121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do We Need Social Media Promotion on: February 21, 2018, 03:46:59 AM
Does Bitcoin Need The Social Media's Help To Promote Itself?

Well, Bitcoin needs all the help that we can get. With its current situation, Bitcoin Foundation is just thinking out of the box to help Bitcoin recover and might even succeed.

With the help of Social Media, bitcoin can attract new and young users. Learn about bitcoin and eventually adopt it.

Maybe this is the first step of mass adoption.

What do you think?
A lot is hooked up with the internet today and we need internet to access bitcoin. The problem is a lot of these internet users are unaware of the presence of bitcoin. Thus social media is indeed a powerful tool to promote bitcoin.
122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I would rather have paper money then Bitcoin on: February 20, 2018, 03:59:09 AM
This is going to come to a surprise to many on here, but at the moment I'd rather have paper (US FIAT) money. It's something that I would be able to actually use in my life with ease, and even though I love crypto and everything I have to be honest about what I think and see.

Plus for the fact that if i was to have bitcoin right now, I'd be paying a very high amount in fees if I wanted to actually end up using this money.

The general acceptance of bitcoin by majority of the population is,i believe, the biggest factor why fiat money is better than bitcoin. Also the main reason why bitcoin cannot go mainstream.
123  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Working Abroad is a lot of sacrifice. on: February 19, 2018, 05:01:18 AM
Hey guys,I just wanted to share some tips when you are planning to work outside your country or if you wanted to work abroad.
First you need to know things about the country you are planning to go or work.Knowing their cultures and tradition will help you a lot when you are already there.
Second is to know the rules of your target country. Some country especially in middle East have very strict rules and  if you guys come from an open city then u have to adjust a lot in their rules.
Third and most important is be mentally, emotionally and physically prefered.,you will come there to work. You need to sacrifice a lot of things and even your family. As for my experience homesickness is very hard to beat especially when you are used to do things with your love ones like celebrating ocassions. Here you will celebrate those days alone.
So if you guys have other tips on working abroad please comment here and share your thoughts.
I hope this topic can help people who wanted to go to other country for work.I wish you goodluck guys.!
Working far away from home and family really needs a lot of sacrifice. You have to endure your first few months from homesickness. News of ofw's going nuts because they cannot overcome their homesickness.

Marriage is such a piece of a sweet one who don't eat want to eat it and those who has eaten are repenting now Wink Grin Grin
What you guys think is life easier before marriage or after the marriage.

Definitely life before marriage is easier than when you are married. You dont worry if you go home late at night spending all your monthly salary if you are a single person. But if you are married, troubles of dividing your time with your partner and the things that you are used to when you are single comes in. The ways you spent your money when you were single may not be the same if you are married.
125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some of my friends still think Bitcoin is scam and Ponzi on: February 18, 2018, 03:01:25 AM
Dear all,

I just heard some of my friends chatting in a gathering and they think Bitcoin is scam and Ponzi. I just give them a smile and wish they will educate themselves a bit.

So, I would like you to give me some suggestions, how I can give them some hints with soft words which can change their mind or at least give them some more space to think twice?
There is no point in explaining and arguing with people who does not want to listen. It would be a waste of precious time. Let them believe want bitcoin is, it is their loss and not yours.
126  Other / Politics & Society / Re: president duterde of philippines on: February 16, 2018, 03:30:13 AM
is martial law really the only option of president duterte in marawi city PHILIPPINES?
Depends really on what side you are in, if you are a leftist then you would say no but if you are pro Duterte then you would definitely agree with it. For mem crisis in Marawi city needs immediate attention and declaring martial law in the said city was justified because it brought positive results. I am not a pro Duterte by the way.
127  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is the presence of Bitcoin able to wipe out cash? on: February 16, 2018, 03:23:48 AM
As it is famous today. that Bitcoin is the solution to the weakness of cash. Many people are switching from cash and using Bitcoin.
If this continues to happen then the cash will be destroyed.
what do you think about it?
will Bitcoin be replacing cash?
what if the cash impact is no longer used?
Bitcoins popularity by the day is one thing but its acceptance by the general public is another thing. It will not replace cash at the moment or for the next 10 years.
128  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Your Political Views on: February 14, 2018, 03:55:22 AM
How has your political views changed during your lifetime?
I dont like to burden my mind thinking about politics it would only complicate things for me. I just let the politicians do their thing and not minding at all. They are all just the same, protecting their own personal interest. Just be a good citizen of my country and i am fine with that already.
129  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dream house and financial freedom on: February 13, 2018, 03:03:21 AM

130  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is education must-have nowdays? on: February 12, 2018, 03:52:16 AM
Education is source of knowledge.
It teaches you verbal communication
It helps in surviving in the cultural World
Let me answer NO!

