Do you guys have any plan on accepting bitcoin as payment for your monthly subscription? I was planning to buy a subscription if you guys will accept bitcoin as payment.

This would be great, but as an alternative, you could buy CS:GO keys from a trusted seller with bitcoin and use them to subscribe. Do a google search, there will be a few. Also, I can sell you some CS:GO keys if you want.
582  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do Girls also gamble? on: September 02, 2016, 02:43:27 AM
I think yes, girls also do gamble, but it's really hard to find that. Because i think female will not show that she is a gambler because it's like a taboo things for woman.

I don't think gambling is taboo for girls, it's just more of a gender thing.

For example, the internet and video games aren't taboo for girls, but we see more guys than girls on the internet just because it's more of a "guy" thing and wired into guy's minds I guess.
583  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: September 02, 2016, 02:41:35 AM
I don't see how gambling can help you in life, unless you are an owner/worker in the casino.

However, there is one thing; it can educate you against the risks of games of chance, after you lose a lot. I think that this is the only thing that gambling can teach.
584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gambling Investments on: September 02, 2016, 02:38:17 AM
So we wont be able to post the fourth week this weekend, so here it is a bit early:

Nice first month!
So, this is what we waiting for, profits in the first month about 0.33894. I think you should take the investment from two sites that not give nice profits and increase the capital on the anothers sites. Higher capital would give bigger profits then, I hope you get bigger profits next month.

But you should remember that the past profits of casinos are just for our reference and there is no guarantee that they will give you same or better or bad profits next month also. But I feel, can give another couple of months time to see these sites will perform because overall still in profits so can take this risk to continue with it.

Yes, that is very true, however, like I said in a past post, the upward/downwards trends will follow for a bit. This solidifies my theory, as this evidence shows that the sites OP profited from in the first week, continued to profit for the rest of the month.

It's probable that they will change in the future, but for next few weeks they should follow the trend. This was only a theory I presented, but now the evidence shown seems to solidy it. Hope that this will help some people!
585  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crowd funded Gambling Sites on: September 01, 2016, 04:20:42 AM
Good example of variance today at BetKing.io. They were down from the past week, but today, roadcone lost nearly 600BTC, bringing investor profit up to 5.7k BTC.

If you invested right before roadcone bet, you would be up over 10% ROI in one day. Never know what might happen tomorrow though Grin. This is why you should spread out your investment, and not put all your eggs is one basket.

Holy cow, he lost over 0.3 million dollars!! His bets are over many land casino limits!! I'll definitely look into bettking. Who funds the casino anyway? Are there any whales funding it?

No, the casino is funded by a variety of different people, hence the "crowdfunding." If you want to invest go ahead, it's safer than gambling, it can vary as well. For example, had this whale won, investors would have lost. Fortunately for investors, he lost, so they gained a large amount of profit.

1 week in so far!

What do you think will happen after 1 year?
What sites will still be around?
Any sites I missed that you would have invested in?
This is good that you start your investment but always make sure that you have enough knowledge in investing so you're not going to lose money, make sure you know when to buy or to sell.
I think this is enough to prove that the investment is profitable is investing in betking. ? because you can benefit 7% within 1 week only? and I'm sure there are many players who are in betking. and of course you have to know the risks that will face if you want to invest in gambling sites ?
No, we cannot conclude yet that a certain site is profitable to invest unless there is a period that we are waiting to finish to determine. It is too early to conclude but overall, investing in gambling sites are profitable. I like that, those who doubts about the profitability of investment should see this.

Yes, but we can still conclude that they are profitable to invest in for the next few weeks, as it is likely that it will follow the upwards or downwards trend.

However, you are correct in saying that it will change, so in a few months, the results will probably be different.

when investing in a casino bankroll you should always think about long term investment not in short. i believe that it has been only three weeks and that is not enough for making a decision about whether or not it is profitable.
and the risky nature of gambling makes it always a harder thing to plan ahead. but if you think about one month for example then that is a different story.

I think it really depends on how long of a timeframe you plan to invest for. If you want to invest long term, of course you'll have to look into the future to see how the investment will go, but some people will plan to invest short term to try and obtain a quick profit, so they might want to follow the upward/downward trend of the week.
587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many money did you spent in gambling in a day? on: September 01, 2016, 04:13:56 AM
depend already for the day, because i like play to sportbook in bitcoin and generally more match play only in the weekend.
when have premier league, italian league and bundesliga, in 2-3 day i bet already 0,1 in parlay

Have your parlays worked? I used to try to place a parlay in as one of my bets when I bet daily but it usually doesn't work out for me; it's more profitable when I don't parlay in the day.
588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many money did you spent in gambling in a day? on: August 31, 2016, 05:08:05 AM
I don't bet on a daily basis, but I'd say last month, I only bet 0.03-0.04 BTC on sports betting, as I bet for fun.

At the moment, I am getting a bit more than breaking even, (positive), it's not much but it's ok since I'm playing for fun.
589  Economy / Gambling / Re: Where can i find some better gambling sites? on: August 31, 2016, 05:04:17 AM
In addition to the sites mentioned already, you can also try satoshigames.io and coinroyale.com, if you are interested in casino games. They are both reputable sites; look around the forum as there are many here.

Looking to invest like 20 dollars to get a feel for the risks. Is it just me or is moneypot on a really long negative streak. Is there a fee towards investing in MP?

Cryptogames seem pretty good with 1 or 2% ROI per week.
What is the average ROI for betking?

I feel that with moneypot, it's either on a really high positive streak, or a really high negative streak. You just have to wait it out; don't worry, with patience you should probably gain a good amount.

