It does, but put yourself in my shoes. I used this site for months, every time I would deposit I would just sit on safedice refreshing waiting for the confirm and would note the "incoming deposits:" pop up. A day after winning 200 I deposit roughly 250, and start refreshing (I don't know why they even bring up malware when I said it's a secure debian box...stupid asshole) and the deposit never shows up in incoming, and I triple checked the wallet address. The bitcoin shows up in the bitcoin wallet https://blockexplorer.com/address/1Ci2XgF9vbuj2MMt26KtgxSQg9wUFdUMWh and has +20 confirms and the dice site not recognizing balance, or even showed me an incoming pending balance. I submit a ticket and 20 mins later there was a withdrawal for the full amount from that very same wallet. So do I think this guy ripped me off? yes. Do I have some way to explaining how it was a good decision if he could just make 1000s off running the site properly? No. Am I going to stop smearing their name everywhere over .147? No. My lawyer looked at all of this, and said to reverse the transaction from coinbase, and let them deal with safedice, for that was the last successful transaction. However I'm not done, It's the principal I'm sorry for what happened to you, but do you even try to understand my explanation? Do you even try to find a solution that can make any sense? So this asshole ripped me off, I'm going to seek counsel against the domain registrar.
I deposit like 200, win 200, withdrawl 400, cool.
Next day I deposit about 250 (.14) and it never shows up in incoming transactions like it usually does, even after 20+ confirmations. Then I see a withdrawl from the same address all this time myt balance on bitcoin dice remaining 0 (I usually just sit there refreshing, its typically quick 1 confirm). Emailing the admin only results in him arguing with me and saying some guy on the other side of the world knew my password and 'hacked' my account. This is not possible. My password was pretty complex, only used on this site, and only I have access to this debian box.
This fucker saw I was winning, so ripped me off. He will get his.
Sorry to hear about your loss but most of the time people losses when they download some malware and i hope that is the case with you,other than that i do not think that a reputed site like this would scam for just $100 worth of coins,  did you download any software to roll as there are many scam sites which has infected dice bot which is meant to scam your coins. this, the site has made him thousands of dollars in profit, why would he want to scam you for that when he can make thousands more in future? @zysr Zach, you know the address that the money was sent to, do your best to track that one. I also gave you my log analysis in my latest email, you can check that one as well. ... But instead you are accusing me stealing 0.14 btc ? Are you kidding me? From my point of view, the withdrawal was legit, no brute force attack from your account as well. If you have a good intention to find a solution, then let's have a discussion, but instead you keep want things to happen in your own way. But an answer from the support would have been great, Almost 4 days since my deposit and still nothing! No answer either.

Did you at least save your secret link? If your computer crashed and you didn't save your secret link and didn't set a username and password then your account is gone forever. Even if you contact support they can't get it back to you because there is no way to prove you were the actually owner of that account. That's why its never a good idea to send any BTC to that secret link if you don't have an actual account on the site. There are other ways of proving ownership. Admin can check for ip match and/or he could sign a message from previously used address. It gets tricky when he can't do it (i understand he deposited directly from exchange) Thanks pawel ... I have asked him to prove his ownership (twice), he did for both account and I already gave the access on March 26 and March 28  Your latest email was 2 days ago which I have replied? Please let me know if that's not the case. Got a very weird issue on safedice. I've sent an email to the admin. Hopefully he will look into it soon.

Ok, since I have stopped playing/investing after my very odd issue, I would like to at least warn the community about what happened to me yesterday. First of all, I must admit I do really hope that's a nasty bug on the investing platform. 24 hrs ago I've decided to invest all in the bankroll at 0.5 kelly (the minimum!) and the balance was cut of 0.99btc straight away! I mean, really, I clicked invest all and immediately the system got 0.99btc from my balance. I suddenly divested all and lost 0.99BTC. There were no high bets that can justify such a reduction in balance also given the very low amount of my investment as compared with the total bankroll. Since this could affect other people I wanted to issue a warning until I don't get answered. Hopefully this will get solved soon. I'm really sorry for this matter . I checked your account and I admit that you were right. I have reimbursed your lost balance and put more coin as a compensation and apology for the inconvenience. This was never happened or reported before and I'm currently monitoring this issue. My suspicion is this error happened because you were trying to deposit right when I'm doing a maintenance and server restart . Nevertheless all logs are intact and I can manually check the final balance of your account. |

24 hrs now since I made my first SafeDICE deposit. I put in 10XMR and the balance still reads ZERO.
This is very disappointing because I have made two attempts to email them and have still not gotten a reply.
The Admin will answer your email asap. It might be a few days he isn't online everyday. 42 hrs and counting. Nothing. This is crazy. The site won't let me login anymore. Is there a way to reset my password or remember my username? Every site let's the username be saved but waged ice doesn't? I have money on the site I want to access.

I have been planning on improvement on SafeDice's design and new features since few weeks ago. But I don't want to promise much until it is more solid
Apart from refreshing the design and performance improvement, what do you think will be the most important aspect to be improved from the site ?
Refreshing design is a good idea, you could use a bit brighter/livelier colours, or provide different modes (day mode/night mode) like some other sites do. Few improvement suggestions from the top of my head would be: - Prompt users to set up usernames/passwords. Maybe allow everyone to access the site with temporary username to check the site, but tell them to set a password/2FA when they click 'deposit'?
- Jackpot feature. Only bets of 1000 sats (or above) counted. This should increase the volume, attract/retain more players, give more profit for you, investors, referrers, but occasionally (when jackpot pool goes very high) players will get mathematical advantage (EV+) making things more interesting. This imo would be the best addition, but it probably will require you to change the commission structure, either by charging more than 10% or reducing referral rates.
- Implement Shapeshift for deposits (and maybe for withdrawals), so players can deposit with altcoins.
- Discourage self-referrals. Either by blocking same ip addresses, or (probably simpler) by introducing requirements for registering for referral program. i.e. You need to wager min X amount to have the option unblocked, alternatively (if you own a popular website etc) email admin to register.
- On referral page, add 'share on twitter/facebook' buttons (with ref links embedded). + share few banners of different sizes
- Add 'permanent' leaderboard(s), i.e. top 10 players with all time highest wagered, top 10 highest profit, top 10 biggest losses etc
- Bring back the chatbot, as a permanent feature (if possible).
