I would wait before you make a decision like that. Confirm it with a MP owner or staff member. I can ask around for you, and get it straight from the horse's mouth, if you like. But for future reference, you shouldn't buy a coin just because someone said they heard something about that coin lol.

Yes, that'll be great if you get the information directly from the MP owner or staff itself  Grin

yeah, maybe. I have lost alot of opportunities not caring others words, that is why I'm trying to grab atleast some now Tongue
It was specifically written on Moneypot thread "Alt-coin integration across the site with a slight emphasis on the Rubies Currency. "
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1366689.0

So yes, its not a rumor. And i can confirm it.  Wink

But the specific details on when is still a question. But its goin to be soon.

-uni

I guess I could have been a little more diligent and searched through the forums... lol

But I just got confirmation, as well Smiley

So what does that mean?

Buy the shit out of them Rubies while you can get 'em cheap!

Good review, but how would you rate the Time vs. Rewards? If you had to break down your earnings based on an hourly rate, what would it be? The $700/month that you claim, OP - how much time does that require? And lastly, will you share your BTC address here with us as solid proof that you're bringing in at least $700 worth of payments to your address?

Thanks.

I bought my first initial run at 10,000sat each... I'm staking those coins at a huge loss right now lol

I would advise you guys to pick up as many as you can sub-3,000sat. I've been buying a couple hundred at a time at 2XXXsat each for the past few days now Smiley

Any idea how high could rbies value go and when to sell? I bought some at 2600 and some at 2900 and some from swapping rev to rubies.

I have heard that moneypot will add rubies on their site as one of currencies to play with in all moneypot apps and if it is true so I believe rbies price will increase significantly.
Lets just hope moneypot will launch it sooner, and I have to agree with btcjoe that it is a good time to grab some more rbies while it is cheap atm.

Oops! Was so curious when everyone are talking about ETH, sold all my rubies and bought ETH Tongue

Since moneypot is planning to add rubies, I'll be buying rubies again. Thanks for letting me know.

I would wait before you make a decision like that. Confirm it with a MP owner or staff member. I can ask around for you, and get it straight from the horse's mouth, if you like. But for future reference, you shouldn't buy a coin just because someone said they heard something about that coin lol.

irynet, good to see you found the micro earnings board! lol

But yeah, lottoitaliano was just saying that your site is ugly Tongue

You seriously should look at hiring a front end web developer to clean up your site a bit... They won't charge much, either... You can find guys on here that will do it for less than 0.25BTC to reskin your site!

Its not the worst site Ive ever seen, but then again, its not the prettiest.

It all comes down to trustworthiness of the site, If first impressions of a site (because of the lack of pretty graphics) cause  a user to not trust it, then the same must be said of the opposite, if a site looks good then you do trust it more. There have been lots of professional looking sites that have turned into scams.

If it wasnt the graphics, then it would be something else that would probably let it down, giving lottoitaliano another reason to spam his signature into this thread.

The only way to gain trust/users in my opinion is to operate the site with honesty and integrity, which I am doing.

Joe, always good to hear your opinion and feedback, I promise to make the next site more visually appealing........ Any ideas on themes or functions.

To be fair to lottoitaliano, your site can definitely use some help lol.

But to be fair to you, lottoitaliano is what I consider a sig spammer, as well Tongue

Yeah, I can see your point of functionality over aesthetics, but I want you to take this as criticism, and not an attack: your site seriously looks like a coder designed it and just completely threw all respect for design out the window haha. I can understand that you want people to use your site for what it is and have trust in your site, but there's no way to relay trust other than to continually pay your users. The site's design actually has very little to do with trust. What the design does have to do, however, is to attract users to it. If your goal is to convert more active users to your site, you're going to HAVE to focus on getting it more aesthetically pleasing. On the other token of the trust, is professionalism. And honestly, your site's design, as it currently stands, does not look professional at all.

Quite honestly, that's the reason why I stopped using it. As a designer, a site's design is VERY important to me. And when I have other options to choose from, I'm going to choose a site that looks and performs and flows better, when it comes down to getting paid the same amount for my time.

I'm anxious to see what your next iteration is going to look like, but for now, you've definitely come to the right board in order to get new users Smiley

Have a free bump Smiley

Dude, shut the fuck up with your bullshit. You know how many times that idiots like you come into these forums threatening legal action over some shit that doesn't even matter? This site never took your money. It never made you deposit anything. You WILLINGLY spent time to click a damn button every 10 minutes. It didn't make you do anything.

