Hey Xprophet , good to see you my friend. Yes, you can withdraw from the Crytopia. There is a known bug in our last wallet. When you close it an reopen it , it reverts back to December 13th and starts syncing again. It can get stuck for 30 minutes , but if you leave it , it will sync all the way. This has already been fixed in our next code, and a wallet should be released today or tomorrow with that fix.

This is a GREAT question.

The superfly wallet is the heart of FLY. Its does so much. It solves issues that many other coins face. Its primary function before anything else is to stake to users that support fly (requirements posted below). See I have incredibly high goals for FLY. I will reach those goals too. I wont stop until I do. FLY will be WELL over $5 within 6 months, and even higher within a year. To do this , I knew that I would face all kinds of issues. So the Superfly Wallet is also a multifunction wallet. Its a community fund that helps me deal with the complex challenges that came with my radical unorthodox coin. Now , I always label my transactions when I make them, but I want to post a detailed ledger of what I did and why. Ive used it for many purposes that are all in the name of good.

Examples:

Ive sent small amounts of FLY to Cpnbdl to give away and promote on Cryptopia.
Ive sent small amounts to devs for testing new wallet releases (5 - 10) coins.
Okane81 lost .85 FLY because of some sort of glitch in the wallet, so I sent him that.
When BTC-BTC didnt have a withdrawal exemption he accidentally paid 5 coins to superfly in withdrawal fees and I confirmed it and refunded.

These are just some of the examples of the small transactions I do. If its any large amount, I will make it public with a full explanation. Also I encourage any and all to audit the wallet and ask about any transactions. This money is NOT mine. Im just the treasurer/controller. It belongs to the community. So im incredibly careful what the funds are used for, and Im ready to explain any and all transactions. Every transaction also has a known address. So I never send funds to an address that is not claimed on the richlist. So thats another easy way to see where the funds go. Originally it was to be funded by our large sending fees that EVERYONE must pay including myself. The good news is it stopped any kind of dumping keeping prices high. The bad news is , the only funds people did move were in tiny amounts like 1 or 2 coins to @ 2% fee to avoid high fees. That was not near enough to fund superfly. That is were the 10% stake fee came in to play. So to summarize its primary function is to stake to users that "support fly" , and after that its a multifunction wallet to "smooth the ride, during turbulence".

Ok so I want to define the criteria to meet the requirements to get rewards from Superfly:

Hold atleast 100 FLY , but no more than 5000 FLY in your fly wallet (User that hold over 5000 fly do not get rewards, we are exempt by choice).
Do NOT make any outbound transactions from your main wallet
Claim your wallet address on the richlist by contacting Keesdewit
"Support FLY". Heres were there is a lot of confusion. I really wanted to keep this part simple , and an easy requirement to meet. So I just threw out an idea and said post on any social media once a week about fly to a social media engine that is cryptocoin related ,and post a link on the fly thread. But then, I realized quickly that not everyone is a social butterfly. Im not. So I dont know why I didnt see this. So, support could look many different ways. Capnbdl says he spends alot of time in the trolls rooms, so I suggested he promote fly that way, and wow, has he ever!!! A few users are bilingual , so they created a thread in their native language like my friend Xprophet who is fluent in Russian, and a few others have created a thread in their native language. So you can come up with your own idea. The main thing is supporting fly. It could even be taking turns with me bashing trolls, or being VERY active on the fly thread , and being truly involved and helping users understand fly. It must be provable in some way. So get creative. It doesnt even have to be much, just show that you truly support fly and want to see it the #1 altcoin of all time and stay that way.

The community has enormous power. I dont want to upset even one person, and thats the truth. But I quickly realized why coins fail, and I have put many different counter measures in to prevent that. So everything I do, is for you guys. I get NOTHING from taxing myself , knowing I will pay the most in and nothing back out. What does that say about my agenda?

You guys will drop to 45% POS instead of 50%, and then get rewards from Superfly that will bring you back to close to 50% or more.

So Its what I can come up with right now, and it can be changed, and Im open to ideas.

Put yourself in my shoes for a moment. You are now an alpha male, an over achiever. You want BADLY to be the #1 cryptocoin, bar none. You quickly find out that in order to do that youll have be create the most awesome coin ever in crypto. To do that youll need 3 VERY experienced devs to work on a horribly complex code. As the months go by you watch your btc wallet balance go down and down. Soon youll be out of btc. What do you do? What is a better way?

Hi Kiklo, I am always open to intelligent conversation such as yours. Yes this could certainly be called a tax. I cant argue with that. These are the days when I wish I was not the one making the rules. This was voted on by Team FLY and approved. In fact , it was a heated debate, as some did not see the need for it, and so it was a long and drawn out debate, that was talked about in depth.  Now, I will also remind everyone that the rich will pay by far almost all of it to superfly and get NOTHING in return. We voted to do this to ourselves , knowing we would pay the most in, and get nothing back out. So that made it easier. I also will be lowering it when superfly is funded correctly, or if over funded then remove it.

FLY does simulate SOME of the government ways , except in reverse. The government would NEVER exempt themselves from getting bigger rewards, and I actually made this rule , nobody asked us. We exempted ourselves from superfly rewards. Also the government would NEVER choose to pay the most taxes and get NOTHING in return, we did. So yes, it simulates a democratic economy in some ways, BUT this time its reversed where the little guy will get the most rewards, and the rich will be paying the most in and getting the least back.

When you look at it, I will lose the most by far, as I will easily pay the most in "taxes", and get nothing in return, and yes, I created this rule.

