I did the swap with xde2 on January 1st 2016. I still hold 99.9% of my premine. I sell a tiny bit every few weeks and only on the sell side. If this goes through my wallet addy will be made public as as I did with fly and xde2, my wallet addy will NEVER change.

So Elgimpo was one of those that held XDE. I told him over and over that when I take it over, it will go from dead to the moon. He is kicking himself now that it went from worthless to $22 a coin(The highest priced altcoin , EVER) . I DID try to tell him.  Now he is sick when he sees the price.

See, whats controversial is premines. Elgimpo and many others believe that devs should work for free. How is that working for you? They HATE people like myself that charge for my service, and they call it a scam. If you ask for evidence of a scam, he cant show you anything, other than the fact that I charged a premine to raise a coin from the dead to Saturn. The new age is here were teams will charge for their work. If thats not for you, then choose out.

Cryptotech has contacted me to step in and help with the reorganization of paycon. What you are about to read is simply a proposal. It needs to be discussed by the community. Its not final , and anything can be negotiated or changed.  After looking at the big picture, Ive advised him to do the following:

Perform a swap bringing the total paycon to around 250k con. The current money supply is close to 23 million. This is why its value has fallen so badly.

So in short if everything is agreeable youll get 1 of the new paycon for every 100 old con coins you turn in, making con extremely rare and much more valuable.
Here are the rest of the specs we are proposing:

35%-50% per year POS
X13 algo
Pow is up to you guys. We need feedback. It could be a hybrid of POS and POW or POS only.
New chain.
Completely new wallet with a new look (All new graphics)
Superblocks
And everything else that paycon had. We may leave Tor out, as its only created headaches.
If the community decides this is what they want then my team will move forward and then open the swap.
The swap will stay open for 30 days. No con will be swapped after that.
My team will be managing con during this time.
Once all work is completed, and swap is finished, it will be turned back over to Cryptotech and his team.
To cover the costs of my team and its development and to cover current costs and future costs for Cryptotech, there will be a 10% premine added.
Also to continue the life of con, there will be a 1% tx fee that will go to the dev fund wallet on every transaction. I will receive no part of this.

It would be in your best interest to stay open minded and discuss this. If something drastic doesnt happen, paycon is dead. I know many people dont like premines, BUT it will completely put paycon back on track. So, we are NOT asking you for your BTC. I am certainly against dumping premines and hurting the coins I care about the most. So lets open an intelligent discussion.

I support this project for many reasons. Primarily , Crestington is a close friend of mine. Secondly I see you guys are struggling. Con is a fantastic project, and I cannot forget that when I began to code fly and was struggling myself, there was only one person that came, and took the time to show me. Crestington actually called me on the phone and spent hours walking me through what to do. So I dont forget things like that. He never asked for anything, but I sent him a nice batch of Con anyway. So CON carries a special place in my heart. I was once the top holder with 1 mil con, but sadly had to sell it off to get my own projects moving. So Im very attached to Con. My only concern is that rumors will start spreading that im taking over CON, and that is NOT the case. Im simply here to help you guys get moving again. Thats all.

Please give me an idea on what needs to be done first. Lets tackle one thing at a time. Whats the most major thing you guys want done?

Guys with regard to Yobit. Any wallet that does not move a block for 30 minutes goes into maintainace mode. When a new block stakes then it resyncs. Cant tell you their logic on this, but thats how it is. The new team behind con has reached out to us. Let me get some stuff squared away on my own projects and I will see what I can do.

Guys I do agree with some great feedback.  I like what I see. What I see is people well versed it crytpo. They see that a very high interest rate is a very bad thing as the coin will certainly self implode like the rest have. For me its a balance act.  I felt that if the interest rate was too low, it would either not attract new users, or the existing users would no longer be interested. Im finding now that this is the opposite. Ive known for over a year that very high POS coin always end up worthless as they self implode due to inflation. So, I am all for setting a max interest rate for "FLOCKING" (HODL) coins at 40%. I will also drastically lower the min on the high side to allow more people in. With regards to the standard POSP rate. What do you guys think it should be? Keeping in mind that more coins = more inflation = less price per coin. But also a VERY low interest rate I am quite sure will detract new people coming in, or the existing ones exit. I feel the standard POSP rate should be between 10%-20%. This is where I need more feedback. Thank you to those that took the time and wrote feedback on this.

Also note we have studied extensively the HODL code. This will not be implemented any time soon. Here is why.

1. HODL code is written on bitcoin 12.x core, which is NOT compatible with out legacy code.
2. HODL code is POW as there is NO POS coins for bitcoin core 12.x

So what this means is we have to wait until someone writes a POS code for bitcoin core 12.x

Even then we have a challenge as our bitcoin core code is very old.

So as I have kept you in the loop. This is were we are at. We are going to focus more heavily on selling our crypto services in exchange for fly until we can come up with a safe solution for addind HODL.

Pow will be reactivated with POSP with the next wallet release with new graphics. However note that pow is simply being used to make the chain stronger. The reward will be VERY small such as .0001  XDE2. The big rewards are in POSP.

To simplify POSP those that keep their wallets online and unlocked get the stake rewards coin blocks that have not yet matured build stake weight. When you close your wallet, your stake weight goes to 0. So when you restart it, it is 0. The short of it, to get the max benefits keep your wallet open and unlocked 24/7.

