going to work for me.

A partial refund today only gets me a small amount of my money back now as an interest free loan.
Being that short on hashing speed loses me mining income EVERY MONTH.
Honestly, I want a full refund, this Group Buy has turned into a huge headache for me.
I think I had a guarantee on this SP30 from you as well when I paid for my SP30.

My opinion of an option.....

1. Full refund
2. A second SP20 at a VERY LOW cost to make up for shortage of hash rate.

Not again the full BTC refund after BTC increased in value and with a no refund policy in place...

And it's not 2TH/s short. It's 0.9TH/s short. Most of the people bought a 5.4TH/s miner. The increase to 6TH/s was an added bonus afterwards.

You will get your paid SP30 don't worry and if you don't like it then eBay and Marketplace sub forum are your best friends.

Edit:
1. Full refund
2. A second SP20 at a VERY LOW cost to make up for shortage of hash rate.

OK. Delivery for August correct ? If so can you arrange to have it transferred to me ? I will only buy it back for cash  value you paid in the group buy. Provided I will receive the customer compensation lets get the ball rolling here.

Guy,

Please PM me to take a spot in the earlier group buy for the customers that want a refund. I will buy the miner with the new discount to be offered.
To remove any doubt when you say "Guy" you are referring to hardhouseinc, not to SP-Tech, right?

I meant SP-Tech. But RoadStress if any group buy member wants a refund please PM me. I will take their place. Yes SP-TECH missed the specs and they have agreed to compensate and went ahead to meet the delivery schedule.

Compared to the new KNC. I will say no more

good price. but dose it include shipping fee?

That will make or break the deal. OP should have a answer soon
585  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: XBTec Announce. New ASIC manufacturer on: July 29, 2014, 03:07:41 PM
less than 1 hour ago, i receive e-mail from xbtec where they write, that on 11 august they will have asic 2.7 th... and they won't pay any btc anymore, 0.7th will be bonus...

 XBTec,

1. Is the above true with regards to the 2.7 th/s asic ? If so what is the estimated power consumption
2.When will the miner that hashes at 1.25 Th/s be shipped out if ordered today ?
3.Your Twitter says 1200 watt PSU included but your post says $1600 watt PSU. Which is it ?

1. No single asic 2.7Th/s. It means 2.7Th equal  2 devices.
2. If order tonight, we able to send tomorrow morning.
3. PSU maximum is 1600 Watt, but power consumption about 1200 Watt.

Thanks. Final question

1.I assume these are stand-a-lone . No PC required
2.Does it come with a web interface ? How are the network and pool settings configured ?

Thanks. We get a little scared when it was communicated that a deal was  done with another member then the miner comes back on the market without explaining why.

Now that it is real. I should be able to have this picked up next Monday but that would be past the 1st of August when you need the cash. If you can ship I can send you the money to PayPal and you can quickly transfer to it to your bank account.
588  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Terraminer IV's for sale on: July 28, 2014, 10:02:15 PM
No problem at all. If you also noticed I posted after a buyer bid 5 BTC telling him to not flake out on the OP and commit if he was serious. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=710957.msg8058957#msg8058957

But onto current business the sale of your miners. If you do not have any commitments from the other buyers. I am serious and will buy them from you. Just pm when you get bored of Ebay

589  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Terraminer IV's for sale on: July 28, 2014, 08:52:48 PM
I appreciate the interest and the offer, but will have to pass. I believe that I can get around 2000 each for the working units on eBay, which after shipping and fees would be about 1800 or 3btc, for the 1.3 unit I believe I will get 1200 to 1400, which should be close to 2btc after fees.  If anyone is interested in the units for these prices hit me up, otherwise I will take my chances with eBay.

I thought you were going to think about my offer. In any case all the best with Ebay. When you come back to sell on the forums PM if these are still available

it looked to me like you changed your offer to PayPal payment in a post this morning, either way I did consider your offer, I just feel like I can get more from ebay than 2.5btc After the fees and shipping.

Oh no. If you are open to taking cash I would rather pay you in cash than BTC (same value) since you will be trying eBay.  I will do the the equivalent of 2.4 BTC in cash with PayPal   per 1.6 th/s stable miner.

In either case if you can get a better deal on Ebay I would list it there.

just curious, how come you offer 2.4 for mine, but purchase two at 2.8 in another thread? Not a big deal I'm just wondering if I did something wrong in this post.

I did not purchase for 2.8 BTC sir. The OP can confirm, other buyers pmed for 2.8 BTC but they were not firm and committed. I offered the same i did to you. However if it is drawn out it will be withdrawn.

If OP wants to let you know how much i bought his miners for please ask him. But 100% not 2.8 BTC that is all

I'm glad we have Vod's trust figured out.

Now is there anyone in NY that can do a face to face transaction? I will meet you just about anywhere in NY. If I have to drive super far I may ask for an extra $100 for gas. I can leave ASAP.

This is a genuine offer so find a friend to meet me if you don't live close!

Does the miner currently hash at 1.6 th/s steadily ?  Is this a stable miner ? The pic you showed had  fluctuations . I will be willing to have this picked up and paid for if the functionality can be validated.

BTW  what happened to the deal with  Blazedout419 ? Blazedout419 any comment ?

No idea...he never sent me the shipping info so I could purchase a label.  I think he is a bit nervous to ship it to me first since we can not escrow the payment type he is after.

Well if he does not want BTC with escrow and will not accept PayPal and will not ship first. For a new account that is enough of a sign. Additionally he went ahead  soliciting additional buyers after he made a deal with you.

Was arranging to have it picked up but no longer interested. Blazedout419 you can have this one.

Need to see pic of the miner with your handle since your account is only 5 days old and I will gladly have it picked up and paid for

can you at least provide the tx id?

Why is that any of your business ?

I confirm that I have purchased the miners and have received tracking. Nothing else is any of your business. Have a good day

Just noticed you are open to Ebay. I can also wait until you go there, but then you will pay a 10% fee.  I would prefer to buy these with fiat using PayPal. No escrow would be required for the 2 fully functional 1.6 th/s

To be clear these hash at an average of 1.6 th/s correct ?

I will take three of the ones in  perfect condition for $1350 USD each. Interested ? If not make counter offer . Will be shipping to US. Ognasty as escrow unless PayPal is used
598  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Terraminer IV's for sale on: July 28, 2014, 02:33:45 AM
Bump, any serious offers will be considered.
2.4 BTC each for the two that hash fine at full power and reach 1.6th

Honestly I would like to get a little more than 2.4btc,  but will think about your offer and let you know pretty quickly if I change my mind.  What did you have in mind for shipping and escrow with this offer?

I will pay escrow with Ognasty will add another 0.1 BTC to go towards shipping

Can I have 21 hours to consider? If I do not get any better offers by the time I get off work tomorrow I will accept your offer and can ship out Tuesday (by FedEx Ground is my preference assuming your in us).

Yup in the US. Will give you the 21 hours you requested.  And remember I am only interested in the two that hash fine at full power at 1.6th stable. Will adjust according to market at that time as well.

I'm perhaps willing to go over 5. Where are you located? Would you be able to ship quite promptly -- say, within 36 hours or so? Thanks.

Dont be flaking out on KIDC. Are you committing to buying them and if so at what price ?
