The only question you need to ask yourself is this - what's BC's long term future? If it's positive (and BC is one of the few alts I believe has a good long term future) then short term dips shouldn't scare you. If anything (once you're convinced of long term profitability - eg > 3-6 months) then take to heart Warren Buffet's advice “Be Fearful When Others Are Greedy and Greedy When Others Are Fearful”. So following that advice, now is actually a buying opportunity...maybe even a few days there would be a lower price. I myself wish I would have followed Buffet's advice during the April pump. My gut was telling me that the run up was going too far too fast and would have to come down, but i was just hoping when the run up stopped that it would have established a floor above 100K. If I'd have followed my gut then, I'd have made a lot of BTC and been able to buy back a lot more BC. My gut's telling me that BC is oversold currently (but might slide down a bit more in the coming days), and it will rise pretty quickly once more. I believe the price go up with the positive news coming out in a few weeks...such as people buying stuff at shops with BC through CoinKite. If nothing else, whales will definitely use the opportunity to make some money..there has been quite a bit of accumulation going on during the downtrend. Took my own advice. BOUGHT SOME MORE BC! |

He is community manager. Current community he represent well. If we manages someday get eg. Buisness Manager then he should definietly wear suit... Anyway get on ground guys we allmost all such Soepkip's in our real lifes... Soepkip is just simple honest man in that how he looks and who he is. -i can trust him. He promises hire PR agency and he delivered it traveling 20 000+ km to accomplish that...Find me another person in crypto who is such plain simple and honest like he... Let BC rise another 100x and i think he will wear suit then...PS:Now biggest BC problems are Soepkip pants - fuck me  Below wealth people who don't care about suits :-P : They need stuff like that No one's saying Soepkip's not a good guy. No one's not appreciative of the work he does for BC. It's simply a suggestion that while not necessary, it is beneficial to dress in line with the image we want to convey. +1 I'm sorry, I don't really agree with this. While BlackCoin is not a regular start-up, it also is not exactly a well-established worldwide brand yet. And precisely for that reason, I don't think we can afford to say "fuck everyone and what they may think about us" at this point. Representation is an important part of brand management. And while I do not question Soepkip's ability to represent in general, I do think showing up at the first meeting with a firm you have just signed a deal with, looking like you just came by from the beach, is not exactly a good visual representation example. With that said, this should not be turned into a bigger issue than it is. Only food for thought and something to keep in mind for the future, perhaps. People will take us as serious as we (appear to) take ourselves. And, we never get a second chance to make a first impression. Putting all that aside, I would be very interested on hearing about the details of the meeting. Soepkip or someone else, can you fill us in at your earliest convenience, please? I know a big update is on its way, but just dropping a quick line with a brief summary would suffice for now! +1 I agree with your sentiments here. It's not a big deal, but it still matters. This actually brings up a point that came up on the subreddit long, long ago. What if we had a reverse/alternate logo? Something more graphic. Sort of like designing the 'back' side of the coin. A complementary branding. I remember the idea in the subreddit was two golden lions or something really noble and elite looking.
Maybe Soepkip's pants?  Yeah, Soepkip............................. It's Miami and all, but those pants don't convey blackcoin's image very well. |

Before the big BTC bubble this past December, BTC and LTC spent months being "stable". LTC actually just kept slowly dropping from May to November. You should have seen the doom and gloom that was around in August/September with LTC prior to the bubble when it was trading at $1.80 or less (and I believe bottomed out at $1.10). In the case of LTC, those who stuck with it in those times were by far the most rewarded in the end.  I will definately stick with it ! (Especially since I bought most of my BC at 0.000425) lol But I really believe the next BTC wave is coming, so let's hope BC will follow in LTC's footsteps when the time comes ! If BTC bursts again to $5000, that's $1 per blackcoin at 20K satoshis. Now if, as we expect, BC rises in value to 100K sats or more, and BTC bubbles up again...well a price of $5 to $10 per blackcoin is very reachable. |
