Its almost impossible to get amazon gift cards at that rate unless if its carded or stolen. His statement is just a made up lie. I don't think it's a lie. He was e-whoring as one of his money-making techniques. E-whoring is a greyhat method of pretending to be a female in the hopes that a victim will pay you to send nude pics/videos to them. djordjamayna would allegedly receive payments as amazon gift cards from these victims, and then sell them here at a discounted rate. |

@wizmo, I advise you to take down personal information from this thread, and create a new post in Scam Accusations if you want to post personal information about djordjamayna, as per the doxxing "rules" set by theymos: The reason that doxxing has been allowed up until now is that it's occasionally very useful in scam investigations. However, oftentimes doxxing someone is used as a weapon in itself instead of a part of any investigation, and as a result innocent people are sometimes hurt. So to protect the innocent while hopefully not hampering scam investigations too much, here are some new rules on doxxing:
1. Personal information must be confined to the new "investigations" board (under Scam Accusations), which is only visible to Members and above. Personal information is defined as anything which links a user's online identity (username, email, etc.) to their meatspace identity, excluding links that the person himself has posted. It is not allowed to post somebody's personal information in any other public place, including in signatures.
2. It is not allowed to post someone's dox if it is especially obvious that you're just using the dox as a weapon. For example, if there are no remotely-plausible trade complaints, then the person can't be a scammer, and their dox should not be posted.
3. As before, anything that the legacy insecure government/banking system requires to be secret is not allowed anywhere. This includes social security numbers, credit card numbers, and certain account numbers.
This applies retroactively to old posts. If a thread contains a lot of personal information strewn throughout it, then the whole thread will be moved to Investigations. If it's only a few posts, then those will be split off. From now on, it's probably a good idea to create two threads for big scammers: one in Scam Accusations and one in Investigations.
From time to time there may be cases where it is very desirable to publish some results of an investigation. For example, if a class action lawsuit is filed, then the person's username should probably at least be publicly linked to the legal case so that other people can join in. For now, there is no uniform policy for this, and if you need to make some personal info public, post in Meta and we will deal with it on a case-by-case basis.
The reason I posted this thread in this topic (reputation) is to discuss the reputation of the target. I can't post in scam accusations, as I personally haven't been affected by any scams that this user has conducted (unless his ebooks were stolen and resold without permission). Hey, it looks like you've grown fast, and hit your bandwidth resource limit. Congratulations, but hosting can be expensive, especially for extra bandwidth. A good option may be to look for hosting providers using BTC here on the forums. Just a tip, a lot of hosting providers that claim they give you "unlimited bandwidth" still have a cap on the bandwidth they give you. If you're looking for a new provider, make sure to reach out to their support team to see if they truly have an uncapped bandwidth allotment.

-snip- I have seen wetsuit pay a user back 77BTC before because of a mistake (that the user made; not wetsuit). Just out of curiosity: what was that mistake? It was a transaction discrepancy after wetsuit updated his wallet version. The transaction was posted, but the BTC was actually never removed from his account, thus becoming an empty transaction. Seems like after we upgraded to bitcoin core 0.12, this transaction was created by the client but never broadcast to the network, so our wallet was showing this as sent and the money was removed by the wallet client but it was never actually sent. Going through the email history, the user sent most emails directly rather than use the contact form. As a result of this his account details could not be viewed which happens when the contact form is used. A couple of emails were sent via the contact form but they were pretty unclear and the person handling support emails did reply back asking for more details and a detailed description of the problem, but no answer was received to these emails. In any case, this was clearly our fault and a big one at that. So basically there is an option for you to bet on which team to score first either the home team or the away team. Odds vary from 1.56 to 2.30. So apparently since that day every time I go to try this strategy it's working.

Hey. So my town is 40 minute away from the border with Greece. I was in a town with many hotels which is no more than 15-20 minute away from the border. I went to eat in one of the hotels and I had a discussion with one of the hotel owners. He told me they got lack of firms that want to do the laundry. He told me they are paying 4€/kg of laundry. Here in my town laundry costs 0.70 BGN which is 0.35€. I plan renting few buses and making few courses every week to take laundries. I would need some investment to start with. Why are younsaying it is a scam? You said you ran test and proved it doesn't connect to the tor network and that this coin is not anonymous at all. Than show us that proof and I am happy to believe you, but as it looks now it just looks like you are an FUDDER. Technically, if the developer is claiming that the product is doing one thing, while the actual product is doing another, it is a scam. Merriam Webster defines a "scam" as: Definition of SCAM
: a fraudulent or deceptive act or operation • an insurance scam  Because OP is claiming that the QT wallet is fully integrated with the Tor network, and it is not, it could be considered "scammy". OP, for transparency, you should write a disclaimer or a clause on the top post explaining that a tor-integrated wallet will be available at a certain time. Hey, it looks like you've grown fast, and hit your bandwidth resource limit. Congratulations, but hosting can be expensive, especially for extra bandwidth. A good option may be to look for hosting providers using BTC here on the forums. Just a tip, a lot of hosting providers that claim they give you "unlimited bandwidth" still have a cap on the bandwidth they give you. If you're looking for a new provider, make sure to reach out to their support team to see if they truly have an uncapped bandwidth allotment.

There have been a lot of false positives regarding the wallet. As you can see below, it is now registered as safe by BitDefender, which is a large free antivirus program. I'm fairly certain that to get approved via BitDefender takes a bit of research and code breakdown on their part. hey folks, I think one of the issues keeping the price under $5 right now is that the TorCoin website is blocked by certain browsers and software, such as bitdefender. This is because BitDefender scans the site for downloadable files and flags the TorCoin windows wallet as a virus. Clearly it is a false positive (or we would have hundreds of people screaming, obviously), but it results in some blockage of the TorCoin site, which is problematic. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am thinking to host the downloadable files on some other site, perhaps. Awaiting suggestions. You may want to consider selling it for another cryptocurrency. At the moment, there are over 200,000 unconfirmed transactions in the blockchain; fees alone will make this much more than a single buck. Maybe LTC or DOGE? Fees are much lower for those transactions. Just my two cents!
