There is open source cuda code - nheqminer - based on Tromp cuda solver. I wonder why sp_ still not added some __launch_bounds to functions and don't sell it as _sp private zcash 1.0 blablabla ))

In case you missed it, Claymores Zcash is out. Looking at 50sols on a 470. Haven't found a 480.
Are people so excited about the Claymore Zcash miner because it supports Windows? My SILENTARMY Zcash miner is as fast as (if not a hair faster) than Claymore. And open source. And zero dev fee. Maybe I should prioritize Windows support higher? 1. Yes, windows, for me it is no problem to install linux but I don't want to ... 2. Claymore has a lot of features, important one is failover pools 3. And Claymore is faster, especially on Tahiti. I didn't run your miner on Linux but guess it makes cpu load. Claymore's doesn't. p.s. claymore's miner is ~45-55 on well tuned hawaii or polaris and 40-50 on tahiti |

Yesterday I tested the silent army solver on the 1060 3gb. it does 16sol/s.
Tomorrow I'll start looking into porting SILENTARMY to Nvidia. Seems like you fixed https://github.com/mbevand/silentarmy/issues/6 so please let me know how. That will save me some time tomorrow  You should port from OpenCL to CUDA, nvidia will never work that good with OpenCL as it can with CUDA |

Shifting invest to AMD cards for the moment. Got 4xRX480 PowerColor Red Dragon for cheap..so i exchange my setup and sell the nv cards
I have one 8 gb red dragon rx480 - nice chip and vrm cooling, good stability with downvolt but no cooling on samsung memory chips! So I have max 2100 mem clock stable only and with some fear about lifetime without cooling on this high. And no dual bios! |

LOL - I am getting squeezed out of zcash -  - just bought (12) evga 1070's and thought I would kill zcash for a while with them. I am lucky to make $40/day at the moment and now it looks as if daily profit will continue to drop. Shoulda, coulda, woulda gone with AMD. I am a lover of Nvidia though. I will be willing to donate for a better Nvidia miner if anyone wants to organize one or crowdfund. Hell I would be happy right now with a match on the 50s/s. I would like better but beggars can't be choosers. Yup, profits are dropping really fast due to more people getting on the bandwagon and private kernels. It's still 3x more then what we were making a month ago. Too bad DJM didn't actually crowd source his miner. We'll have to wait and see what other developers come up with. Although based on what that other user said a couple pages back, the whole thing could've been a rouse and the speeds weren't remotely verifiable. Yes, Claymore already speaks about 50 sols. Not 100. Maybe this was the case with djm's version. But I strongly believe that gtx1070 is capable to do more then 50 ... much more ... |

it's 0.006+ with zcash and a 1070 doing 32 sol, lbry is not more profitable
But 1 ZEC is now below 1 BTC and dropping. (The price has dropped 20% the last 24 hours) The coins you mine today might drop 20% tomorrow. gtx1070 is doing 35-36 sols with modest oc )) And power consumption is a joke )) |
