541  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Adsense Alternative? on: March 11, 2017, 09:25:58 PM
Could someone send a list to Me of services that pays in BTC and accept +18 sites?

I do not necessarily mean porn, but more "serious" topics in general such as fetish or bondage.

I am also interested in a list of cyber-security dedicated services like cryptography, ethical hacking and security research.
542  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Silver Wallets - A New Kind of Physical Storage on: March 11, 2017, 12:07:55 PM

Thank you for providing resources! I found them a sufficient amount of resources to clear up my questions.

The holograms are tamper-proof, meaning that if they are peeled, there's a residual part of the sticker left there so it can't be stuck back on over itself and look like it was never touched.  The residue can be cleaned off and a brand new holo applied for re-use, which makes these rounds useful longer.

Thank you!

I appreciate the efforts that you put into explaining it with your words. You answered some physical security questions too I would have had in addition.

Your replies were really helpful. I think, you helped not only me, but many others too who are newly looking forward to learning about Silver Wallets.
543  Bitcoin / Project Development / I need an article about data integrity in projects on: March 11, 2017, 11:12:47 AM
So, I need an article that explains the issue of data integrity in projects. When writing data integrity, I want to focus on how you should avoid having to submit the same data multiple times without checking based on human resources.

E.g.: when you have two different DBs and you want to create a new record in both DBs and you should write a script that creates the new record in each DB instead of manually creating the record in one of the DBs then manually copying the same into the other.
544  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: For this project I need someone from Healthcare on: March 11, 2017, 11:04:49 AM
I am looking for answers to questions such as "How much time it takes at average to register a new patient at a new healthcare organization e.g.: hospital?". Then I will research how much time we could save if we did not have to register ourselves at each new healthcare organization, only once in a private blockchain. And even that we could do from home too.
545  Bitcoin / Project Development / For this project I need someone from Healthcare on: March 10, 2017, 09:58:51 PM
Hello! I am developing a crypto project, which is supposed to satisfy some demand in Healthcare. I have my own idea, but I want to clear up some details and what is important, obtain a reference of the demand in Healthcare. If you are working or simply are familiar with healthcare things, you could help me make this scientific project. You do not have to code or anything, I just want to have an interview with you. I can even send you a few dollar-worth BTC if you are really helpful and have good reference (e.g.: articles to back your story up).
546  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Anyone who wants to run an Altcoin Exchange? on: March 10, 2017, 07:03:05 AM
I would buy it if it is a very successful exchange. The issue is neither I have too much time to take good care of it. Theoretically (since I have not met with your exchange yet), what if I invested into your exchange and have you run it? I guess, you are doing your projects for money. I could pay you so you do not have to do other projects. So, you could free enough amount of time for the exchange. So, you could pay me back with a higher return from exchange's income. What do you think about this idea? Again, it is just theoretical, I am just interested in the possibilities.
547  Economy / Marketplace / Re: [BITZARD] BCT User-notifier-Make sure no customer is overlooked! on: March 10, 2017, 06:53:45 AM
The thing with this solution is that It's not going to work in real time so you will have to save P.M page manually everytime, Instead (If you could do it), I recommend making it asking for our logs but you should definitely make this open source (GitHub) otherwise people won't use it.

Thank you for recommendation! I will upload it to GitHub or Bitbucket once I have the time.

I agree. It automates the part where you have to manually look for the PMs whether you sent it. But you don't get to automate everything like when there is a new message on your thread, it automatically informs you via the app that there was a new message on the thread and you need to reply to it via PM. If you need to manually input the PMs from your account to the app then just find the messages you need instead. I think that will cost you the same amount of time.

Thank you for the suggestion! To be honest, I did not really get the last few sentences Tongue It certainly makes your process faster since you do not have to manually compare each PM to the replies under your thread, just ctrl + a, save page. However, a way to make it even better is to have a real-time auto-notification when new reply arrives and maybe auto-prepare a PM for that user. Probably, it would not be a good idea to automate everything, though. Because what if someone just asked a question but do not wish to get your PM stuff? So, I agree with most of what you wrote except that "everything" part ))
548  Economy / Marketplace / Re: [BITZARD] BCT User-notifier-Make sure no customer is overlooked! on: March 08, 2017, 09:52:36 PM
I don't get it honestly, how is it possible to have access to the private messages page without having controlling of the account? you clearly can't otherwise everyone will be able to read your PMs, either that or I'm missing something here.

You could log in to your account manually and save the PM page for offline usage. Then you could process the source with this application without having to log in to your account via this application. In this way, the application generates a string, which you could put into the PM address. That is how you could notify the users.
549  Economy / Marketplace / [BITZARD] BCT User-notifier-Make sure no customer is overlooked! on: March 04, 2017, 06:27:07 PM
Hi sellers in BCT!

I have programmed an Android application, which provides you the usernames who replied under your thread, but you have not PMed them yet. The application has two inputs: your PM page and your thread's page. The return will be the usernames whose replied to your thread, but there is no PM found to them in your sent messages.

No log in credentials needed, should work in most of the other forums too.

Application was built with Android Studio according to a layered model with XML front-end and Java back-end. API level is 5.0+, but probably I could build it with previous API levels too on request.

Contact me if you wish to get the source code! It has two parts: an XML code and a Java code. You will get them directly in forum PMs.

