1221  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [400GH/s] p2pool: Decentralized, DoS-resistant, Hop-Proof pool on: August 25, 2012, 12:06:04 PM
After luck improved I started using p2pool again (version 3.1 on win7x64). My hashrate is 840MH/s.

I ran it 24/7 for 3 weeks.

While it looked very promising at first - I got a constantly ~0.15 BTC per block - my reward started to decrease about 10 days ago. I got less and less for each block. At the moment it's only 0.03 BTC per block.

First I thought it's a problem with my miner (cgminer 2.6.4) - so I restarted it.

But I still only get a reward of 0.03 BTC per block.

So p2pool must be the problem here.

Any ideas?

With 840 MH/s, you are getting 0.39/day (on 100% luck). Check if your average is close to it. Block reward doesn't matter, your average reward matter.

All accounts are going to me moved to GLBSE? When you finally move it, do we need to change anything, buy shares from asset on GLBSE or something? Or maybe old account will stay as they are now?

Q & A

-----

Q: Who are you?

A: I am debating getting verified on GLBSE. (...)

From 6th of May 2012 you cannot verify yourself on GLBSE.
Sorry, but I am not going to invest in your assets. And I am warn others from doing so.
Get yourself verified man, and then we speak again. We don't know who you are, and how long are you going to keep your business running before you run away with money.

Really sad to hear, nckrazze. Are you going to include calculated amount of interest when you will be returning funds to investors?
1228  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: [BitcoinMax.com] Closing down on: August 18, 2012, 07:22:45 PM
It was a great service. Thank you for running it while it lasted.
Does this mean the ~2 BTC I earned from interest are null? In other words, will I only get the 10 I initially deposited?

If pirate will ever payback, you will receive all your funds seen on bitcoinmax right now.

Pirate has closed his BS&T. What will happen now with owners of YARR shares? Will you buy back all shares for 1 BTC each?

another extremely minor inconsequential bug report about the website; looks like the pool's hashrate is becoming too big for the graphs  Grin

(firefox 15 on ubuntu)

I imagine it will look even worse when you hit 1TH. Perhaps its time to drop the last digit.

It might be a glitch related to Linux and fonts used by Firefox. Everything looks fine on Firefox 14 @ Win7.

I have already planned to meet up with BTCurious and a couple of others.

I'm going and would definitely like to meet the manager of my investment fund  Grin
Sure, I will probably be pretty public of who I am and such, I was thinking of maybe posting if I go and eat with some friends somewhere, so that anyone that wants to join in can Smiley
Otherwise I am sure that if you want to find me you can, If you want my number then that can be arranged Wink

Sounds great. We can gather more investors from your Fund and meet together. I will be there as well:)

@pyramining:
It's really good to hear!
I am sure that your decision will attract more people to p2pool, and, to your own business as well.
I hope that everything will be fine  Wink

I am sorry to say that, but I am not going to support this project. I would rather support kids and people in need from my own country... Not from Kenya - I have never been there and I will never go!!

Thanks for reply. This is a must have. My mining rig is headless, I am using different devices to look at my stats. API for miners is really needed Smiley

Hello. I  was looking on the page for API to get my workers stats. Are there any way to do it? I just found API for whole pool statistics. What's about separate stats per miner, where I can get it?

EDIT:
oh, I so well hidden  Huh
In https://bitminter.com/api/pool/round I can see "your workers" "your hasharate" etc. What if I wonder to open this page https://bitminter.com/api/pool/round from different machine? Of course is different, and I did not see any stats about my miners.
Can you guys implement this?