Also ... it's not a threat. It's a promise and It's what i'm about to do.
I don't know and don't care what someone else told you in private.

If you are not capable to manage payments in 12-24 hours as you say ... then change it and inform your visitors that you need more time.

Again it's not a thread.
Monday morning i will submit reports to your site registrant every authority departments about fraud and anything.

Watch your attitude, don't be rude, make your parents proud.

Thank you.

I've just reported you for being an imbecile.

I'll accept that.

I did a small run with some of my referrals to get this going. I'll report back and see if I get paid in a timely manner after I request a withdrawal.

I know you're getting botted at the moment, so check this out:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1200700.0

Specifically check out this part:
Real AntiBot Links

Download & unpack:
http://bit.makejar.com/labs/anti-bot-links-200/antibotlinks.zip

Code:
Files to add:
/libs/antibotlinks.php

Files to edit:
/index.php
/templates/*theme-name*/index.php

Ok, let's start.

First make a backup of your faucet (everything could go wrong, better safe than sorry).

Then

Copy:
antibotlinks.php

To:
/libs/antibotlinks.php

Now you will need to edit 2 files. I suggest using Notepad++ https://notepad-plus-plus.org/ to edit files but any good editor will do the job.
This is based on FB R60 but should work with newer/older versions.

Open:
/index.php

Find:
        $data['captcha_info'] = $captcha;

add after:
        # AntiBotLinks
        require_once('libs/antibotlinks.php');
        $antibotlinks = new antibotlinks(true);// true if GD is on on the server, false is less secure
        if (array_key_exists('address', $_POST)) {
          if (!$antibotlinks->check()) {
            $antibotlinks->generate(5, true);// number of links once they fail to solve min 3 - max 5, the second param MUST BE true
          }
        } else {
          $antibotlinks->generate(3);// initial number of links min 3 - max 5
        }

Find:
           $data['captcha_valid'] &&

add after:

           # AntiBotLinks
           $antibotlinks->is_valid() &&

Open:
/templates/*theme-name*/index.php

Find:
</head>

Add before:
<?php
# AntiBotLinks START
?>

<script style="text/javascript">
$(function() {
  var clicks = 0;
  $('.antibotlinks').click(function() {
    clicks++;
    $('#antibotlinks').val($('#antibotlinks').val()+' '+$(this).attr('rel'));
    if(clicks == <?php echo $antibotlinks->get_link_count(); ?>) {
      var rand = Math.floor((Math.random() * clicks) + 1);
      var button = '<input type="submit" class="btn btn-primary btn-lg" value="Get Reward!">';
      var z=0;
      $('.antibotlinks').each(function(){
        z++;
        if (z==rand) {
          $(this).replaceWith(button);
        }
      });

    }
    $(this).hide();
    return false;
  });
});
</script>
<?php
# AntiBotLinks END
?>

Find:
                            <?php if(!$data["captcha_valid"]): ?>
                            <p class="alert alert-danger">Invalid captcha code!</p>
                            <?php endif; ?>

Add after (the input field must be between <form> and </form>):

<?php
# AntiBotLinks START
?>

                            <input type="hidden" name="antibotlinks" id="antibotlinks" value="" />
                            <?php if(!$antibotlinks->is_valid()): ?>
                            <p class="alert alert-danger">Invalid AntiBot verification!</p>
                            <?php endif; ?>
<?php
# AntiBotLinks END
?>

Somewhere between <form> and </form> add (you need to do it 5 times, this is where the links will appear):

<?php
# AntiBotLinks START
?>

                        <?php echo $antibotlinks->show_link(); ?>
<?php
# AntiBotLinks END
?>

And finally remove the default CLAIM button :)

Thank you , I was just looking at this script .
See if it's OK now .
 Huh Huh Huh

You have a double claim rewards button; not sure if you could click either one, but you should probably remove the one that doesn't rely on the anti-bot verification links, as long as it's not against any terms of use that FaucetBox has.

I have 500+ rbies, I wasn't aware of staking all these days, so I kept them on yobit.

What is the minimum volume to stake the coins? I'll send it back to my wallet if I have the minimum.

I started staking with 500 coins Smiley That should be enough!

