So in the long term Tourism Token should be used to pay for tourism related services?

Is this coin only focusing on Amsterdam as a city or is there any association intended with the cannabis market?
This coin is focusing on Amsterdam and all the goods and services you can buy in the city. Not specially cannabis. ok but why then would someone prefer Amsterdamcoin over Bitcoin? Amsterdamcoin by nature must be way more volatile than Bitcoin. What kind of special advantages do come with the usage of Amsterdamcoin? look at the specs: The chain of Amsterdamcoin is (a lot) faster because of the faster block time and transaction costs are less. (a few $ vs < 0.01$) ( I don't see how you can pay for a beer at the bar now with Bitcoin. Amsterdamcoin would be perfectly suited for that. Logical next step for development would be: - mobile wallets so customers can pay with AMS. - a payment system that can be used by merchants. - a fiat <-> AMS gateway Once such tech is in place, it's a matter of good marketing and this can go big. I probably want to help developing on this once the voting / budget system is in place for masternodes. yes but assuming Bitcoin's lack in price stability, how the hell will Amsterdamcoin turn into a reliable payment method (which requires price stability of course)?

Have heard from latest news that Binance will add only those coins, who are having working product.
And it makes sense in my eyes. Otherwise the exchanges can only lose reputation wise.

Is this project already fully functional or still under development? Is there something like a revenue stream by now?

Well, questionable whether that is really true. But for now the only thing we can do is to believe that story.

I am waiting for a better whitepaper You know, it's hard to be on bittrex without hype and news. But why do you think would the white paper fundamentally change that? A white paper is just an idea. Would be nice to see some great coding progress.

Really looking forward to the ICO and to the project in general. I think it is pretty clear it will be a huge success.

this seems to be pretty interesting. Are there other projects trying to solve the same problem at the moment?

I would say that your ANN could be improved a lot. And you should definitely make more clear what the overall goal of your project is.

Good morning. I want to ask if we see our profits from Proof Of Stake process immediately or later (after some hours). Have a nice day ! Hello George, You will see staking immediately as soon as wallet is eligible. Is this a self operating blockchain or is it a system that needs to be integrated with other blockchain projects?

If you dont reach the goal till the end of ICO, will you extend the sale and go for the final advertisement push? You came too far to quit so i hope you will bend your rules a little.
They should redestribute the unsold tokens to the existing token holders or they should burn the unsold coins. Either way its good for the exisiting holders I think standard procedure is burning unused tokens they should go that way it will also create push on higher price. Have the tokens already been created or will the be created in demand via a smart contract at a specified point in time? Otherwise only burning the rest would make sense. I guess all of them are created already. Some of it are already distributed. So, rest of them will be created on the go? Has this been answered? Yes, here is the dev's answer: There's no "unused" tokens. Tokens are minted. That means the ICO started with 0 tokens, and tokens are generated everytime someone invest, so there will be no left over when the ICO is done. Also, the created tokens are immediately attributed to the investor. Of course if we're really close to the goal at the end, we will probably extend the ICO a bit, would be sad to have done all of this and cancel the projects because of a few ETH missing Smiley Ok this is optimal. No need to worry about any coins remaining under control of the devs.

Some development updates:
Poramin has just pushed in our private repo the fixes needed to implement the Zerocoin improvements and fixes. Tim Ruffing has pushed the the fixes on libzerocoin as well. Tim is now looking through Poramin's code to ensure it works as intended and Aizensou and SN are working to integrate the Zerocoin improvements into the new core upgrade 0.13.
There will be an academic paper published as well to detail these fixes so that other Zerocoin implementations (if there are any other original implementations) can fix them independently and contribute to Zerocoin research.
Our new Zerocoin code will be open sourced in due time but may not be done immediately.
We are still weighing our options here as a lot of hard work and resources was put into this and all these fixes are backend which are not quite visible to the user but are important to improving the Zerocoin protocol and its security.
No Open Source ? Can you expand on this , it's too serious to be mentioned lightly There was some debate as to whether to allow other coins to immediately take advantage of the improvements we are making to Zerocoin and we know there are a quite a few coins out there just waiting for us to release this. Hence we were thinking maybe to delay the open sourcing by a few months and this would be balanced as the academic paper detailing these fixes would allow others to be aware of the issues and just not the code to immediately implement it. These type of steps aren't unprecedented as coins such as Dash initially closed source their Dark Send feature and NEM still has its NIS infrastructure remain closed source despite commitments to open source it. However after discussion our team remains committed to open source and the changes we do to Zerocoin will be available when the new code goes live. We remember that without Bitcoin's open source and the researchers' work in coding the initial libzerocoin, there will be no Zcoin. So no need to worry about it, the releases we make will be all open sourced and subject to public audit/scrutiny. Good news. In the end it's the only way to go. Open source also attracts new devs and community. I think a growing ecosystem is very crucial to the success of the coin.

- Not received my coins
- the slack link don't work on their twitter
- The "proper" slack channel https://substratumcoin.slack.com link posted here requires a @ovri.de email address so good luck getting into it
- There's another thread showing faked screenshots of their product - Just google "bitcointalk substratum Scam"
Take it or leave it to make an informed decision. Compare the rate of Eth deposits vs token issues from their wallet: https://etherscan.io/address/0xaf518d65f84e4695a4da0450ec02c1248f56b668#tokentxnsThere's been around 120 deposits in last 24 hours and 1 lot of tokens issues in that same period. And these people are going to code the new internet? God help us all! lol Is this still the situation? If you confirm that once more I think that would be the worst sign that could pop up that this is a scam. Please keep us posted. Took 8 days and 2 emails and a tweet to their twitter account and finally I got my subs. Obviously not a good sign and not too many updates out yet but as it was my first ico made a really small contribution. Hope they click though.. That doesn't sound too great... Hope things will be turned around and the devs become more responsive.
