961  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Gnosis - the decentralized prediction market platform and oracle standard on: August 22, 2016, 01:29:45 PM
So, a major difference between Gnosis and Fairplay is that Gnosis is decentralized, right? There is a huge need of prediction-markets nowadays and I saw more than one very successful ones, but Gnosis is the first that I know that uses the decentralized approach. What was your reason of trying this innovative approach in the area of prediction markets?

Also, as the member above me pointed out, marketing will be very important. How important? I really love the introduction of the system, but to be honest I will consider investing into it only after seeing a proper marketing plan. Do you have a complete marketing plan already?

963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: www.tuxexchange.com looking for beta testers on: August 22, 2016, 09:38:49 AM
Looking forwarding to working with you!

First of all, I logged in and saw the DOGE coin that you promised indeed arrived. Thank you! Next thing that I found was that I found the trade page of the site a bit slow. When writing slow I mean when I have the page open and load and I am typing something into a textbox, my text takes seconds to appear. I guess that it is an issue of that page because I did not experience this slowness in other pages of the site. I was testing from legit Windows 8.1, newest Firefox and updated Adobe Flash plug-in. I found a third issue that was at the API page when I click on to generate new key pair I do not get a new pair. The site only takes me back to the profile page. Furthermore, I miss Python and Websocket examples. The API documentation mentions them but I found only PHP examples. Did I miss something?
964  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to optimize our Bitcoin integration? on: August 20, 2016, 09:19:14 PM
Has anyone written the code already? Actually, I, too, was thinking of writing an example code to OP, but I am too damn tired to do it now. If you write it at the end, I provide my collection into your consideration where I will organize such example codes for our users. You may have me include your code, too.

But first thing first, OP have you solved the issue already or would you like to receive additional help?
965  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ICANN transfer to the UN effect on Bitcoin? on: August 20, 2016, 09:01:55 PM
I cannot see an opportunity of disruption because of the ICANN transfer. So, I think you have no reason to worry about it nor I can suggest anything else that was not advised before to do  Wink I only wonder what made you think that such a possibility would exist after the transfer.
966  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [Autobuy] Account shop - Gmail - Instagram - Facebook & more on: August 20, 2016, 09:38:27 AM
I think, I can provide more help due to better visibility by putting my review here x))

UPDATE:

OP has sent a screenshot of transactions ( customers' personal information was blacked out, relax ) that I found OK. I received also an Instagram account + the e-mail account what it was created with and also a Gmail account. I found the accounts alright so I have good reason to confirm that OP really has the accounts he is offering here and is willing to run a legit business. You have my vouch, GLWS!
967  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: www.tuxexchange.com looking for beta testers on: August 20, 2016, 09:35:38 AM
We should be able to increase the length accepted. Not a problem.

Also, I have credited some DOGE to your account. If you're interested in testing the API that would be great. I can work with you. Smiley

Yes, I wish your team will increase the password length and I appreciate your willingness for that. Thank you for the DOGE credits, too! Thanks to that and my application, I will love to proceed with the API testing with you after the conference that I am having today. Maybe at the weekend we could start with this.
968  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top ten AltCoins on: August 19, 2016, 09:41:39 AM
I think doge is not sopular like in 2014-2015, it lacks more high-tech like smart contract, this limits their price, btc, 30-50 sat is good though, top 11-15 place.

I remember when I first read about DogeCoin I thought it was a fun kind of altcoin and did not expect any high-tech from it in the long run, but I never regretted having some as it is good for exchange and accepted by an amount of providers. I prefer to use it for test purposes like testing a new exchange and to be honest it still does well for that.
969  Economy / Services / Re: Sensus app. Looking for beta testers. get paid for your answers! on: August 19, 2016, 09:34:28 AM
Sure, we shall consider it.

I can vouch for Steem. I was invited there among the first beta testers. At first, I was very cautious as usual with a new service, but Steem became a trending project and I think, it is helpful to introduce new and useful projects like Sensus app. In addition to that you can see a value about how helpful people find your application, it is possible to earn actual money if they find it helpful so when an amount of people become attracted to it. Then you can invest this money into your business.
970  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: www.tuxexchange.com looking for beta testers on: August 19, 2016, 09:02:40 AM
Thank you for your interest PremiumCodex. It is NOT just a live demo. It is a fully functional exchange. It is incredibly difficult and we are fortunate to have a very unique and skilled team working to deliver (we hope) the best alt coin trading on the web. This project has been in the works for a very long time (2 years?) and we appreciate that you can sympathize with the struggles in getting a functional, polished product to the market.

You can deposit/withdraw DOGE and BTC at the moment.

Come join us in the chat and we will send you some DOGE to try it out.

Thank you for your throughout answer! I am coming now ))

The first thing that I realized was that I could not use a longer password than 15 characters. On the one hand, I found the thing nice that it warned me and did not let me pass with a longer password from account creation only to block me at the first login because of not letting me type in more than 15 characters into the password box ( it was a common bug at similar sites ). On the other hand, I wonder why I could use a 15-char password at maximum. My passwords were usually much longer than 15 characters and I was fine with them at most sites.
971  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: reasons to buy from individual? on: August 19, 2016, 08:37:47 AM
By following the discussion, I realized there is a small confusion about what the more cost-effective method is: exchanges or individuals.

