121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LET US- LIST - some old established projects where the dev team is highly active on: October 31, 2018, 12:57:37 PM
Let's create a list of older more established projects where the dev team is still highly active. The original dev team - not some take over pump and dump crew.

No icos after 2016 - the newer ones are probably still pretending to be active whilst using up all the " dev funding" before leaveing to start a new project.

List some good old projects with the original team still pushing ahead - hopefully some with a good use cases too.

I will read the posts and add them this OP

I will add some to get you started then we can either add or remove project based on arguments presented.

** adding this*** let's locate good projects under the radar ( i.e not already very well known top 30 projects) since these will surely be ripe for better ROI

Bitbay
blocknet
komodo
Byteball
Litecoin - added suggestion of Red-Apple - not sure how much of an investment opportunity such high cap coins are
sys

doge - ** not sure about the activity but has been suggested
xmr - active not sure how much of an investment opportunity already well known top 10

add older projects here where the dev team is still going strong....

NO KNOWN AND PROVEN SCAM COINS CAN BE ADDED TO THIS LIST.

It would seem the old thread like this got deleted somehow.

It may be hard to find an active project among ones that held ICO several month ago, so it shoudl be hard for you to find a many options for your list.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: YOU ARE YOUR OWN PROBLEM HERE on: October 31, 2018, 12:54:56 PM
Degradation is already here. It is not only about cryptocurrency or knowledge, it about the humanity itself. People do not want to use their own brain, so I do not pay attention to their posts.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It can still happen again on: October 30, 2018, 11:02:58 AM
I'm really waiting for things to change. For me now the market is completely open and I try to invest as much as possible in it. I can not imagine how hard it would be to invest if the market has always remained in the winter position
124  Other / Archival / Re: Future of crypto is good or bad? on: October 30, 2018, 11:00:02 AM
It seems to me that not all cryptocurrencies in the future will be able to reach a normal level. But coins such as bitcoin and Ethereum simply have to become those coins which people will be able to use as normal money
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptocurrency prices falling on: October 30, 2018, 10:57:13 AM
These are hard times for cryptocurrency projects and ICOs. Prices are falling, and the internet giants are limiting crypto-related traffic and advertising in an attempt to protect consumers.

Prices are constantly falling and rising and I do not think that in the near future something will change in one direction or the other. In General, this is a feature of cryptocurrencies - the fall and growth. So do not be surprised
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Cryptos finally getting stable? on: October 29, 2018, 10:13:32 AM
It feels like it's this time of the year again for the bullish market. Not sure if it's gonna the same as last year though. But many will recover. Whaddya think?

As before, quite a strong volatility will remain on the modern crypto market. Therefore, I do not think that in the near future we will be able to see some kind of stability of cryptocurrency. Since in any case, the crypto market is very young, there will be actively rising and falling coins.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Does ICO and bounty die? on: October 29, 2018, 10:10:34 AM
Hi all. I took part in more than 3 hundred bounties in two year. Last half year there are no pay from project to hunters. Maybe bounty will die or it's transformayion in something other Huh  Huh Huh

For me, ICO and bounty is still a mystery. I don't think there's any point in burying them. You just chose the wrong projects and your participation has come a kind of black stripe. So just try to choose a little more carefully than before
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tactics When Market is Falling on: October 29, 2018, 10:07:31 AM
In the period of falling prices in the crypto market, I just continue to hold Ethereum. Bitcoin, Ripple, NEO, Waves and EOS. These are the most reliable coins on the crypto market, which in any case will be able to recover their positions after a major fall. I also invest approximately 10% of my money in the purchase of new ICOs.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I invest to Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: October 28, 2018, 07:47:26 AM
I see that BTC and ETH are two coins which had the highest capitalization on Coinmarketcap.
But I don't know why Bitcoin is still up and ETH always keeps current price.
Why was that happening? And in this time, should I invest to Bitcoin or Ethereum?
Thank you!

BTC is good option, since it was recognized by US government. I hope that this descision could open new prospect for king of cryptos. ETH is very unstable right now!
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't hold Bitcoin for long time. on: October 28, 2018, 07:45:06 AM
Hold is Bitcoin for long time, there is no much profit. You know why ?

