First when you want to check which exchange is the best you should look if in these exchanges exists the coin you wanna trade, for me yobit and c-cex are fine.

Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Never trust an online wallet, for those who don't know

I use my online wallet just or my backup if something bad happen.
I do agree that we should not put our money in online wallet. It was too risky, too many accident happen back then.
My main reason is i can't completely control my money if i don't have the keys.
Even if you have the keys someone else can control your money if he has too because of any malware or infected apps, there is always a risk.

Economy / Economics / Re: The Big Short (movie) thoughts?
|
on: January 09, 2016, 05:05:08 PM

Just watched The Big Short. What did you think of it? These guys weren't the only ones predicting a housing crisis. Ron Paul, Peter Schiff and others. Though they were focused on the Fed instead of the CDOs, but I do recall plenty of bubble talk as the housing prices rose. I even thought myself that there were probably a lot of people with ARMs (my banker was pushing this on me and all of my coworkers were getting them) and when the rates go up...these people might not be able to pay their mortgages. At the end they hinted that the same thing is starting to happen again, basically making the banks look like shit. Overall a good representation of what was going on at the time. I wonder if it will encourage Wall Street folks to start shorting the market. I just watched the trailer and soon will watch the entire movie, what i saw in the trailer is true fact and people are selling everything to pay back the loan.

Economy / Speculation / Re: should i go 50/50 with gold and bitcoin?
|
on: January 09, 2016, 04:55:33 PM

Wait for break 1200 before buy gold, it could be a classic bull trap. I'm on markets since 1999, and i think gold goes under 1000$ shortly
Gold right now costs around 1,100 USD which 244% more than bitcoin, i could go with bitcoin before

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin 'real money' to you?
|
on: January 09, 2016, 04:51:01 PM
|
Bitcoin has been always real money to me since the beginning. Since i heard for bitcoin i know that it will have a good future as it is unique and the first cryptocurrency
But I'm not interested to consider bitcoin like real money now itself. Because it will make myself to regret. In future after bitcoins get higher value then I will use it as real money for my daily needs. So I'm saving my bitcoin for my future use, until it gets higher value. I got you what you wanna say, consider bitcoin now as an asset and in the near future when the price goes up as a real money, good strategy.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin?
|
on: January 06, 2016, 08:40:24 PM

Both of them are good and both of them have pros and cons. One of the feature that i like paypal is that it is instant and buyer protection. And the feature that i like bitcoin is the "anonymity" and the community using bitcoin.
I also like the buyer protection, but as a seller, you face many difficulties becouse of "unjustified" protection, when the customers scam you when they actually get the product and charge back. Even worse, chargeback with credit card company, so you have to pay even more fees. But as a buyer, i also tend to feel safer with paypal. Unless with known stores/people. For the sellers if you are a honest seller and deliver what you promise then you should not worry about it. As long as you have the proof that you delivered the product it's ok, but some people just lose time to chargeback.
