What kind of device it gonna be? Is it guaranteed to receive it after buying 5k shares? What's the hashrate? We need to determine is it worth it or not. You guys we're saying about selling ASICMINER. And look - we already cashed out 120 BTC dividends. Keep it going

While I would like to divide the shares, I think it's too much work which will go in to it and I know that several investors. Invested in the fund as they didn't want to deal with exchanges and assets themself, Hence I think it's best if we do as we have previously done and sell the shares and payout the bitcoins made. Then each person can decide what to do with this payment, if you think ASICMINER is a good investment, then you can buy the shares on BitFunder I am thinking of putting up all the shares at 0.7 BTC, What do you guys think? This will enable me to pay out about 50% more of the total fund amount, which will bring us up to 70%. //DeaDTerra Please do not sell, as least not mine part. Lets wait for dividends first! We can have cake and eat cake.

We can do an e-mail poll to find out what investors want. I personally don't need any ASICMINER shares. I just want GBF to run until it's all paid back.

To answer everyone's questions. I would not take all the profit if we end up getting back more then 100% (I highly doubt it). I would take the 5% originally agreed to. I am not looking to hold ASICMINER for a longer period of time, I am looking to sell them once I think the time is right. What are you guys attitude towards selling the shares? Would you like to see a sale, if so how many of the shares and at what price? As for the GIGAMINING claim, I have talked to James and I am looking to submit the claim sometime next week. //DeaDTerra
Please do not sell ASICMINER shares Please claim GIGAMINING as soon as possible, I already did myself and sent affidavit recently, waiting for confirmation right now.

Where is Feb 24 payment?
Working on that, will be sent within the week. Did you read my PM? I would like to change payout address.

We need more power. Pool have to be over 600GH to have chance to make over 3 blocks per day and pay like it should. NOW is best time to join p2pool ;]
Yeah, but who gonna pay for extra 300Gh/s of GPU hashpower? As we know, FPGA are useless on p2pool, and GPU miners are leaving slowely, moving to newer machines. P2pool has to change its strategy or it will vanish.

That's sounds insane Software should change to be compatible with common, well known libraries and other tools, not users messing with their system just to get one app working.

Seller is saying that they doing 800MH/s. They are in mixed setings, some 2x2 Icarus setup, some HashVooDoo single ones.
What would you say for 800 GBP for both?
are you changing the bitstream on those icarus I sent? care to share more about this? This message was about Cairnsmore1, it should go somewhere else Sorry.

Hi guys, I have question about starting cgminer with this Icarus board. I just connected one Icarus board to PSU and USB, fan is not moving, everything is silent, no leds, but Linux has found new USB device: $ lsusb Bus 002 Device 008: ID 067b:2303 Prolific Technology, Inc. PL2303 Serial Port Results: $ cgminer -S noauto -S /dev/ttyUSB0 All devices disabled, cannot mine! What I am doing wrong? Fan should be off and it starting automatically? I checked fuse after reading this http://en.qi-hardware.com/wiki/Icarus#Pictures and it's fine.

PyBitmessage is written for Python 2.7, not Python 3 and that is the source of the problem. I currently don't know how easy it would be to get running on both and if it would be too much work to support both in the future.
So any ideas, how make Bitmessage working on Debian GNU/Linux
|
|
|
Is Bitmessage working on Linux? I tried it on Debian Testing: $ python --version Python 2.7.3 $ python bitmessagemain.py PyBitmessage requires PyQt. You can download it from http://www.riverbankcomputing.com/software/pyqt/download or by searching Google for 'PyQt Download' (without quotes). Error message: No module named PyQt4.QtCore
PyQt on Debian exist only in version designed for Python3. So I installed it - python 3.2 and PyQt 4.9.3-4: $ python3 --version Python 3.2.3 python3 bitmessagemain.py File "bitmessagemain.py", line 22 except Exception, err: ^ SyntaxError: invalid syntax
Any suggestions? I am using latest version from git.

Yay dividends! Will you wait until Gigamining gets their BFLs and becomes Teramining to sell? Gigamining are only claimed by signing affidivit and providing goverment issued documents. How are you going to sell it? Read it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=75802.0