Someone has posted a thread here with their experience, you might want to check it out. He got a good ROI from betking.
592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: International match prediction(qualifiaction world cup, euro, asia ,african more) on: August 31, 2016, 04:21:52 AM
Good idea, however, in my opinion, you should see which events have more interest and create separate threads for them, and bunch together the other ones. Otherwise, there might be no interest at all, or be too crowded.
593  Economy / Gambling / Re: Need to Know something about Bitcoin Penguin on: August 30, 2016, 05:52:54 AM
It seems like withdrawals are fine, it's possible that this guy just lost his coins unfortunately.

However, if you want to be more secure and still have your doubts, there are many established casinos out there that you can play on instead. Search the forum, and there will be a lot, such as the one in my signature, cryptogames.io, fortunejack, and coinroyale.
594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you ever lose time from work due to gambling or visiting bitcointalk.org? on: August 30, 2016, 05:47:01 AM
Thankfully, I haven't lost any time because of gambling, but I have lost a lot of time browsing on bitcointalk.org when I was supposed to be doing something else.  Grin

However, if you have lost time, like others have said, you might have an addiction.

These sites might be able to help you:

gamblersanonymous.org
problemgambling.com

595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How long do you play per day gambling like Dice ? on: August 30, 2016, 05:10:50 AM
The problem with dice right now is that we can all been playing it for years and its gets boring very quickly. Unless you are trying some secret stragegy on autobot, its just plain boring.

I don't think there is going to be an auto bot with dicing. Well that is why most of the people here are just dicing for few hours or minutes if they do have spare time.

Actually, there are many auto bots for dicing that people code.

Honestly, the one of the main reasons people play dice are to use bots, because it goes fast and it is easy to try different strategies.

If you're sitting at your computer dicing manually for many hours on end, it might be more productive to find a job.
596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ONLINE GAMBLING WILL BE BANNED IN THE PHILIPPINES on: August 30, 2016, 05:08:04 AM
Is the online gambling include gambling with bitcoin ? If not, then you are still okay because you can still gambling with bitcoins. In my country also banned gambling but i still can do it by gambling with bitcoin.

Yes even in bitcoin gambling that includes the total ban because at wherever angle you are going to look at it. Online gambling is gambling and the most used exchange site in Philippines is that they can detect where you are getting your bitcoins at all. But the only solution that is by using bitcoin mixer, they won't trace it even it came from gambling.

Even if you wont  use a mixer they wont trace you.  Total ban would be  implemented but  it would took a long time since as we all know that bitcoin transactions are anonymous and  very hard to trace where those  money came from each transaction you made. If total ban would be implemented.

I agree, bitcoin is hard to trace, and there's no way they'd trace you that hard and waste so many resources, unless the government has something against you or you are a shady person. If those don't apply to you, I doubt you will be caught.

Honestly, I think if you deposit bitcoin to gamble and don't change your bitcoins to real money, I don't think you will have any problem at all. The government wants to ban online gambling mainly because they can't collect tax, but they can't collect tax on bitcoins anyways. I think that you would only have a problem if you played at an online casino with fiat.
597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Traditional Gambling or Online Gambling? What's yours? on: August 30, 2016, 05:00:24 AM
I prefer the online one since I need to keep this activity secret. It's almost impossible to gain it if I did the traditional one. Soon or later my family will know it. That wont happen, atleast for a longer time, when I did it online.

Definitely, online gambling is great if you want to stay anonymous and gamble without people close to you knowing, especially if they don't want you to gamble even though you only gamble small amounts for whatever reason.

However, if you are hiding from your family because you have an addiction or bet too much money, you might want to try and stop or seek help as it can be detrimental.

OP, please take your time sending out the payments, I just want to know if it's normal or if there's an issue.

Yes, thank you for your amazing script, however it seems like even after I disabled it, it still blocks me for some reason, so it must not be the problem. However, thank you very much for the help!

EDIT:

It seems like I am not the only one who is blocked from claiming, I've waited an hour to test and only 200 satoshis have gone down, so perhaps it is not just my problem? Or maybe there are so many bots that were blocked by this good script?

What's the IP address? Do you use CloudFlare or Incapsula or any other loadbalancing / reverse proxy service?

I got this error when I downgraded my script and tried to enable nastyhost bot protection:

You can't enable NastyHosts.com, because your IP address is marked as suspicious and you won't be able to access Admin Panel.

I'm assuming that NastyHosts blocks my IP? Is there anyway I can whitelist my IP?

I also use CloudFlare, if it helps.

I've PM'ed you my IP, thanks for the help, hope we can get this solved!  Smiley

Hello Kazuldur,

I've tried to update my faucet to the latest version, r-64, but it's not working. Am I doing something wrong? Whenever I update, and after the update I try to claim from my faucet, it gives me this error:

The bitcoinshowers.com page isn’t working

bitcoinshowers.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

This also happens when I try to log into my admin panel.

Have I done something wrong? I've replaced admin.php, index.php and added config.php in the root directory, and added the http-foundation and ips folders to the libs directory, and added the "script" folder. Did I miss something? (I update manually)

If Kazuldur or someone else could provide help, that would be great, thanks!

Like sabotag3x said, your IP is probably blocked by your faucet (either directly in settings or indirectly through NastyHosts). Set $display_errors = true; in your config.php file to confirm that.

To clear security settings of your faucet without access to admin panel you can either modify values directly in your database, or download this script: https://faucetinabox.com/static/download/tools/clear-security.php , upload it to your server and open it in your browser.

If possible, please PM me your IP address.

Thank you both very much for your help.  Smiley

However, the error message when I set the $display_errors = true; seems to give me a different ip address than my own from a different provider in a different state; should I just unblock both of them? I'm not sure if unblocking both would result in a negative effect or not. Thanks again for the help.
