when you are in desperate need of money, you have a problem about money, and to solve the problem you need to look for the money and that is a hard task to do. I have been in the situation many times and I thank God because he is guiding me every time I have a money problem, my relatives really help me a lot in times of trouble.

I am happy for you to have a good relative that actually understand and solve your finacial problems in time of need, not everybody that has relative who can understand and solve their problems,as for you, you are lucky enough.

And not all people in desperate need of money are also willing to approach their relatives, some keep their price even if a very desperate times as they do not want to have a debt of gratitude.

and I have saw some people around me that they sometimes come to very desperate need of money but they do not ask from their relatives because they may know that they will not help or there maybe some other reason beside that. But I have noticed that those people who are rich do not care for their poor relatives and definitely because of that the poor do not dare to ask them.

My friend is that sort of person, he first when gets salary really burns it with gambling and eating pizzas and all, and when there are yet 10 days left and money in hand is just around 20$ they get desperate and lol he been giving us so many treats we often help him, but hey he never asks his family, not sure yet why.

It sounds like your friend needs some money management counseling.  As long as his friends keep helping him at the end of the period, they're enabling him to keep being irresponsible.  When it comes down to it, all those treats he's sharing with everybody are actually being paid for by the group because it's coming out of their pocket in the end.

Correct, sometimes tough love is what is needed, sometimes you need to let a person fall as low as they can so they can realize the truth of how low they are, however one of the problems with that and the reason some people don’t like it, is that some people are unable to see the reality even when confronted with it.

Well you have a point if you let them experience the hard and let them realize it they can change there beliefs so they can make their own good decision and instead of being irresponsible he will find a way to change it.. with his own..

Well that's the good thing if  you have a stable job as it would be easy for you to borrow money during desperate times and then pay in time as well. Nope, in fact it’s the opposite, that is most likely the last chance and the reason some people refuse to use it is because maybe it will not work either and you will be left with no hope at all to fix the problem.

Depends how desperate, i even click faucets still as a habit because I remember the days when I had to click all day to earn one or two bucks enough to buy ramen noodles and a bit of veggie to eat every day. i was doing this for six months along with going into trash cans to find bottles and cans to take and sell at the recycling bins lol.

Good for you because loan is the last option you can do, do not take loan because you will have to pay for the interest and you might get use loaning for unnecessary spending. I have a big loan actually and until now I was not able to repay it in real life because when I got married I do not have a good job yet so I end borrowing to survive.

I don't think it is possible for a bank to give a loan if you are broke. There are certain agreements and analysis of your financial situation before they approve and give you a loan. To prevent this kind of situations what we need is an Emergency Fund that we will only use in times of emergency in which depends on you.
