But i don't think the price will crash below $400 at least this year.

I don't have any passive income at the moment but i would like to have.

Is passive income holding the bitcoin for a long time, passive but not guaranteed that i will earn.

If i were the OP i would change the sentence order like this:
"What happens to internet if bitcoin goes down"

Well i would not considered so much but the fact is that i own some.
What would i buy probably is the fiat money, but at higher rate that it is now.
About digital or physical things maybe in electronics or spending for holidays.

It depends on what angle are you looking this cryptocurrencies.
From a far distance they are the same because all of them are used as digital currency
But going deeper in details they do not operate in the same network but similar to that.

Nothing always will stay at their current position so everything is relative
As much as i know for many many years bitcoin's value should be dependent on fiat.
Because most of the things are compared on "what value does this have in usd"

Recently i have seen that also yobit has a feature to load usd amounts.
So maybe you should give it a look or a try and check if it worth using this exchange.
Anywhere you go check the volume of trades every 24h to see how much does it change more volume more chances to earn.

Well if the app will be made for the app store then i doubt there will be any spyware.
I am saying this because apple has very strict rules and does not approve these kind of apps.

You misunderstood the story. I have 0.0528 bitcoins in my coinut account.
From that balance 0.0048 is the bonus that i got when i was registered.