Because if you only hold Bitcoin your balance will grow up only on USD rate. For example you hold 1 BTC . Current price 7500$. It's might 10k after some day. But you still have only 1 BTC.

Now think you have 1 btc and you convert it into BCH. Example for 1 BTC you get 10 BCH. Rate per bch is 0.1 BTC .

After some day if Bitcoin grow up, At the same time BCH also will grow up.
If bch rate grow 1.5 btc then you will have 1.5 BTC.

But before buy alt coin please select best coin to avoid dump.

So what you think. Hold alt coin or Bitcoin ?

Too long of course not worth it, but infinitely resell it is also very difficult and in my opinion pointless. It's the opposite of losing profit, so I wouldn't risk it. I think the best tactic when buying bitcoin is to expect a better rate. The only way you can get a huge plus
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Government does not like crypto? on: October 28, 2018, 07:42:46 AM
Cryptocurrency is the most popular terms nowadays. People like cryptocurrency so much. Many people are involving in the crypto world. Everyone wants to earn money from cryptocurrency. While people are liking cryptocurrency, Government does not like it at all. In some countries, the government banned the cryptocurrency. What is the reason behind this banned?

Main task of government is control over citizens. Crypto helps citizens to stay out of such control, so governments could not be good at it. As simple as that.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about blockchain games? on: October 27, 2018, 08:54:18 AM
Trading and bounties are a good way to earn. And recently I’ve discovered a new way to do that – dapps (I’m talking about games). I’m not that experienced in that field but it seems to be interesting.

What do you think about it? Have you ever tried to?

UPD

For everyone who wants to find blockchain games I've created a collection on product hunt https://www.producthunt.com/@house_lama/collections/blockchain-games

I treat this as positively as possible and I think that it makes sense to be involved in this. Now it is very important for me to be a part of the future, because soon everything can change dramatically in the blockchain
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to learn day trading? on: October 27, 2018, 08:49:16 AM
Now there is a huge amount of literature on this topic as trading is a popular way to earn money. Watch video tutorials, read bloggers and then you will understand how it all works. And of course you need practice
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can the world really go digital with crypto? on: October 27, 2018, 08:46:28 AM
Imagine, looking at gge current dip we are facing, can we say the world is already getting tired of blockchain innovation? I hope not. I know we have got a long way to go.

Crypto gives a lot of abilites, but most people are not ready to use them yet. For example, cheap transactions are just great, but you need this technology to become comfortable in terms of use.

136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: white paper. !! on: October 22, 2018, 12:13:20 PM
In my work, whitepaper is always of great importance for successful and profitable investments. The study of this document allows you to objectively assess the potential and future prospects of the project. Therefore, I always recommend carefully studying the document for a successful and safe investment.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Or Trading? on: October 22, 2018, 12:10:52 PM
Bounty is better for those who have no initial capital. And if people do not have capital, then they can very easily earn on the bounty. But I prefer trading because for me it is much easier, I have the funds and do not like to wait long for profit
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do investors think about ICO? on: October 20, 2018, 02:18:11 PM
In recent years, ICO used to be a very profitable and promising direction. Today, the situation has changed dramatically, the number of scammers and unsuccessful projects has increased significantly. Today, ICOs remain unstable. Although today you can find a profitable, actively growing project, but you need to remember the risks
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to known a Scam ICO on: October 20, 2018, 02:14:47 PM
Now it is really very difficult to understand which project is fraud. Although if you wish, you can take into account some criteria and factors to reduce risks for investors. Including, it is necessary to study the information about the development team, the roadmap, the proposed technologies and the development strategy for the future.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: how do you see the market? on: October 19, 2018, 12:36:17 PM
hy mate

I want to confirm if this is really the coming back of Ethereum, for the past several months it wasn't easy but now I can see that the market is gradually changing from the bearish market to the bullish market. presently Eth is $223.84.
due to my past experience once it get's to $700 i will sell to regain my lost which i have lost all this while, do you think i should do so or hold on since is coming back gradually.

what do you think?

I am absolutely sure that in the long run, Ethereum has a really great development potential. He can again reach his level of 700 dollars. After all, now he has really good support in the market, with an excellent development team and development strategy.
