401  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will hit $3k-$4k by end of 2017 on: September 06, 2016, 02:29:18 PM
Bitcoin price rise will occur before halving in my opinion.Miners need to stay profitable.I see a spike to $1500-$2000 by halving then a collapse to $800.A steady rise back to $1500 by end of year. It will hit $4k in 2017.
It would be good for the people that try to sell their Bitcoin but it is too soon to be able to predict the price of the Bitcoin in 2017.
If the price actually is in the thousands at that point I will be happy.
Yes, I am also will be. We will more than likely end up seeing a slow and steady rise and everyone will be making a little bit of money everyday. But, the more important thing is that bitcoin will be more stable after this happens hopefully. But, among this, I too admit that in long run bitcoin will be keeping on raising for sure.
402  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: September 05, 2016, 08:02:36 PM
If i get per week 0.1 earnings then i will quit my job, as my expenses to be meet , so i am doing my day job apart from that i am also online and doing bitcoin signature campaign and altcoin trading and skill work for bitcoins.

So is 0.4 per month is enough for you to take of your living, as 0.4 is not that high amount that we can afford to quit the job but it will also depend on where you are living and what is salary you are getting in fiat.
In third class countries 0.4 is a much good salary for fulfilling their expenditures, in those countries I have saw that most of the educated people work for only $100  per month (that is something 0.16, according to current price) and they try to live with that for the whole month.
Its kind of wizzard to be able to live with 100 dollars montly, for me it would require atleast 1-3 btc monthly as income, but i wouldnt left my real job as i can get my salarie and a good extra with bitcoin, soo i can retire sooner.
yeah i think earning $ 100 per month would be less? especially if you live in a country that has a high cost of living? I think the least you must have a monthly income of 1-3 before you try to work full time in bitcoin. for now I have not reached it

Yeah minimum 1 btc is required to live a good life and if you cannot manage to earn that amount regularly then its better not to quit your job or else you will find yourself in trouble.
Yeah agree with you friend who don't want to earn by just sitting at home. I am also ready to quit my job as soon as I am able to earn more than of my job through Bitcoins. I think that it is not impossible if you have good knowledge and best trading skills because many people using it for their main source of income.
403  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin worth to you or not... on: September 05, 2016, 06:12:52 PM
although i have never used bitcoin for cash in my life but still i can say that bitcoin is really worth to me, the earning from signature campaign and the other profit from saved bitcoin and that i invested in alts are really beneficial to me, it really give me financial support and i am satisfied with its income.
Yeah Bitcoins are extremely useful for me as well because it makes my life more easy and comfortable. The best thing is it also helps in financial support and because of this I am able to some extra money. It's not only me or you it proves helpful to many people and some are earning big amounts because of Bitcoins.
404  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will be see bitcoin as international currency? on: September 05, 2016, 04:13:28 PM
Its rue that bitcoin is being used massivly and if we compare it with banks then for me bitcoins are the best choose because it is transparent i can see each and every detail i want but bank does not share many information with us
Comparing wont help at all because no matter how good something is but unless we get users support towards it we can not get it accepted much. The best idea to get it accepted worldwide is by introducing and popularizing bitcoins as much possible and maybe run some schemes.

Comparing currencies isn't really something that we can simply do because they are different. Bitcoin is a decentralized one whilst the fiat ones are centralized. That said, bitcoin is already an international currency since it can be freely used on any country around the world, except for those that banned bitcoins.
405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: September 04, 2016, 07:43:43 PM
It is not just gambling but everything of which someone is addicted, is not easy to give up. You are the person who can help you at first, you need to make yourself assure that what were you doing till now was wrong and is bad in all perspectives then seek external help. It needs strong will and clear vision driven by inner will and you can get rid of gambling addiction over the time.
thats true, but gambling used to be my only addiction to be honest and it was really hard to quit it

Any addiction is hard to quit, but once you have realized it that you have a problem you should look for professional help, the help of your family and keep a very clear focus of your goal, to quit gambling.

