If you just say you plan to buy drugs on SR and resell them it'd be better than hinting at it since we all know anyway. At least investors would know there's a good business plan and huge profits if you were smart. Doesn't mean it's illegal either lots of drugs are legal lots of places.

Sounds to me that this transaction was intentionally created to put MM out of business for a while and to do exactly what it is doing to miners who didn't upgrade.

  If one plans to flip PMs there is little reason to be dealing with physical and a lot of reasons not to be (imho.)  If one is worried about being MF-Global'd playing with ETFs or something like that, one can still hold a core position in physical.
