1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will be running in your mind if Bitcoin reaches $1000 again on: August 10, 2022, 08:51:47 PM
If I am being honest, I would probably be asking for a loan right now or I hope that I have spare money so I can buy myself a decent amount or maybe even buy a full amount of bitcoin, I think but that's just wishful thinking, I don't think bitcoin will ever go to that but if it does, I hope that I have fiat to buy myself some bitcoin.
If it happens I think it will happen slowly so before we drop to 1k, you already have a money with you because you already know that price are going to head that way. There is no need for you to take loans. That is risky because what if the price drops evenly?

And can take a long time to recover. You will either sell at a loss only to have a sufficient amount because you already have a small amount on your hand which you get by working and doing side hustles. Even if btc didn't go 1k, we can still be able to buy btc at cheap like what we have right now or last time when the price fells of at 16k. If we can regularly buy btc at the dip, it is always possible to reach 1 btc or more.
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: June 25, 2022, 08:25:19 PM
It is very annoying to watch the Test matches of Bangladesh. They have been weak in the Test format for a long time. Neither their players nor their management has the will to do well in the Test format. At the moment, none of the players in the Bangladesh team except Liton Das can collect runs regularly. At the same time their bowling lineup is very weak. They can't determine which of their bowlers are suitable for which type of pitch. If this continues, they will go down further in the test ranking.
Bangladesh team is strong in ODI format, but they are too weak in test format. BCB should take proper steps to improve their players capability in test matches. Recently they have removed Mominul from the test captaincy as he wasn't doing well, then they removed him from the squad as he continued with poor performance. Bangladeshi players should bring some changes on their playing style in test matches.
After losing first test matches now they are having very bad time in second test match as well their batting is completely down with no one able to give some stand right now West Indies is having very good time, and they can win this second match as well which is going to be good for them. Mominul is having very bad time because he is completely fail in batting and his poor captaincy is also bringing them down.

It's time for BCB to act quickly and have some strong domestic changes for better results in test format because without strong domestic set up they can't survive even they can go down against Afghanistan and Ireland which are new but having some better quality which can give them higher rank in test format.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: June 24, 2022, 09:29:16 PM
Generally, every new player who comes to the Premier League needs adaptation, although there are also some new players who move to England who can immediately integrate into the team. Haaland will not immediately be able to merge with Manchester City. However, Haaland's chances of immediately fitting into Manchester City's game are very big because Pep Guardiola's central midfielder has the quality of service to a very good striker like Kevin De Bruyne.

You are right. The owners of Manchester City are very ambitious so that they can win the European Champions League and big hopes are entrusted to Pep Guardiola.
English conditions are tough in Europe, and it's not easy for every player to be settled sometime this can take good time but for me in case of Haaland it's not going to happen as he is coming from Germany which is also having something like English conditions but still it is test case for this wonder kid how is he going to do in Manchester City because owners done this big investment just for their dream Champions League and now with this most chances they could be in good position for this even still too many other teams are also having some good transfer for next year's challenge, but Manchester City is already having very competitive squad with this now they are in more strength.
4  Economy / Economics / Re: The ruble is going to hell on: March 16, 2022, 05:31:31 PM
That proves that HODLing Bitcoin is good as a hedge. HODLing Bitcoin is not only as a "financial hedge", but as a hedge against the people/leaders in your government in case they make a stupid decision. Cool
It was always obvious that holding crypto was a better way to hedge yourself against the fiat world. I mean we are in a world where fiat will be devalued for any reason at all and it is a constant thing. How many nations had negative inflation at any given minute, how many in the world have their wealth saved against inflation?

I am not saying that there are none, I am just saying that it is not common and that is why I believe that crypto is a lot better for everyday regular people like us. This means that we just need to keep it in crypto, and pick ones that are not terrible and will go down, and we will be right for the rest of our lives.

