921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: January 31, 2016, 02:42:29 PM
Hello everyone as the title says ^
Do you store your bitcoins online or on a wallet on your computer, perhaps cold storage?
Currently in my Mycelium (an android wallet on my mobile phone), it has many good features.

923  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Tell me Secure Mobile bitcoin WALLET Please on: January 26, 2016, 08:27:23 AM
Guys i m looking for the most secure android bitcoin wallet with fallowing features
1.Complete control over my bitcoins-Only i should have private key to my wallet nor the wallet providing service like coinbase.

2.Easy complete backups-Even if that wallet service got hacked i should be able to recover backup on another service.

Please tell me if such wallet exists for android.
I use mycelium, they are pretty safe enough, I'm experimenting also with greenbits until now they are safe too.
924  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling Samsung Galaxy Note 5 on: January 26, 2016, 08:25:44 AM
Recieved an offer but buyer backed from it, still for sale!
How much are you requiring, i might be interested but the shipping will kill the deal.
925  Economy / Exchanges / Re: CoinBase Error on: January 25, 2016, 11:29:25 PM
Just tried it out, and everything seams to be up and running. For future references, you may want to check sites on http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/
If they were indeed down, and still you can't load the site, it's possible that you need to wait for their DNS to refresh.
That is a great tool too in real time, but from the link that i provided seems that they were offline past 24 hours:

"Our team has taken action to mitigate a possible DDoS attack on the Coinbase.com website. Service has been returned to normal, the site is online and fully operational."
926  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Potential Scammer tried to scam MargaretsDream on behalf of me on skype on: January 25, 2016, 11:26:38 PM
Yup, thanks traderbit

Watchout for the imposter traderbit.
Good catch MargaretsDream, I'm happy that you weren't scammed by him.
Updated my profile that i do not use skype, whoever wants to deal with me should contact me here and require signed message, this is the safest way.
927  Economy / Scam Accusations / Potential Scammer tried to scam MargaretsDream on behalf of me on skype on: January 25, 2016, 11:19:07 PM
What happened:: MargaretsDream contacted me that someone on behalf of me tried to scam him.
The potential scammer created a skype: traderbit. (with a dot at the end) which does not belong to me.
I havent used skype for a long time and i have only one contact which was added few months ago maybe.
Glad that MargaretsDream contacted me here in forum, i was surprised.

No loan no ban no sig campaign.

The most important part of selling an account is if you can provide signed message from that account?

930  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Introducing friend to bitcoin, start with electrum on: January 25, 2016, 09:13:49 PM
I am introducing my friend to bitcoin, i figured we need more people into bitcoin, and hes a techy guy also, so it's easy to explain.

But the problem is he doesn't have unlimited internet. So the Bitcoin core-client is out of the question.

What can i start him off with?  I was thinking about Electrum, because you don't have to download the blockchain.

Is electrum safe? Or come someone steal his bitcoins,  I'm not too familiar with it, I downloaded it today and playing around with it.

Any advice?
Electrum is safe enough, go ahead, use it in a safe environment, you can use also in mobile for iOS or Android. https://electrum.org/#download

I received 30 BUCKS, thank you very much for the bonus, the price in yobit seems a little higher than it was when i joined.
933  Economy / Speculation / Re: $400 will not survive the weekend on: January 25, 2016, 09:06:38 PM
The price is and whales are here. They won't let the price go down this much.

We have seen what happened the last few days. The price went down and they immedealty stepped up.

This time the price won't go to the level of 350$, The possibility is that as the previous day it will be standing in a range between 370$ to 380$. This weekend no need to expect for 400$

There is quite strong support in the 370 to 380 range. Maybe somebody is accumulating the coins patiently.
Well the last weekend it reached at least $400, now it is $392 not bad, not far from the $400 target, i think that for few weeks the price will stay at this stage.
934  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Twitter Bot For Sale Only $10 !!! Limited Time Only on: January 25, 2016, 09:03:04 PM
This seems a little sketchy, I would recommend to take caution downloading something like this. Especially from a newbie on the forum.
The best way is to send the source code to a professional and old coder which should be trusted here but i don't know any, but i know in other forums, the virus scan can show clean but the login details can be stolen in many ways being undetectable from antiviruses.
Your problem with the bot is the safety and you are claiming that antivirus might not detect it. What can we do in this situation?
As i said the best way is that a professional coder/programmer to review the source code of this application, this is how it works in other forum for custom application(mostly bots), but here who ever wants to buy take at your own risk.
935  Other / Meta / Re: My yahoo62278 acct is hacked on: January 25, 2016, 08:47:41 PM
We have verified yahoo is in control of his account right?

This verifies that he has in control both accounts and the signed message confirms this too.

Yahoo62278 shouldn't you remove the negative feedback that you sent yourself from sellsrmember account?
that has been done well over an hour ago when encrypted reminded me but thank you for trying to help out

937  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: OVERVIEW: BITCOIN HARDWARE WALLETS █████████████████ Secure your Coins on: January 25, 2016, 08:41:50 PM
Would anyone here buy a disposable hardware wallet that is programmed ONCE, and then cannot be programmed with a different private key.  Instead, you just toss it and buy a new one if you want a different address.  It would only have a single address, but I could still see this having some use.

It would only cost maybe $5 per wallet, so you could have 5 of them for pretty cheap, and then just get a new one if you need a new address (they wouldn't be HD, obviously).  It would be like the old paper wallets, but way easier and more secure to spend from.  Would anyone buy it?

I don't see any benefit by limiting our self to only one address for this wallet, this is going back in time, more addresses more features, more customers.
938  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin goes to 1200-1300 (within a month?) on: January 25, 2016, 08:36:02 PM
The price of bitcoin can go to $1.2 or $1.3k only if the market starts pumping it hard last time from 200s to ~$500 the same way can go to $1k, this is expected maybe before the halving. (panic buying)
939  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: January 25, 2016, 08:33:39 PM
What matters if the bitcoin price does not matter, the bitcoin price actually shows how much worth a bitcoin, we know that it changes and many of us value a bitcoin to 1k or 2k but the price shows the reality of 1BTC
940  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: <== Check Potential Activity and Account Price Online Here ==>> on: January 25, 2016, 07:58:10 PM
I just checked my stats on your website bot and seems that everything is going well, from now i will use this as most of potential checker are offline nowadays.