Whenever a person realize that he is addicted and he has a problem from there, he then be able to give away from there, it is true that he find it hard to give up from there but he try his best to stay away from what he feels the problem, but those who are unable to understand that he has a problem from a place/addiction are unable to give up from there and stay the whole life at there.
Very rarely a gambler will realize his gambling addiction, most commonly a gambling addiction will be notified by other people to the gamblers. That is the reason, gambling addictions are becoming very severe over time before the gambler realize about his own addiction to his gambling. After that giving up gambling is a very big tough task for him.
Yes, if you realize addictions of gambling in early days itself, then giving up gambling is so easy. But out of enjoying in gambling, most gamblers will not understand their real danger of gambling days. But, with self control and with proper treatment from professional doctors, we may quit gambling.
406  Other / Off-topic / Re: how bitcoin is popular in your country ? on: September 04, 2016, 06:46:51 PM
It's somewhat known, between the people who are in IT and guys between ages from 18-30. Many people have heard of them but don't care that much. In Serbia, bitcain has yet to gets its impact.

Same is the scenario in my country, only youth is aware about it but very few are into it and rest are not at all interested in knowing it or using it.
Hey but we actually only need youth friend because youth are the ones who will share bitcoins the most among their groups and friends.
I think in my country apart from some thousand users none else knows much about bitcoins. I hope we had some shops or stores or markets that accept bitcoins Sad
407  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If one day BTC cannot be traded for cash, what will you do? on: September 03, 2016, 08:05:05 PM
do not do anything, because when it happened I thought nothing could be done other than bitcoin will become dust.

For example, when I save some bitcoin on the exchanger and wallet, then bitcoin cannot be traded for cash. whether bitcoin would be useful? I think it is not useful when it could not be money.

Well that could work since it already happened. But that is also the point. It happened already, how do you think people will trust again for the second time. It will be a big problem to bring it back ul without support.
I will go to primedice and say LOUD in chat " who wants some free bitcoins " maybe there are a few people dont know that its non convertible now and hence will get happy and hence I was at least able to make someone happy Smiley
Though BTC is never gonna get in such situation lol Tongue
408  Other / Off-topic / Re: What to do with my signature campaign earnings ? on: September 03, 2016, 03:02:27 PM
I never had that earning, maybe I will join one when I am a jr member. Cheers.  Cheesy
Even when you become junior member a request is there, please don't spam the forum since really its getting over loaded with useless posts.
Anyways the best thing to do with bitcoins is trading, buy some alt coins and then sell them once they rise or pump and buy when the price is low.
409  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: September 03, 2016, 02:19:14 PM
It's our way of thinking and how much serious we take it for our daily income, if we are only reliable on gambling than it is much worse because it can push to the very bad situation in case of get busted, so that if someone playing only to have fun with some extra money than it's nice way to spend some time there.
Exactly right. Gambling and its effect can be different for everyone and for some it can be good since they are very much tensed with their job or work and need some refreshment while for those who depend on gambling as a main source of income can be horrible at the end.
410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your gambling strategy on: September 02, 2016, 02:42:27 PM
Well for me gambling strategy is just following your gut , because sometimes the luck on our side is living where we get lose with our bets but for me you can just learn the patern sometimes so that you can able to create a self strategy in gambling website where you can now defeat the script but for me never chase your lose if you ever lose Smiley
Yes, strategies depend from user to user and from site to site. The most of betting I have seen on famous sites like primedice and others are always on small odds of winning and making chunks of bets. I think though this is a good strategy because whenever you win you will win big, but such strategies cannot at all generate profit in long term.
411  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: September 01, 2016, 05:30:33 AM
Australia played brilliant innings batsmen get started with very aggressive mode and made this victory one sided and also win this ODI series too, that is wonderful comeback after losing test series and it looking it's very strong team in short format of cricket.
Austrailia is always fav in ODI match. And today's game it was superb bowling in the first half and fantastic batting in second half. They deserve this victory. Yes after a very bad performance from Test match this is excellent come back from Austrailia. And also they won the series. Congratulation team Australia.