6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: reasons for bad trading on: November 08, 2021, 09:39:23 PM
Lack of proper research before trading is one of the reasons that cause bad trading.
Lack of strategy is another reason why most persons have bad trading; when one does not have a strategy to use in trading,it certainly makes him loose, because as the day goes by,so does strategies change in trading.
Lack of experience is also one of the reasons why people have bad trading. When they do not have experience on how trading goes,or how they will trade,it will certainly have an effect on their trading.
Yes, when traders are caring about their capital then definitely they will avoid bad trading. We cannot do anything about the unexpected market fluctuations still we can exit at stoploss level to cut our losses smaller. So, even in the high volatile market, we can trade safely it is is fully up to the traders and their caring about the capital.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Taproot will follow segwit pump on: November 08, 2021, 09:04:16 PM
I believe it did have an effect on the price. Because before Segwit was a long debate called the scaling debate which had the community divided, and anti-Bitcoiners were attacking Bitcoin. The direction of Bitcoin might have been a little questionable. Segwit’s activation through a UASF closed all questions.
But, I am not seeing any big debate is going on right now in bitcoin communities hence what kind of effect we could expect along with this taproot upgrade? I read few such upgrade on some altcoins and they experienced pumps and dumps as well (when we are having multiple upgrade scheduled then people I may start ignoring).

I agree bitcoin ecosystem is not having any frequent major upgrades. So we may expect some strong bull run which will be triggered by this taproot upgrade.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin ever get regulated on: November 08, 2021, 08:32:42 PM
In fact, Bitcoin is more transparent than Fiat Money. Bitcoin's transparent ledger makes it possible to trace all transactions easily. If the government wants to trace the wallet of a specific individual, they can do so without hindrance. Various coin mixing services and now under KYC and AML law, meaning the government can trace you if it wants even if you use mixing service. Technically it is censorship resistant but practically I don't know how effective is it.
We all know about this but as mentioned already many times authorities sitting in governments and having controlled things are not feel better with this way so just because of this trying to control indirectly they feel it's not possible to do this all directly. KYC is also just part of this all because they need all updates about peoples involved in this all.

Personally I am not worried about bitcoin regulation because government definitely will do it in one way or other. When we prepared to face any such kind of situation then I guess there will be no problem at all on having bitcoin regulations at any near future.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investors desire on meme coins are insane on: November 08, 2021, 08:04:20 PM
This is probably what many don't want to hear right now but I'm just trying to share what I've achieved so far since the last three months, I'm made more money from meme coins than every other bigger coins I have in my portfolio, not even BTC and ETH where able to give me that much insane profits in a short term, since I've been here on this forum I've never seen my portfolio surging high like this, meme coins are dangerous but their rewards are insane
But what I read on few crypto news portal is, there are lots of manipulations are happening when people are trying to invest in NFTs and memes coins like whales are trying to manipulate the market direction in order to they will be massively profiting by making individual investor participating. We also seen proofs for the link between buyer and seller of few NFTs.

Hence, I am not ready to believe that investors are insanely interested on memecoins. It is definitely a manipulation and we should not fall for this.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Binance Coin (BNB) reach $1K? on: November 08, 2021, 07:41:09 PM
Binance Coin (BNB) is the most popular coin currently in the crypto space. Binance has a network, namely the Binance Smart Chain (BSC), which is the most widely used by companies for their projects because of the relatively low cost. In addition, Binance also has an Exchange with a large number of transactions every day. October 2021, seems to be a very good month for Binance because of the pretty good price movement. Now that BNB is at $526, will BNB reach $1K?
I am expecting BNB will be e testing $1k levels along with the current bull run of bitcoins. We need to consider that binance is always conducting burning process for BNB periodically which must be a very big promotion for it to induce FOMO among investors. When they are creating demand for BNB, we can expect it will be e testing new height for sure.

At the same time I am not talking about the BTC value of BNB. Because it will be too difficult for speculating about BTC value because it is truly depending on how many investors are participating but USD value is depending on the value of bitcoins.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: What's the best advice? on: November 08, 2021, 06:38:17 PM
Will definitely provide the best support in terms of their education and interests . I may never force my son to be like me. everybody is different and also had different  interests. i might be just support the best as i can . and the development of the era will definitely be easier to do all of that .
That must be a good approach in my opinion as well; we should not force for anything; our next generation will find out what is suitable and what is better for them on their own. But our responsibility must be getting them all the opportunities to choose from.