So even though the little guy pays 10% in, he/she will get most or more of this back through superfly.

So when you look at it for what it is, the guy that gets screwed the most is me, and I am fine with that, as it helps the little guy, AND insures not only continued development in fly to remain the leader in technology, but it also guarantees the longevity of fly as the devs will continued to be paid. It Also opens private sales again , allowing most people to get MUCH cheaper fly through private sales.

Also in a democratic system the money belongs to the government, and taxes are for the benefit of the government , and nobody really knows how much is paid in or whats done with it.

Under my system , ANYONE can look and see how much is being collected and exactly what its used for, and NONE of it belongs to me. It belongs to the community. Its a fund to help everyone, and the day it doesnt do that, its needs to be scraped or revamped.

The way I see it, there MUST be a consistent fund to pay the developers. Its not fair that I pay thousands and thousands of dollars alone. So this system is designed to make the rich pay for almost all of it, and the less you have the less you pay, and you will get that back through superfly rewards. If you dont believe this system is needed, just look at the price of all your other coins, if they are even still alive.

I would love it if someone would track what they paid in to superfly in "taxes" and what they got back. My goal is to actually have the little guy GAIN over a period of say 1 month. Maybe someone can get real numbers.

Whats happening is when we created the tx table, I wanted to relax the fees on the low end of the table. My thought process was that people sending 1-2 fly really dont have much , so their rate is 1%-2%  so send 1-2 fly. The thought had crossed my mind that people with 400-500 fly would never sit there all day and send 1-2 fly every few min, well I was wrong.

So we restructured the table in the next update. So probably now there will be a whole lot less being transacted, which is good for the price of fly , and bad for the funding of Superfly.

One of the main attractions is Superfly. Superfly has not paid out in 2 weeks. This is not because I have forgot. Its because it cant. Plain and simple. There is not enough.

Implementing a mandatory 10% on all stakes on all staking to anything everywhere that get sent to superfly will start funding superfly again which we badly need for so many reasons as its the engine of FLY, and MUST be constantly funded.

Now once superfly is funded correctly, this 10% will drop way down to a much lesser % as needed.

Now before everyone starts getting upset, this will benefit ALL of you, and  "the rich" will pay the most in by far, and get NOTHING in return. Here is why:

"The rich" is anyone holding more than 5000 FLY. We are EXEMPT from superfly rewards by choice. However we stake more than anyone else because of our large balance.

Example: I can EASILY stake 100 FLY A DAY because I have the highest balance. So at least 10 FLY a day I will be funding to superfly, and get NOTHING in return. There are 4 more holders that will stake about the same and get nothing back. So the RICH pay the most and get nothing in return. It CANNOT be more fair than that.

Take example your typical FLY holder that can stake 2 fly a day. He/she will pay .2 fly a day to superfly vs the Rich pay 10 FLY a day EACH and get nothing back.

Also about 1.5 years ago I retired to study Crypto. I lived and breathed Crypto some days 10-12 hours a day and most weeks, 7 days a week. I couldnt get enough of it.
I learned what makes it "tick". I looked at many coins that failed, and studied also the ones that did well, and began to ask a lot of questions to myself.

The #1 question was "Why does a coin fail"?

So I started looking at it from so many angles, and I kept coming back to the same ugly truth, and its this:

"The DEV, makes no money". Its that simple.

See even the devs that make a simple clone coin, make NOTHING. Thats why scams are all over the place. Because all they can really do is a quick pump and dump and out. They could also do a small premine. But even premines are frowned on, so they cant even do that!! So put yourself in the devs position for a moment. You a dev you spend days coding a nice wallet, and testing and launching. You cant do a premine, because thats taboo. So you end up making NOTHING, if your honest. Why continue? So they dont. Why do amazing things like FLY, and bring you the latest and greatest technology?? They wont!

Look, the only reason why fly has the greatest technology is because I am the ONLY person paying the devs for all of this work, and its cost THOUSANDS of dollars, easily. Now I have very deep pockets , but not so great in btc because I invested it ALL in FLY to have the highest balance, that way I CANNOT let it fail.

So here is the harsh reality, if you want the most cutting edge latest and greatest technology, you have to help pay for it. If you dont, the coin is dead. PERIOD. Thats why 97% of coins fail. Why should a dev spend weeks coding and testing for NOTHING??

Whats worse is a guy like me that hires devs cannot even pay them in alt coin like fly. Devs wont accept them, and I dont balme them. If I was coding for someone else, I would want raw btc too!

So,  this is what ive came up with:

10% of ALL stakes to anywhere go into superfly from everyone.

When superfly gets big enough I can start private sales again for a deeply discounted rate. I will take the lowest BID on crytopia and deeply discount that price and make private sales for btc. The BTC will ONLY go to 1 address that will be posted on the OP. That address will ONLY send to 3 different addresses and that is the btc address of the devs. I make NOTHING from this.

So consider this insurance. As long as the devs are being paid they will stay and make fly even more awesome. So its a hard decision , but Ive said it many times. I will do EVERYTHING to protect fly and makes sure its around for years and years. Not an easy decision, but one that had to be made, as I could no longer keep up with the labor fees. So in the future this perecent will drastically fall, but superfly needs to be funded again for all of these reasons. Also this is a great opportunity for many of you to get cheaper fly than you can even find on the exchange. Private sales wont start until FLY has reached ATLEAST 3000 FLY in superfly, and I wont sell private if Superfly is below 2500.
