The sp-mod private is the fastest, why do you ask?
all your claims about your "fastest" private miners were beaten by Enemy. And Enemy is not the best Cuda coder )) Just imagine what speed private alexis miner has ))

2 t3syncro

forget about ggs. it is buggy as hell. maybe some day some time but not now

Yes, it is rog strix
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: AM4 mining motherboard suggestions? on: May 10, 2018, 10:16:26 AM
I'm running asus x370-f gaming with 7 gpus (2 on board, 4 on risers, 1 on riser and m2 adapter). There was a problem with 7 gpus with April bios but it is fixed with latest one now.

Asus prime x370-pro should be fine also. A friend of mine uses it but not with 7 cards yet
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Zealot/Enemy (z-enemy) NVIDIA GPU miner. on: May 09, 2018, 11:37:00 PM
- Better error reporting. Now you see device number with its name if you encounter any cuda errors.
thanks for all and for this especially !
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: X16R - RVN - Miner head to head test log on: May 09, 2018, 03:59:03 PM
And yet, even with 1% dev mining, enemy 1.08 and 1.09 came out ahead in testing.

1 week ago there was no enemy 1.09 miner right? This is because after I started to publish my opensource improvements, enemy copied my work and included it into his miner for a 5% boost. I have added a few percent on sp-mod #4, so it should be faster than 1.08. opensource, free and without a virus.
You are liar again.  enemy 1.09 v5 has no kernel improvements comparing to 1.09 v1 . Only stratum and devfee part was updated and some minor bug fixed. That gives additional boost.

it's normal for the hashes to go down when CryptoNight-Heavy mine?

Maybe an improved amd driver will increase it? Vega fe can do 2000+ on cn-heavy.

It's because Vega FE has 16GB of RAM. Vega 56 and 64 has 8GB

Still don't understand why Vega FE can't do more more normal CN-7 hashes than the 56/64. The CN-Heavy results seem to indicate there's still untapped potential here.
In case of normal v7 vega with 16gb becomes compute bounded. Vega 8gb is memory size bounded with heavy.
It is just like with polaris 8gb and v7. You can set intensity to use all 8gb ram but due to lack of compute units it cannot handle it. But with heavy Polaris 8gb uses all its memory and has the same hashrate as with v7

Well. with all respect to Eliovp, OhGodAGirl and Wolf, all it seems like amd and nvidia are willing to give miners extra boost in threat of bitmain expansion
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Gateless Gate Sharp 1.3.7: 30Mh/s (Ethash) on RX 480! on: May 05, 2018, 07:07:11 AM
You'll better find the way to tweak mem timings for Vega.
For nvidia there is a solution already - OhGodETHEnlargement.

For polaris your program is a piece of ... well ... I just don't like it.
I tested it yesterday with my fresh computer with new rx570 8gb sapphire nitro+ micron memory. 18.3.4 drivers. Original bios.
First of all from the start your program screwed up my downvolt settings (made by overdriventool) and fired it up mining with huge voltage.
Than I tried to tweak (downvolt, timings) using your program only.
And it gets bsods "thread stuck in device driver" every try
I had no time to struggle with your buggy undocumented software. I've just flashed good timings, applied 850mv and went mining SUMO with 1khs@80watt with doctor's SRBminer ...

Hi,

the tool looks interesting but it does not increase submitted valid shares which are the important part vs hash rate!

It needs to be integrated with a miner to use the increase in hash rate to increase in valid submitted shares.
total bullshit ...
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [CPU] JCE Miner Cryptonight/forks, brand new, super fast! on: April 28, 2018, 05:49:56 PM
max speed of ryzen 1600 is 8 threads simple with smt enabled. you should get 2.7% more than xmrig or stak on monero v7.
In my case with 2 gpu miners running (ccminer and srbminer) I got performance degradation running 8 threads instead of 6. Either cache got flooded with gpu-miners or not enough compute power of ryzen 1600 to get benefit. I think it is the second.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [CPU] JCE Miner Cryptonight/forks, brand new, super fast! on: April 28, 2018, 03:00:13 PM
should double hash provide advantage for ryzen 1600? it has more than 2 mb L3 cache  per physical core
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner V1.4.9 on: April 28, 2018, 11:09:08 AM
Cast xmr works better for vega and heavy. Srbminer is best for v7
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [CPU] JCE Miner Cryptonight/forks, brand new, super fast! on: April 28, 2018, 10:57:12 AM
I mean what is the reason to release 32-bit code ? It will be useful only for botnets or non-honest sysadmins to run on large old networks.
No miner uses win32 nowadays. Legacy cpus consume more than earn. Only if you steal computer power it will be profitable
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [CPU] JCE Miner Cryptonight/forks, brand new, super fast! on: April 28, 2018, 08:52:33 AM
speaking about 32 bit code for legacy cpus - are you hoping to get some fees from botnet runners? Isn't it bad? ))

interesting statistics for my cards....the ancient HD7950 on Claymore's miner shows 450 H/s on CN v7 (monero), the newest Asus Strix Vega64 on CastXMR miner shows 1980-2020 H/s. So hashrate is 4 times higher. Both cards work with same pool as 2 workers of same login. I started both cards' miners at the same time, after 1 hour of work miner of 7950 reports 100 accepted shares, miner of Vega64 reports 120 accepted shares. JUST +20% MORE !!! Huh So what is all that 2000+ hashrate for?
1 hour of work is nothing due to probability nature ... Moreover, pool can assign different diff for your workers. So you'll have less shares but more "valuable" ones
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: AMD Ryzen hashrate? on: April 26, 2018, 04:43:12 AM
ryzens g-series have only half of cache memory, amd was not able to fit gpu core and big cache on this die. So it will not be as good for cryptonight as classic ryzens are

I tried my best ^^ I'm using reference card 56 with 64 bios.
OverdriveNtool is not working with 18.3.4 and I can't run above 1090 even on old driver. ( this is the same for all my card (20 cards))
OverdriveNtool is working like a charm with newest drivers.
Here is a screen of my Sapphire Pulse Vega56 with shitty hynix mem mining cryptonight-heavy @ 140watt

Thanks for the update. I have been putting it through its paces, and so far, using blockchain drivers on vega64, devcon (to switch off HBCC) and memory timings, I am getting 2030H/s per vega, no stability issues on cryptonight.

I'll start trying crytponightv7 and cryptonight_heavy soon.

if crytponightv7 shows 2030H/s then +3% with --memmax should result with unbelievable 2100H/s ! but i never saw those numbers on my vega64
No problem getting 2100k/s with vega64 and samsung mem

clocks are 1408/1140@875mv, rock stable.
first card is vega56 flashed to 64
And sorry 2 srb doctor, I'm greedy bastard sometimes ))

Can u share your PP TABLES ? I'm stuck around 1800h/s

My PP tables won't help you as they are very specific for liquid bios and old blockchain drivers.
But it is easy to get the same result using latest 18.3.4 driver and softpowerplay mod with overdriventool (based on your own bios).
Just make it work with clocks and volts I posted above and don't forget about good cooling. You need to keep your temps low for HBM2 on such high clocks