Yes most times then not Australia are the favorites in ODI matches. As I said in a previous post they needed to win this ODI series to make up for the bad performance in the test match series and they would of wanted to make up for it winning the ODI series which they have done easily in my opinion. The middle order has been the rock for Australia through out the ODI series and they stood up again. A great all round performance from Australia and they deserved the series win after a tough test series loss. Congrats to Australia and now they can look forward to the T20 2 match series.
Sri Lanka is very poor in batting. Because of the excellent bowling, they won Test series that's it otherwise there. Also, they will lose. But after successful Test series I have not expected this type of cricket from SL. This is very sad for SL cricket fans. But Austrailia is playing superbly. Congrats for their victory.
Sri Lanka could end up taking the win if there were more spinners from their side. The Australian line-up was actually really impressive and I’ve seen them playing fiery innings. Aaron Finch is the real damage creator to the home side and I was one of the heavily disappointed home fan. Still, I feel this strong Australian batsmen definitely deserve this win for taking the series.
412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Gambling is Fun? on: September 01, 2016, 04:36:40 AM
i feel this is fun when i win a gambling games in just $5 in a few days ago, but after that i feel its not fun because after i've got $5, i lose all of $5 in a second in other bet so i don't have anything in my pocket. but all in all, i think its fun when we can think that gambling is a matter of games. is ok when we have to lose or we have to win a games.

Yeah it is fun to win,

But it doesn't mean that you won'[t get fun at all if you lose consecutively in a game,
Sometimes the thrill and excitement in the game is enough to compensate the fun in the game.

But it depends on person by person.

Yeah, I don't need winnings in order to have fun. It's enough for me to play it and I'm already having fun.
Suppose you loose all the deposit you make in a single bet then how can you have fun ??
I think it is easy to say but in actual you know that when you loose you really get depressed and forget about having fun. I lost almost all the times I have played, though I never get sad but never had fun too.
413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what is definition gambling in your mind? on: September 01, 2016, 03:57:54 AM
In my mind definition of gambling is taking risk or trying my luck to get something in real life too. I am not talking about making money on gambling sites. In real life matters many times I gamble assuming that my guess or interpretation is good and I will be on good by taking risk of something to get other thing.
Yea that’s true. You can take a gamble like something additional (not an essential) in your life, it doesn’t always have to be money related.

I think gambling is just taking a risk where you don’t know what the outcome will be after you do something. So, my definition on gambling would be costlier entertainment but sometimes gives some fortune if we are lucky enough.
414  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How many bitcoin wallets do you have and why ? on: August 31, 2016, 06:19:55 PM
Hey guys, so I am a newbie and i saw some of members here have multiple bitcoin wallets , why is that? do i need to make multiple bitcoin wallets as a beginner ?

I think that even with only one wallet is enough for people but because of lots of hacks recently I think we should use 2 wallets.

What i prefer to do is to have one as the hot wallet where we use it for everyday or every week use.

And another one (preferably) a hardware wallet which we can use as a cold storage and as a hot wallet for a rarer use.
Can you explain what a hardware wallet gets you interested to such level that you prefer to use it?

I don't really see the need for a hardware wallet as it only adds extra cost.

You can just save your secured wallet files in a CD, USB, HDD, and the list goes on. And this is free since people have these things already at home.
Many prefer hardware wallets as there is less chances of losing the coins and the wallet getting hacked. I agree about the cost but those who earn or hold over 10-15 BTC prefer using hardware wallets (like the ones who hold coins for this forum and own over 250 BTC). For them, it's useful but not for us or those who hold less coins for their use.
415  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoins true potential on: August 31, 2016, 07:10:23 AM
There have been plenty of discussions from time to time on the price speculation of Bitcoin. Where do you guys see the price of one Bitcoin in the years to come? Most importantly, why? How would Bitcoin work? Bitcoin can not exist independently without any other currency, because then where do you derive its value? Imagine Bitcoin though is adopted worldwide, as a popular secondary means of processing transactions. What should the value be of a Bitcoin if literally every person who owned a bank account and debit and credit cards also used Bitcoin wallets and bitcoins daily.

My theory is that the value of a Bitcoin needs to be the sum of all the value of money that exists in the world divided by 21 million bitcoins then adjusted to market price.

Why is Bitcoin priced at what it is today and what is its maximum potential to be valued at?
potential for sure but i dont think the bitcoin will have a bright future because everyone is telling me it will die blabla and most of the peole are dumping them right now why is that can someone tell me,
Actually the people are seeing that everyone who is dumping are very ignorant. No one is dumping intentional like we do see in altcoin markets its just market fluctuations. It’s been steady above $500 price levels for a considerably long time now. Bitcoin is predicted to rise about $1000 levels at least next year. Then we can see the true potential of bitcoins.
416  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be considered a "high risk investment"? on: August 30, 2016, 07:52:52 PM
Everybody aware that gambling are risky things. When gambling site try to make investation option , just make sure that gambling site already long run and trusted based on forum feedback or other legit social media.