Basically being a responsible parent is more complicated what most people do assume. Parents must need to be more competitive to find out what are the opportunities and what are suitable for their kids so that they will bring all of them and only from that kids will choose the best one.
12  Economy / Economics / Re: How is financial stability defined for you? on: November 08, 2021, 05:43:25 PM
Financial stability just means I have to respect my financial limits, never spending money I don't have or that I will miss later for emergencies.
Your definition of financial stability sounds like you are emphasizing about the importance of saving money for better future. Different people must be having different opinion and hence I just agree with you because without having enough money, we cannot think about a stable lifestyle so saving is more important to think about financial stability.

Always having some income stream to lead our  life stable could be defining what I feel financial stability should be like.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and wealth as the major religions in world. on: November 07, 2021, 09:59:12 PM
I will immediately correct the data:
1. Religion is the same business, moreover, it is power. Be careful not to confuse Religion and Faith. Faith is what is inside us, this is the soul, these are subtle matters. Religion is a hierarchy that stands on one of two, or on two pillars - power and money. Perhaps the "weighting factors" of these entities will vary depending on religion, but will always contain at least one of the entities at their core.
2. About accumulation, values. Perhaps there is a part of the population for whom money is something similar to religion. Yes, we can say that "believing in money as the highest goal", people give their whole life to them. They refuse to themselves and their loved ones in everything, but accumulating bundles of money in boxes. There are such. As a rule, it all ends quite stupidly - in the end, the one who exchanged life for money does not have the opportunity or to fully enjoy it! Perhaps children or grandchildren will get pleasure after such a curmudgeon finishes his earthly journey.
I'll finish with a wonderful phrase (I'm not the author, it's a pity Smiley), which very briefly describes my attitude to life, money: "Money is a wonderful servant, but the worst master"
Unfortunately religion became something so big (no idea how) that people are literally getting wealthy over it by using others faith. There are so many priests out there who owns air jets, no idea what they are called but like personal airplanes where only you and few other people fly instead of huge planes that we buy tickets to. Imagine how much money they are making, what are they doing? They give sermons and so forth, that's it, they are "religious people" for others and they talk and tell people things about their faith.

We have even Islamic nations that literally runs the whole nation with Islamic rules, and the kings? Is that really accepted in the religion? No it is not, so kings live without religion while ruling others with religious rules. Basically religion became something that is used by bad people and faithful good people are getting scammed by them.
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Weekend Trading, how do you feel about it? on: November 07, 2021, 09:31:42 PM
I am not an expert in crypto trading, but the little experience I have is that, in week days coin normally go up so the profit is higher than in weekends. Sometimes in weekends that's when people have enough time to trade, at that particular time some people will be selling, as a result of that the price fall and the profit become less.
It may be your calculation is good about rise or price but generally on weekdays this going down as well because volume goes down just because of this not good activity just panic sellers or peoples with nothing serious in trading having something.

Traders with good funds and having good work all weekdays mostly have off day because It's also very important for them to have some other activity or done some off field activities which help them for having fresh mind and better results doing trading all days without off having very bad impact on many which bring big loses or many other issues with health as well.
15  Economy / Services / Re: I'm Back, Mt.Gox Just Returned 22 BTC of Mine on: November 07, 2021, 09:10:32 PM
You wouldn't be here if you had 22 BTC.  Cheesy

You'd be off buying Yachts and Mansions and Bugatis etc.

You do understand 22 btc is just a little over a million usd. Not sure you could buy all that with 22 btc.

