Dude, there's no way the dev and early holders can pump this to 100sat. It's the community that has to buy the amount of volume that you'll need to pump it to 100. And unfortunately, with an annual stake of 100%, that's going to be a very hard task to do, unless the general crypto community can see that BigUp is here to stay. Thus far, it hasn't been proven yet; there has been a lot of talk, but action is yet to come. I think that the admin is picking and choosing which of his members to pay, according to how and when they post here on the forums. I can only imagine that there are only 1 or 2 people that are getting paid out of the dozens and dozens of withdrawal requests, if not more.

This is the same path that InstantSatoshi took when they hit the mean average time that people started to hit the withdrawal limit; and that's when they declared that they had sold the site and no longer have anything to do with the new owner...
