There are already tell tale signs within that contract that do not sit well with me.
e.g - the $1K per transaction that is to be paid in BC (so not really $1K depending upon how you look at it)

Lets first by clarifying who exactly the PR (Agency)contract is with(Client);
So is the contract with the PR firm for a business(under the pseudo of Black Coin foundation) , the BCpool, Legion Development Group or the BC community??

No company wants their internal, private contractual terms out there. Simply good business sense.

The PR Client is through an intermediary business owned by a member of the foundation. A company needs to deal with another entity or company. The Foundation was not officially recognized by any state at the time and so we moved forward by having someone stake their PERSONAL company in our stead. Really a very generous and bold move by that individual (who I will most certainly not divulge, this is his personal company and his personal address etc.)

In all regards though the PR firm works for BlackCoin. The BlackCoin foundation will obviously be mentioned but in press releases we have instructed the Firm that they represent BlackCoin.

These are the only questions I will answer here. Please please please ask on reddit. It is so much simpler for me.

I do have a job my friend. If I hadn't I couldn't afford to hold on to blackcoin   And i'm not in crypto for income.
No serious - "have to" is referred to that there are a lot of small shitcoins which I could buy, hold a day or two and then take profit. The opportunity costs are too high - and AGAIN don't get me wrong, I really think that blackcoin could be great.

Why are you relying on an internet forum for financial decisions??  If you have concerns, take them offline and contact the foundation people.  If they dont satisfy your concerns, move on.  Posting bullshit or innuendo when you have easy access to those working in the background is either stupid or intentionally destructive.

I would ask why you assume the worst for everything? Why am I automatically some nefarious villain who is stealing from the poor and giving to the rich? I have answered every question (that I have read) asked of me on this thread and countless others and still I am maligned by assumptions of greed and treachery.

I do one thing. Promote BlackCoin. I have proven this time and time again. If you have legitimate concerns, please present them without baseless accusations of the worst kind.

To clarify: I work for a company that has used the services of this, and many other, PR firms in the past. I have sat (as a technical expert not a marketing associate) through many pitches. I have never had direct contact with any of the individuals at MBA (up until this campaign). I also don't own stock in MBA, in case you were going to ask.

Also, no kickback or bribe was exchanged.

Now, a 10x run, I'm not predicting or even have much of an opinion on that. If I could predict things like that I'd already be rich. Of course, if it happens I'd be happy.  

The bigger thing to me is the bottom chart. The bottom chart is the hash rate from people staking their coins. It is basically a good measure of how many people are holding BlackCoin. In the face of heavy whale manipulation and a price drop this week, we're actually climbing back to our high in staking hash rate. People don't want to sell this coin. The hold/stake rate is climbing.

IE is obviously moving on from Blackcoin. Barabbas thinks it is all a giant conspiracy. A bunch of people are posting half truths and innuendo, as if they prove anything.

Why do any of you naysayers even care about any of this? You think the coin is a scam - move on. You think the devs are crooked - move on. You think the foundation is manipulating things - move on.

And anyone that still thinks the Wallstreet event is going to happen is delusional.  IE has nothing but disdain for Blackcoin, the foundation, the dev and the community.

I would get in line now for a refund if you donated (not that he has refunded anyone, despite being asked multiple times)