The reason I never followed up on that is because it really didnt generate enough interest. This is a rough draft table that we have put together. I want to discuss it and change it if you feel something needs to be changed for the next few weeks, until we can all decide and what we want.

Here are my reasons for the table presented:

1. The goal is to get as many coins locked away for the longest periods. The reason is less on the exchange on the sell side. LESS coins "in the wild" coupled with demand equals higher prices. The demand will come from those that want the higher interest rates of fly. They will need more fly to qualify for the higher rates. Here is the good news. There is not even close to enough fly to go around. So a very tiny few will have the luxury of the very high interest rates, protecting inflation. There will also be many choices. I dont want everyones locked coins to mature at the same time, so thats why I created many options. All of this is up for discussion. Keep in mind the higher interest rates available to more people the more coins in circulation, and the coins YOU have will be worth less. Also if your planning on participating in HODL and you dont have the min required for the term you want, now would be a great time to put buy orders in or outright buy the coins, as I believe on this news the price will rise with buying pressure from those getting ready to have their minim ready for the release. So, thats something to keep in mind. Also the % shown that you lock for will compound every single day , just as if it was unlocked. Like HODL it will show you the compounded balance as it changes in real time. Some people look at the richlist and see myself as a massive holder of my own coins and see this as a threat. Its ONLY a threat when you dont know who that holder is AND its a short term coin they plan to dump on you 1 month after release. The fact that I am STILL buying more of my own coins when I already have a massive amount should tell you a WHOLE lot. Im buying daily, and have NEVER sold. There is a message hidden in there Ok its not so hidden. It means, I would be crazy to leave that massive amount behind and abandon my project. So your stuck with me. I cant and wont be going anywhere. Its there to PROVE my faith in this project. I also know as time goes on, the price will only go up at a steady , healthy pace on its own, naturally. The day will come when I do slowly start selling, and it will ALWAYS be listed on the sell side in moderate amounts over a long period, and it will never be used to hurt the price. Yes, I have invested an enormous amount of my own money into this, but I have even invested more time than money. I would never desecrate the work that myself and team fly have put into this project for the past year. Notice the top 3 holders also do not sell. Do they know something, you dont?

Guys if its not clear already. Look at my ACTIONS. Ive been here working every day relentlessly on making fly the best it can ever be. As the project ages, it will become more popular as people will realize the short term pump and dump, newbie dev crap, is 1 winner (newbie runaway dev), and the rest all eat losses. My promise and oath to you, is I will never do anything to purposefully hurt you, or break your trust.

So, its only fair that I tell you now that our hodl addition in about 6 weeks from now will require min amounts to be locked away. In other words:

The higher percentage return you want, the longer it will have to be locked, AND the more min FLY will be required. The purpose of the min is to encourage buy support, AND it is beneficial to have more coins out of circulation making FLY even more rare, while at the same time creating demand. When you factor in the top 3 that hold 1/2 the coins, (and dont sell), there really isnt much left. The real money supply is NOT anything close to 200,000. The biggest rewards will go to the biggest risk takers that lock the largest amounts away for the longest periods. We are working on the table out now, and will post a rough draft for discussion. The bottom line is whats best for the coin. So I will soon post a proposed table so everyone can discuss it and then we can finalize it.

The goal is stability and steady growth. Fly was born on August 2015, so we are approaching our 1 year anniversary. This brings even more trust to our coin. We also have 30 peers connected. Thats the highest ive ever seen. These are all good signals we are headed in a good direction. From now on FLY will be free from fees and control. Everything will be an option. In the past I wanted to try something radical and new. Crypto enthusiasts didnt want it. So the new direction is to create OPTIONS, and at the same time promote our many crypto services bringing more value to fly.

Lets look at the big picture. How ,many coins launch, and a year later is still stable at 100,000 sats? I would guess 1%-2%? Most coins are very short term and a quick pump and nose dive to the ground..HARD. So im not shy to say im proud we are in a stable condition, and are headed for a steady healthy growth stage. 100,000 -300,000 sats is a healthy price because beyond that its either out of reach for most people or the price is so high people "cash out". The price of fly is real. Its not manipulated or pumped. With pumps comes dumps and volatility , and thats not fair to those that dont know whats going on. I wanted to create a safe enviroment were people can put their money for long periods and enjoy the profits in a safe and healthy and honest environment. Anyway Ive yapped enough, Ill post a preliminary table of our HODL version so we can discuss it and make any changes before it goes final in about 6 weeks.

Guys shouldnt be much longer on the rest of the graphics for the new wallet. Meanwhile I want to remind everyone that these extremely high POS rates wont last forever, they cannot last forever or the coin will self implode due to inflation. So youve probably noticed the price on the sell side slowly dropping. This is good, and it can also be bad. Im purposefully dropping the price slowly to see were people begin to buy. However once the coin becomes very active then the POS rate will be reduced. So the time to get the coins is now BEFORE the POS rate is reduced. Prices are the lowest ever on the sell side. I will drop prices at a much slower rate now until there is volume. The sellers that hold the coins will slowly drop the price, and hopefully buyers will come up in price and we meet in the middle that both sides agree on, and we can begin to create some nice volume. I can then still offer a very attractive POS rate to stabilize the price and keep it level.

As I have explained previously, the shield is your staking icon. When you are NOT staking, it will be black on the inside. When you are staking, a gold eagle will appear.

When you are fully synced then the icon on the bottom of the oval panel that looks like people holding hands will appear, to signify you are synced.
