Yeh, I already made withdrawal now. Hot wallet was just empty and yesterday admin refilled indeed. I made my WD quickly after that. So no problems. Still I think that process can be improved (at least make a better error message = easy, and maybe pending withdrawals = bit more time.)

Doog, Somewhat related and somewhat not... How do you think most site owners take a profit from themselves? Cut a % out of the bankroll at the end of each week/month or ? Well, you can't just take a percentage of the bankroll, because it's not yours... They tend to take commission in one of two ways: a) take a percentage of each investor's weekly profit b) take a percentage of the total amount wagered The two should end up being roughly equivalent, since the profits end up being a fixed percentage of the amount wagered (due to the house edge), but it can take a long time for that to happen. Also, I think that most site owners are investors on their own site. We dont have to be the biggest investors, the rate of return on investment of dice site is generally higher than other forms of investment. I don't keep track of which sites charge what, but I think Just-Dice is the lowest, taking just 10% of investor profits each week, and BetKing/PRCdice is the highest, taking 25% of the house edge up front AND 25% of investor profits, for a total of 50%. But they still have a big bankroll, so I guess their investors don't care.
SafeDice also takes only 10% of the house edge up front as commission. |

I have been trying to withdraw from my account but i keep getting an error message saying something went wrong, and that I should email the site. I have sent 3 emails with no replies, who do i contact with withdraw my balance?
My apologies it has been a while since replying to this thread. Just to confirm, I have replied the emails. Not sure if its just me. But does the site have the same webpage-icon as bitcointalk?
But needless to say, nice design and the site works flawlessly.
It's not just you, the icons are the same. But after all, it's a Bitcoin symbol not a forum logo. Perhaps it wouldn't be a bad idea to use variation of this one instead: Yeah, sometimes i click in the bitcointalk separator instead of the safedice lol. I originally used SD's logo. But I change it to the bitcoin logo, I thought it'll be more familiar Do you think it's confusing? |

try to send them an email instead of posting here as they dont have much time logging here in the forum safedice@protonmail.chI have checked on SD and admin still no fix jpcfan problem. Also i see someone can't withdraw admin must fixed it soon  . My apologies I haven't checked this forum for a while. All issues that is sent to support email ( safedice@protonmail.ch) have been solved, including cryptobetting's. I also add some more coin as a compensation for the trouble. In case you have unsolved issues, please PM me, this forum is ok I'll check it more often at least in near future. Ive played at safedice quite a few times and it has always gone smooth. hows this site , do their support attend to issue(mail) ? or isit same like those so-called popular site with slow or no respond when mail to them .
based on my experience, their support or admin itself is fast in responding to emails. i sent a few emails in the past and they responded quickly about 1-3hours after i sent it kk thx Hexcoin .. i did have issue on my xmr deposit . waited 6hrs still no respond . anyway , hope i get reply soon from their support Keep in mind that most of these sites only have 1 (maybe 2) operators that can act as support staff. They're people as well and need to eat and sleep. Most of them have families or even day jobs that need tending to. You can't realistically expect them to answer support emails the minute you send them.