I know it isn't an investment, but in the last few years some "high risk" investment funds have appeared, and in them you can either lose it all or earn a lot of money.

Isn't this basically the same as gambling? Wouldn't it be faster to just deposit the amount in a casino? At least you'd be able to spend your earnings much sooner Cheesy

I also think the same as you stated in the first sentence, that gambling is not a place for investment, but a place for entertainment. With that we can say that someone will get a bigger amount within a bet but it is not sure that all the time every investment will give us the profit, we should have to spend at there not to invest.

Without investment, we can not make money in any business. But investing in gambling is bit risk, we have to choose a good place to spend then only we can able to make a profit . And gambling is the not right place to invest your money, and it is just a game to enjoy your free time. People miss understanding this, and they are losing money in gambling that's it.

I'm wonder for some people able win big from gambling that change their life forever

Thats really true, every people understand how the gambling had affected users at instances. Only very few users have succeeded with big wins. As a gambler he needs a good number of bitcoin to place bet as well a mind to accept losses. In my opinion it also can be considered a high risk investment as it has got the possibility to give big win depending upon our prediction.
That's supposedly a given that there would only be a few people who will become successful in gambling.
Why? Because on the faces of gambling, there will always be more people losing than winning, because the amounts are only being transferred. Bitcoin isn't a high risk investment because you're not really investing in it, unless you bought a share of the casino, then that's investment. But if you're gambling as in just playing the game, it's not really investment.
417  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how strong is bitcoin really? on: August 30, 2016, 10:25:20 AM
I don't mean leave a derogatory mark, but he may be stupid to say that we can predict gambling bets.
Sure, he's right that with the correct formulas we can do that but the problem lies in that we don't know the "correct formula" to do that or simply the human mind is most likely incapable of knowing that.
Sure, OP must be right that with the correct formulas we can do that but the problem lies in that we don't know the "correct formula" to do that or simply the human mind is most likely incapable of knowing that.

But I’m sure there are some people that have the mental capacity to do something like that, but that again is some very rare “Rainman” type stuff we’re talking about. However guess some of the patterns could make an impact significantly more possible.
418  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who really uses bitcoin? on: August 30, 2016, 06:44:45 AM
At my opinion, everyone can use it, doesn't matter how old are you and where you from, how much experience you got before, it's not so hard to start.
This is true. Everyone does use it. For every one to use bitcoin is possible now a days as there are simple websites like coinbase or xapo where it is very easy to sign up and buy bitcoin at very convenient  manner. It is also being used more and more every day, helps keep the price steady and on the rise towards some miracle levels like $1000 or $1500, we can expect that those price levels before end of this year also.
419  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do you have Bitcoin? on: August 29, 2016, 06:27:55 PM
Mainly for two reasons: To use it online to conduct transactions particularly Peer to peer mostly because it's far more reliable and more acceptable in person to person deals than PayPal, also as an investment to hold the funds and gain some profit from BTC volatility.
Wow thats greate can you share us some website where we can use my bitcoin too where to buy some random staff because bitcoin is more reliable where some stores are going to accepting bitcoin as a payment and person now are using bitcoin as a currency so that they can do investment
Online stores that accept bitcoin exists almost everywhere.
Newegg is probably the most popular yet (? still debatable) as one of the online markets that accept bitcoin payments.
I haven't used them personally since I don't use my bitcoin to buy stuff online.

But if you mean to actually buy random staff, well, you can look for blacksmiths that accept bitcoin payments and I believe there may be a lot of them in the black market. Or just ask a local blacksmith and pay them with bitcoins. ==Double win.
420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you can control your self when playing gambling? on: August 29, 2016, 04:58:41 PM
I'm a person that can't control my self when i playing gambling, especially on sports betting. Because everytime i lose, i will doubling my bet until my bet is win and it's always make me busted.
I have experience that many times in sports betting but I like sports betting because the gap of results is not that fast so for some reason we can lessen our aggressiveness in gambling by doing sports betting, when you have a problem with controlling our self we will not achieve success in gambling so we keep losing and will only enjoy temporary victory.
Sports betting is highly different from casino games because of the time gap. Like you said, sports betting isn't always in instant results unlike in casino games where results reveal in just a few seconds. The adrenaline rush that we feel on casino games is intense which makes a lot of people play uncontrollably unlike with sports betting, you have to anticipate and you can decide what to do while doing so.