Also, go to the FreeCoins section and you can claim 0.5 RBIES every day, as well. Not much, but it's free!
1753  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: In 2016, faucets are bad for bitcoin?Or the bots are killing faucets? on: May 13, 2016, 01:23:12 AM
It is undoubted that the faucet business has not convenient because of bots. I think faucets are going to disappear this year.

People have been saying that for years. They've been wrong every year. This year is going to be no different. I don't think you understand how the faucet industry works... And I hate to say this, but neither do more than half of the admins that decide they want their own faucets. They just think there is money to be made by simply operating a faucet and making revenue from the ads.

Nope. So much planning and budgeting needs to go into launching faucets, and admins rarely take the time to do this. Most of the new faucets shut down before they're even able to get their first revenue payment.

THAT'S the problem. It's all the little sites out there that fuck it up for the bigger ones. The little ones that come and go and create "scams" of sites that stop paying after a mere couple of weeks.

It's the little sites that fuck up the AdSense for the big sites. The littles ones get banned from Google's AdSense so frequently, that occasionally, some big faucets feel the wrath of the banhammer, as well.

But as you stated, about faucets disappearing this year? Nah. I'm willing to wager 0.1BTC that they won't. Want to take me up on my offer?
1754  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: GameFaucet.com on: May 13, 2016, 01:07:55 AM
So this company claims to have been bought out by another company.  They redid the site and actually added interesting games; however, you can not login to the site nor can you access the games one you try to log in.  I have to say that I am going to recommend that you do not waste your time when it comes to this faucet game, for they are always having issues.  I had over 4,000,000 satoshi in my account and they zero'ed it out when they did the reboot.  Scam???  I dont know, but I do not trust it.

I am a global moderator for the new admin's network of websites, and I can confirm that he is, in fact, a new owner with no affiliation from the previous admin.

So if you're calling the old gamefaucet.com a scam, then yes. It absolutely was, as the old admin had no intention of paying off his users.

I can vouch for the new admin, mexicantarget, as he has consistently (for months now) paid out millions and millions of satoshis to his users on faucetgame.com (Click here for FaucetGame.com's ANN Thread), and is planning on doing the same for GameFaucet.com.

I invite you to come check out the site (fair warning: the new site is currently in its Alpha phase, and bugs are being worked out as they are being reported), and play a few games to level up your account and earn free bitcoins by playing games! We plan on adding many new games throughout the coming weeks.

We understand that this is not as good as paying all the old members back for the time that they had previously put in on the site, but I will say that it is well within our intention to pay all members of the new site moving forward.

We hope to see you guys soon!
OK, so I think we can establish that there is a new owner, however why was none of the old BTC paid out?  If a bank sells to another bank, the new bank can not just cancel out its customers account balances and say, sorry the last owner messed up.  Either the new owner or last owner should be responsible.  Who is to say this will not happen again here?  I am not the only one complaining about not being to login to their site.  Just saying, I know there is no cost, other than my time, but do I want to waste my time?  I have not even heard back from customer service support about my issue and it has been over a week...

Hey man, it definitely sucks to go through what you're going through, but I know the new admin, and I don't think it's fair for him to get reprimanded for an action that the old admin made. I do know that the new site is more sustainable than the old one, and there is a long term plan. If you do click on the link that I have provided earlier in the thread to the new admin's other website, you'll clearly see that he is paying (and it's currently the highest paying faucet that I visit). This new takeover is no different, and the admin has decided to share his profits from ad revenue and earnings with you guys!

Yes, it's wrong that none of the old members/players of the site got compensated for the time they put in, but that is not the responsibility of the new owner. But I do promise that if you visit GameFaucet.com and FaucetGame.com, spend a week or two there, you'll be hooked, and will start cashing out major amounts of satoshis/bitcoins in no time!

Don't know if anyone is interested here, but I a decided to sell the website: https://flippa.com/6422552-goldfaucet-xyz

It has got traction quickly, at the moment I have about 3M+ impressions per month. Don't have enough time to maintain it and to find a really good ad network to monetize.

Starting bid is at $50,000?!

I've seen sites with 20,000 registered users and 50M impressions a month sell for $1,200. I think you're way off your target here.

Hey, it's great to see that you are paying out now, and I really hope that you're earning high rewards from your faucet so that you can continue to payout.

I can confirm that your site was down for a bit last night; you may want to check your analytics to see what time this happened, and then speak with your host about why it went down. You know how fauceters are; the moment a site goes down, they'll be quick to call your site a scam lol.

Thanks for the transparency, and here's a free bump for you Smiley