It seems to me that in the prices of small amounts and safety the exchanges are better.

Individuals may be better in the prices of large amounts ( because of the negotiation possibility ) and protecting your anonymity.

It is up to you to decide what the more important attributes are for you: fine prices on small amounts - funds safety OR negotiation ability - anonymity.

Some people often find doing transaction with individuals faster, but being cautious is always advised especially if the provider wants to get you do the transaction REALLY fast ( like it was in hurry ). Feel free to add more to these arguments!
972  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [Autobuy] Account shop - Gmail - Instagram & more on: August 19, 2016, 08:20:28 AM
I wouldn't mind using E-scrow, but for these low priced goods, i don't see a point in using it.

In your place, I would ask the trusted escrow to release a public report about his / her honest experience to members. Some escrows do not even ask for a fee for such a thing. If no one wants to buy with escrow, you could simply ask a highly popular member here to simply confirm that you have the accounts and the mentioned successful transactions. This method could clean your name from the accusation on you, too. I can also understand if you do not keep the mentioned idea important because of the relatively low prices of each account, but from a customer viewpoint, it may be that important when someone wants to buy a higher amount of accounts or simply is disturbed by the accusation in the thread.
973  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [Autobuy] Account shop - Gmail - Instagram & more on: August 18, 2016, 08:37:14 AM
I really liked your previous answer and now I see that you have sold some accounts already. I think, you could easily prove your honesty to other members too if you have some of your customers return their feedbacks about the accounts' legit nature and you could simply accept escrow besides auto-buys. What is your opinion on this suggestion?
974  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Preev Alternative on: August 18, 2016, 08:19:09 AM
I think more than enough Preev alternatives have been collected in this thread, already  Grin

However, OP has not closed the thread yet so I take the bravery to release the full list of alternatives that I learned from you guys.

Preev alternatives:

  • Preev (dot) net
  • Google ( just type into search )
  • Bitstamp ( they have an API for devs )
  • bitcoinaverage (dot) com
  • CoinBase
  • youmeanbtc (dot) com
  • coimarketcap (dot) com
  • coincap (dot) io

Are there any apps on the Windows phone platform that will do BTC to USD conversions on the fly?
If not, it's about time that someone made one.

Is there any result from anyone's side who offered to help?

I could consider creating an unsigned one when an amount of people are interested. It would be a good challenge since I do not usually code for Windows Phone, but I think, I could do it in C# / XAML.
975  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: reasons to buy from individual? on: August 18, 2016, 08:01:53 AM
I read that it was cost-effective to buy from individuals instead of exchanger companies and the trust was the price you had to pay for choosing the individual way. However, I also read the your opinions above and wondered them because more than one of you wrote that it was cost-effective AND safer to buy from companies. May I know what exchangers did you mean exactly? Do we have an up to date list of these companies on the forum?
976  Economy / Services / Re: IDS Option Signature Campaign-Weekly Payment, Easy Requirements(payout edited) on: August 18, 2016, 07:48:57 AM
Hi ids manager,

Please update my wallet address to : 1CqhvS594i4FSsnesa4B2ZqC2f5AcVbCFD because I have accidentally changed it from my blockchain.
Thank you.

If you are talking about blockchain (dot ) info address generation, you may relax as there is no reason of any change in the sheet. On blockchain ( dot ) info when you generate a new address, your former address(es) remain in your wallet and are ready to use. You can view all of them in your settings. So, your wallet can keep more than one address and you will still receive the funds.
977  Economy / Services / Re: Will Promote Btc-Related Content On √CNN,√TIME, √Mashable, √The Guardian.... on: August 18, 2016, 07:33:41 AM
*Well, the initial price and the discount will be calculated & applied via PM with the interested person when he/she is ready to place order.

So, the actual value of the discount in BTC was calculated from the regular prices that your customers would pay without the discount.

It says to me that the price of having you get backlinks on the mentioned sites is based on certain factors.

What exactly does determine how much I should pay to get backlinks for my project? Is it per my project or per site where I want to put my backlink to ( or both )?
978  Economy / Services / Re: Sensus app. Looking for beta testers. get paid for your answers! on: August 18, 2016, 07:19:41 AM
This may save some cash for the team and users get rewarded for their work.

Actually, I find this reason good enough. According to what we discussed at an IT security course that I had with a certified ethical hacker, white-box testing may be very throughout and precisely points out all of the bugs and vulnerabilities, it has a high cost for the company that pays the professional testing team. If the developers of Sensus are a new company, choosing black-box testing seems to be a choice that I can understand.

980  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Batch Payments on: August 17, 2016, 10:08:57 AM
If you want to pay to multiple addresses easily using a batch code, you could use bitcoind. It works, for instance, with bitcoin-qt. You can find the list of possible API calls here. After running bitcoin-qt and initial setup in bitcoin.conf, you may start it like "start bitcoind". Then you can send your requests in an array. Tell me please if you have any additional question!
