101  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Liquid Synergy Designs Inc. -ASIC mining hardware on: August 13, 2013, 05:22:13 PM
I think its safe to say we are not going to see any type of refund, I am not 100% certain but if my memory serves correct I remember yifu stating that chip purchases are non refundable (could have been changed since then)

from the way I see it after mining for several months, it is definitely a losing proposition and again investing more than what you can afford to lose into something like this is going to result in loss of capital, if all you have is going into mining you are going to be way better off investing that BTC into a winning mining company like AsicMiner,

we can all gather up and get the pitchforks but nothing is going to come of that other than headaches and wasted money, all we can do is pray to god that we will see our chip orders, the biggest people in the shitter right now are the people like Steamboat so consider yourself lucky in comparison to someone who took a bigger risk than you,

Yifu, If you are reading this and are not in fact doing what you say I hope that karma comes to bite you in your ass.
102  Economy / Exchanges / Re: MtGox withdrawal delays [Gathering] on: August 13, 2013, 05:03:21 PM
I do not have a MTgox account, however, for what its worth since Ive known about MTgox, which was around the time of the 32-2 first crash, Mr. Karpeles has never lied about anything that was ongoing or not ongoing with his company. He simply has to much on the line to lie and get caught.

MTgox having banking troubles is both scary and good considering that the workload is now being diversified to other exchanges, simply put most of the FUD is created by users. I also bet that most of the people complaining are probably the smaller withdraws (under 5,000 any currency).

if you dont want to wait simply do not use MTgox but Mr. Karpeles runs an honest operation and has always done the best that he could with the situations he is handed,

your a bit behind we know this, and let them there are probably so many people that still havnt seen the new coins in their wallet yet
104  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO-cancelled] BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 12, 2013, 06:47:06 PM
Lol labcoin .0019 thats sexy
105  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER Speculation Thread on: August 12, 2013, 05:33:12 PM
Some people here have the coins to toss around, while Labcoin doesnt provide dividends it is still in speculative phase and people should only have what they are willing to lose invested, this bit of advice trickles to all ends of trading

Im still bullish on Labcoin probably because I was one of the people who benefited from their badly setup IPO, im not sure about everyone else who got to benefit with me but im going to say with slight confidence that these people arent willing to release their shares simply due to the way that things went, since others had a hard time getting them kind of gives it a special quality

Im also hoping that once the coins are released from ScamGarden all the other securities will have a nice uptick, I miss AsicMiner being at 5BTC per share

the submariner is the cheapest rolex that they offer... selling off your shares because of nonsense is a good way to buy back in at a loss, id rather sell into the strength of the tied up funds from BTCgarden im sad that I didnt get all 300 coins worth that I originally wanted but we cant all get what we want

In addition: If I had to guess it seems like a bit of mid life crisis, if swede was in fact born in 75 this makes him old in my book, maybe hes never had anything nice and this is a good way to feel wealthy since that is what wealthy people buy Rolex's, the lack of info is not bad in my book considering this could mean that the real people behind this security are hard at work, im a glass half full kind of guy,

Hey this is good news for anyone who didnt sell below IPO price,

Im happy I made profit and guess that my gut is as reliable as it has always been, im guessing after the coins are issued back that it will flow back into either labcoin or the almighty AsicMiner, im happy either way if the coins diversify their way to both securities since I have large stakes in them,

Nice try AIWill but I knew from the getco that you were going to be unreliable the scare of that chinese guy getting killed for running a ponzi probably was him enough to issue back the funds,

3M is definitely not worth dying for
109  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Amagi Metals - Best Prices of Gold & Silver for Bitcoins on: August 11, 2013, 07:47:42 PM
I think there is some metal convention going on, This isnt a definite just a guess since agora is also away til the 14th this could be coincidence but im also waiting for replies from amagi,

also received an order after 1 month of waiting hoping that this doesnt happen in the future but amagi has always fulfilled their end of the bargain even though a good number of my orders took a while,

also I assume with the way your handling the situation your going to keep the dividends since the shares are still with your address?

also for future reference I should never try to withdraw shares just sell off and withdraw bitcoins because obviously this cant be done correctly

I don't know why your slamming burnside. What is he supposed to do? Friedcat isn't the most responsive guy in the world. Why don't you go raise some noise in the ASICMINER thread? (BTW, Friedcat doesn't read it, so don't bother).

How about you mind your own business?

what about other people have their transfers been going through,

i am tired of waiting for something that is usually done within a week but by someone who operates an exchange for many peoples shares cant do the same simple task in 2-3 weeks?

thats great
113  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] Virtual Community Exchange w/ Options, DRIP, 2FA, API, CSV, etc. on: August 07, 2013, 06:59:47 PM
Ya cheers...

Can you send him a PM you have been sending him emails which either isnt getting read or skipped over, why is this such a difficult task to PM him

If this was 10 shares or something I wouldnt be crying but its 160BTC worth of shares,
114  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] Virtual Community Exchange w/ Options, DRIP, 2FA, API, CSV, etc. on: August 07, 2013, 05:56:07 PM

I dont get how steamboat's legitimacy was even in question, he is obviously not going to run with our money considering he ordered massive amounts of parts in order to facilitate a quick turnaround

This is just crazy on Avalon's part, I dont get how yifu doesnt come to give us an update or let at least the group buy leaders know whats going on, someone should hire a couple private investigators and hunt this kid down seriously
116  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO] [FAQ]BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 05, 2013, 05:40:52 PM
The price definitely held much better than I figured it would, but im still thinking its to early to say considering that the lack of news in a market as uneasy as this is all it takes for the price to go lower,

its still below the IPO price and I sold quite a few points higher than the IPO so im still in the money, is it as good as I hoped? No but things dont always work out in this game the way you want and you take the gains and losses in stride, im still waiting for news or no news to rebuy my shares,
117  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: August 04, 2013, 11:01:02 PM
Sounds like there is confusion about which Avalon is getting the money (and it's not the BTC mining company).  From another thread:

http://www.xconomy.com/san-diego/2012/09/04/running-on-two-year-cycle-avalon-ventures-lands-200m-for-tenth-fund/

Lol, if this plays to be true the person who wrote the article should look for a new profession
118  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO] [FAQ]BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 04, 2013, 10:21:31 PM
I only replied because your so joyous over the 1 share bringing it above IPO hence the chuck norris picture

I could say the same to you in reverse so instead ill keep posting
119  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO] [FAQ]BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 04, 2013, 10:18:08 PM
time will tell and is the enemy of us all, youve hardly given it any and the volume to bring it above the ipo price was 1 share lol, im still waiting for a big player to take the reigns since it will be a better indication of where it will be going, im still sticking with it going down because that is what the order book currently will allow,
120  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO] [FAQ]BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 04, 2013, 09:22:08 PM
lol what a comment from post above

have you seen the volume? its nothing all it takes is one person to sell off big and you will be eating your words