Copyright belongs to me. I wrote this software to help BITZARD's case, but why not contributing other businesses too?  Smiley

Best wishes,
PCX

So, I can easily keep this project running (and profiting) with a single partner, right? I understand if you move to a new project and have no more time to maintain this one, but you are not alone with being super busy Smiley Let us say I have a knowledgeable partner, then how much time we should put into this project to maintain properly?
Not more then 30 minutes a day. We've done the hard work. All you have to do is maintain it and advertise it. Pretty simple and straight forward.

Thank you for quick reply! Advertisement could get pretty tough, but I appreciate the offer you include social media surfaces in the package. What is the price-category you are thinking in? Let us say in a slide from the minimum amount that is not an offense until the maximum amount you would be just not ashamed to acccept for the project.
551  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] iPhone 5s - Perfect condition - US sales only on: March 03, 2017, 08:50:12 PM
It is unfortunate we cannot get this shipped easily into the EU. If you look back my previous threads, you can see I was looking and still am looking for a new phone and let me tell it is an excellent price what you offer. Cannot we somehow disassemble it and send its parts in private mails? Even weapons from DW can get somehow past the borders, right? I have not much experience with ordering weapons, but the same method could work with other products too.
552  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Silver Wallets - A New Kind of Physical Storage on: March 03, 2017, 08:41:48 PM
I am sorry if I sound a bit nooby with this basic question, but I have explored the beauty of the collectibles in this forum just recently. So, what I do not understand is how do I conceale the QR code exactly? I get that I put the QR code into the collectible then what do I do to conceale it?

Be careful not to commit the same error that the person who spent his BTC on pizza when it had low price then lost fortunes when it sky-rocketed Wink

I cannot forget the thread. I feel sorry for laszlo, but I know he still has enough fortune to survive and let us be honest, it is hilarious to look back.
555  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Do you have an idea to invest your bitcoin in offline business? on: March 03, 2017, 08:17:50 PM
Someone I know put alot of BTC into an offline business and at the end he had to fill a huge amount of papers and pay taxes. The issue is when you put your BTC into an offline business, the offline business is linked to your person. So, when inspectors come to you, you have to explain them where you bought that many things you have and they may not accept the reason "It is BTC and it is tax-free". In the end, anyone could say he bought his stuff with BTC that is why it is unregistered and tax-free.
556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins in healthcare on: March 03, 2017, 08:12:48 PM
PM the dev of bitswift, they have been dabbling...

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=922982.0

cheers

I read Bitswift's thread, but I did not find any specific reason how it could help our healthcare. What did you mean when suggesting this project?

Ethereum hands down. It's the best smart contract platform.

Ethereum is a modern approach and I like that. I, personally, am interested in development with Ethereum Virtual Machine. The question is how "trusted" it could become to use in such a sensitive area as healthcare?
557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Altcoins in healthcare on: March 02, 2017, 08:27:11 PM
I am working on a new project, which is supposed to demonstrate how innovative altcoin platforms could improve our healthcare.

This is a research for an Uni-level competition. The competition is among students.
Furthermore, this project could grow up to be a full degree project. So, I am looking for serious solutions only.

What altcoin platforms have any relevant feature? What is your recommendation?
558  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [Unknown] Attack on the Network in Progress on: March 01, 2017, 08:40:46 PM
I'm not entirely sure what the benefit of doing this is, pprobably to try to slow down the network (although it'd take a lot to do that).

I thought one of BTC network's benefits was being "resistant" to DDoS and similar kind of attacks. As you pointed out, it should take ALOT to slow it down even a bit. I do not think that is a realistic purpose at all. It is strange.
559  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: BlockChan - Censorship Resistant Message Board on: March 01, 2017, 08:38:17 PM
from the end user's perspective it doesn't matter very much. but the implementation will be way more complex if you wanted to support multiple block chains

Thank you for reply! Logical. It throws the question, though: Would we need a "blockchain management" software that helps manage multiple blockchain in the same project? I am visualising a software such as "version management software" and I want to point out how it became part of our professional development environment. Could a "blockchain management software" be the next element in our toolbox?
560  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: What's the most advanced symmetric encryption? on: March 01, 2017, 08:34:00 PM
Bcrypt is kinda based on Blowfish, just pointing it out to make sure you glance over it.

If you are going to consider asymmetric you might wanna take a look at One Time Pad (OTP).

I'd use OTP (One time pad), it's simple, fast, and unlikely anyone will crack it for the use-case you stated. The requirement though is that the key is kept secret. If you remove the requirement for "simple", go with AES256 as it is widely considered by most security experts to be the most secure today.

It's been theorized that with a cryptographically secure random key, the OTP method is suggested to be uncrackable.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One-time_pad
Example in C: http://codereview.stackexchange.com/questions/41748/small-one-time-pad-encryption-program
Python Example: https://breakingcode.wordpress.com/2010/02/17/one-time-pad-encryption-in-python/

Simple tool: http://www.braingle.com/brainteasers/codes/onetimepad.php

Thank you for your inputs! I accidentally forgot to add, but I studied about OTP, too. I studied that although it is considered theoritically uncrackable, in practice no key can be kept in perfect secret. So, it is very good in theory, but I wonder if there are better encryptions that work better in PRACTICE.

As for AES256: I studied a bit about AES, but not much about AES256. However, I found it in NSA Suite B. What does that mean to us?