Glad to see someone else on this forum with at least half a brain.
And by the way you never talked about what happened between you and Mt.Gox and how you got back the 22 BTC that you lost due to the hack. Your topic stated that you got back your BTC, and I was expecting you to tell a story or explanation on that, but it happened that you are just promoting an exchange which I believe you are the owner and wants to launch it. But, this is not a way to introduce your exchange to this community.
16  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: best way to traiding on: November 07, 2021, 08:56:33 PM
Trading is highly profitable yet too risky so we can do trading in some of the best ways. First of all, we need to know the market really well because the market is highly dependent on news, when any bad news is released, no one prediction not working so before trading we need to be read about the market
Trading is profitable only for the people who got enough skill to manage all the technical things of trading and news and events occurring around the bitcoin ecosystem.

If you are unable to manage all these things then you should not go for trading because for the reason of it is just being profitable.

Risk management must be and other thing you need to manage effectively like how you are going to set your target and stoploss level and how you are going to manage your lot size against market volatility kind of things will decide your final result in trading.
17  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Making profit with a bubble on: November 07, 2021, 08:20:33 PM
The problem with most people who invest or trade bitcoin is that they don't have an exit plan, i does not matter if they get in early or get in late, they always get greedy once they see the price rise and don't take their profit while they are still green, so whether its a bubble or not they get caught up in the trend and don't set goals, sure the crypto market is hard to predict and there are always ups and downs but trends can be easy to follow but the key is to stay calm and not to get greedy and have a set goal.
I am also having similar type of opinion like for long term bitcoin trading, definitely we do not need any exit plan because bitcoin is always into bullish trend so you can make the maximum benefit if you continue your holding.

It means you will never need to go for selling your bitcoins but you can use it in your real time to enjoy the maximum benefit out of your bitcoin investments. People who are selling right now maybe regretting later for their decision of not continue their holding. To avoid such regret it will be a better decision to continue our holding.
18  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do You Use Technical Analysis? on: November 07, 2021, 06:59:34 PM
Do you use technical analysis when you trade bitcoin?
If yes, what are the best strategies? Bitcoin is so volatile now.
Sure, a lot of people do make use of technical analysis when they are trading. As a trader, technical analysis is something that you are meant to know even before you start trading in the market. Because that's what is going to help you be able to predict which way the market will likely be flowing to.When you don't know technical analysis, then it's just like you're gambling with your choices and you're not even sure of what you are doing. And when you are gambling in the cryptocurrency market it becomes a huge risk for you.

There are different strategies that traders make use of to trade in the cryptocurrency market, the most popular strategies I know are arbitrage trading, scalping, and range trading. You should read more on these three types of strategies and understand how they work. Maybe you’ll be able to find one that works for you or even research more and find other types of strategies.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptos and NFTs are you Excited about? on: November 07, 2021, 06:11:17 PM
With the marketcap of crypto at near 2.5 trillion now..and I think that doesn't include NFTs right?
There is a lot of saturation but I am sure there are good projects launching.
NFT is a good business idea, but some people are saying that it is going to replace Bitcoin in the next five or ten years is totally wrong. I do not agree with that statement. Even in the next five and ten years, bitcoin is going to continue with it is reign as the number one cryptocurrency we have in the market. Why I’m saying this is because I haven’t really seen anything that’s going to replace Bitcoin.

As of now, I am just staying away from any of altcoin investments but I focus only on bitcoin investments as I do believe only with bitcoin and not with any of meme or NFT things.
20  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Start somewhere on: November 06, 2021, 09:43:51 PM
Starting point is a big challenge when it comes to Investment. There are people who find it difficult to start up an investment because what they have is not large. Start your investment with the little you have it will go a long way.

Expectations to have something big to start maybe delayed. Do you know what point you would have reached if you had started with the little which you afford?
I would say putting some money into bitcoin is a good enough start, rest will come. I know it sounds simple, I know that saying "just buy some bitcoin" may not sound like a good idea but the reality is that we are talking about something that is just a simple start, afterwards it is going to get a lot more challenging and complex but for now just start with that.

Eventually buying 10k satoshi will suddenly turn into putting 0.15 btc into leverage or some yield farm that nobody hears about for 3 hours to get the maximum profit and get out. All those things are common in crypto when you get veteran enough and it will be common for everyone that spends enough time around here.