Education not necessary to help an another human being
Education is not, only the source of Knowledge it’s a part
No one can teach you better education than life

What do you think?
Everyone needs education whether it be formal or an informal education. Formal education is what you learn from school and informal is the ones outside of your school. You cant just do anything without learning first.
131  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Starting to learn a new job in bitcoin forum on: February 12, 2018, 03:45:07 AM
I've been wondering on how to do translation and what are the requirements to be accepted in this job? Also Can you advice on what bounty campaign I can apply for the beginners please send some help.
The easiest i think is facebook campaign but its the least when it comes to income. Better join signature campaigns just look for a good project, read all the rules and restrictions and you are good to go. But i suggest you have to do some researches about the basics of what crypto is.
132  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Flat earth on: February 11, 2018, 03:38:46 AM
Flat Earth ? Are u serious people ? Galileo Galilei has proved that Earth has spherical shape is in 16th century and Fernando de Magallanas has checked it in his last adventure (unfortunately). Live from International Space Station, photos etc... not enough?)))
How do you know that proofs given to you are real. Why can't it be faked ?
You cannot prove it until you don't see it with your own eye..
From the sound of it, you do believe that the earth is flat. Let me fire back at what you said. How do you also know that the theories of earth being flat is true, where are your proofs?? You cannot also prove it until you dont see it with your own eyes........
133  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: February 10, 2018, 04:04:17 AM
I recently paid for some local tacos using Bitcoin. My friend who was unfamilar with Bitcoin thought it was strange, like I technically didn't pay for them or something. We got into discussing Bitcoin and one of the questions he asked me was:
"Why would you want Bitcoins instead of cash?". For a second I didn't know what to say; then I thought about it and here is what I came up with. Feel free to contribute to this.

1) More security (especially if you are careful).

2) Bitcoins are a potential investment, cash is not. Paper currency only really goes down in value, Bitcoins have a lot of potential to be worth more as time goes on.

3) Fast, worldwide transactions at your fingertips.

4) Similar to #3, but it's a universal currency. It's legal in most countries of the world and you don't need any kind of currency conversion to send money to people in a different country than your own.
You can travel from country to country carrying a lot of cash in your smart phones without anyone to notice it. The burden of carrying a lot of money is avoided but the thing is, not all countries or institutions accept bitcoin as a means of payment.
134  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price is recovering! on: February 10, 2018, 03:56:48 AM
Everyone is shock with this price drop from $19,850 in mid-December to about 6,000 to 7,000 recently but then it is now recovering.

I suggest to visit this website for the latest update about BITCOIN.

http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/gadgets-and-tech/news/bitcoin-price-live-updates-latest-exchange-rate-south-korea-trading-ban-us-dollar-china-value-usd-a8196621.html
Prices are recovering at the moment. All the negative news lately made some holders to resort to panic selling which resulted for the prices to go further down. Hopefully prices will go higher for the next days and hopefully it would pass the previous high last year.
135  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it true bitcoin will fall to the leve of $1800 or $1500 ? on: February 09, 2018, 03:18:15 AM
Some experts who says bitcoin to completely crash is it true ? One of the reason said is virtual currency having no physical form and at least no transferable physically can not be recognized by  retail public users.
Everytime prices of bitcoin falls down, a lot of these so called experts come out and start giving predictions. All they do is instill fear in the minds of others for them to go on panic selling. Just be positive about it and better to buy more since prices are low it will eventually go up.
136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why aren't there more women in Bitcoin? on: February 08, 2018, 04:31:22 AM
Take a look around the crypto community, both in meatspace and online, and it would be fair to say that the majority of participants are male. This is borne out in a recent survey of 2,000 Americans which shed light on the makeup of the bitcoin space, highlighting a stark gender divide. In fact Google Analytics data estimates less than 4% of bitcoin users to be female. The question is, why?

I go to computer shop regularly and from where i play ladies and girls who are hooked up with the internet are more gamers themselves. DOTA2, LOL and CSgo are the usual games they are playing. None of them are engaged in forums such as these. Maybe it is a way for them to follow what is in right now.
137  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Taiwan earthquake on: February 07, 2018, 03:41:34 AM
An earthquake in eastern Taiwan, with a magnitude of 6.5 on the Richter scale, has a depth of about 10 kilometers. Because of the relatively strong shallow earthquake, the earthquake in guangdong and other places in China has a strong sense of earthquake, far away in China, Shanghai and other places have the earthquake report.

Mankind is very small in the face of disaster, let us pray for Taiwan!
Time and time again our government thru the initiative of PDRRMC conducts regularly a drill for such calamities. All from the major cities are mandated to join from private institutions to government institutions. But i believe no amount of preparations can save us when the big one hits, only prayers will.
138  Economy / Economics / Re: Crisis is Coming on: February 07, 2018, 03:36:18 AM
There was a kind of 'Black Monday' in the US Stock Exchange. The Dow Jones Index fell 4.60 percent. A daily loss was the strongest drop in Wall Street history with 1,175 points. Panic sales jumped into the world, the Japanese Nike index dropped by 5.5 percent ...

I do not particularly like to give disastrous news, but the crisis is in the doorway ...! The American Stock Exchange has not experienced such a decline for a long time.

Is this situation the signals of the crisis or is this crisis going to be skipped in a short time?

We are all waiting with curiosity ....
I believe it is always crisis in our country. Prices of gas is going up and here comes TRAIN Law which furthermore increases the prices of gas. A domino effect, prices of gas increases so as to all other commodities and services.
139  Other / Politics & Society / Re: bucket list on: February 06, 2018, 04:39:20 AM
Do you have a bucket list? What things would you want to do before you die?
No i dont. I just try to live my life on a daily basis and enjoy. Grab every opportunity that it brings and live life to the fullest.
140  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is the common cause of poverty? on: February 04, 2018, 03:31:56 AM
Will you explain what common  reason why some other country is still experiencing poverty and some person dying because of hunger because of efficiency on food?
I think poverty is becoming more of a hereditary. If your parents are poor then chances are you will grow up as poor also. If you will not strive and work hard enough then you will not be able to get out of the slump that you are in.
