2421  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Pirate40 and the aspiring Chinese Leader disappear at exactly same time! on: September 11, 2012, 02:10:15 AM
Oh he is here on one of his sock puppets working to get his post count up so he can create another ponzi of some sort to pay off the old ponzi where he goofed up and leaked his name. This time he will redo the ponzi with a lower interest rate and be sure to not attach his name to it in any way.
2422  Economy / Lending / Loan request for mining equip Closed - Complete on: September 11, 2012, 12:21:26 AM
After weighing pros and cons I have come to the conclusion that I would rather get loans and then promptly pay them off. I would like to secure 4 to 5 more loans to bring my total to 300 so I can get started. I would like a 4 month loan total and to work out a fair interest rate please pm me.

Current loans :

Patrick - 9/18 will be paid in full, eliminating the last of my outstanding debt, this was for an unrelated project(s). Paid. No more outstanding debt.
Patrick - one closed loan from patrick already

Nebulus - 50btc - Received and confirmed. - Repaid
Eisenhower34 - 50btc - Received and Confirmed. - Repaid
Psychoticboy - 25btc - Received and confirmed. - Repaid 5ea31cabe4f623df44d2a514aeba94c214726b61f26437f75a871cf96b44bcf02012

I will continue to save from my mtgox trading account so eventually I will have all the btc on my own, but would like to do this faster so PM me with questions or reply here. I will of course accept more as it would only speed up the mining operation process, but this should cover all the initial costs.

I will operate at a loss untill all lenders are paid which is why I have posted 4 months, that is what my estimates put the timeline at currently.

Completed - Repaid.
2423  Bitcoin / Mining support / New Mining IPO questions on: September 10, 2012, 04:45:11 PM
I am going to be purchasing fgpas and in the coming months asics to begin a mining setup. I have the calculations worked out already for dividends and pricing etc, but I am wondering if anyone has a quick run down on how to open an IPO on glbse to get it started what terms to use etc. so I dont feel like a retard. It seems like it should be fairly simple, just posting how much we generated for the week and how much would be applied to dividends is all anyone would probably care about. But I want to be sure so if anyone has any input from past experiences in starting a mining operation with an IPO.
2424  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which exchange website should I use? on: September 09, 2012, 12:10:16 PM
There are several, but the most common is mtgox but if you are looking for others here is one.

Vircurex, they also handle alternate currencies.

Agreed also, but lots of people gave him more time sot of and believed the bs, at this point even the bs date can't be disputed now so if fud is high enough then a short freefall may come just from the speculation fud.
2426  Other / Off-topic / Re: STOP! FUD Time on: September 08, 2012, 11:12:10 PM
I think your correct, the only impact pirate has at this point I think is when he surfaces long enough to say something stupid to effect the price so he can add to his stockpile before he disappears.
2427  Other / Off-topic / Re: STOP! FUD Time on: September 08, 2012, 11:09:31 PM
Eh, I hope there is some, I like getting a little more wiggle room when running my trades. I think most of the people effected dont know that it wont really impact prices, but think it will and because they think it will they end up causing self imposed fud and panic selling/buying.
2428  Other / Off-topic / STOP! FUD Time on: September 08, 2012, 11:05:17 PM
I want to make sure I know whats going on with the upcoming festivities tonight, correct me if I am wrong. I am sure these three things should have an impact on prices tonight and through the next day or two, anything else to factor into this mess?

Pirate Default pending (potentially)
Big Bet Win/Lose Incoming (80kish)
Various bets on that bet

Anything missing to take into consideration when watching the FUD and butthurt flow through the exchange tonight that I didnt bother reading?

2432  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Patch to add a "rescan" option to importprivkey on: September 07, 2012, 05:07:30 AM
Thanks for all the cmd line ideas, going to test them out too when I get home. And good point on the genesis block, mayhap there should be a python patch for bitcoinqt that gives a full separate window with auto import and copy/paste function from a spreadsheet to make multiple payments at once without having to copy/paste each. There it is my full wishlist. So when I do my faucet payouts it wont take as long if I am not on bitcoind at the time.
2433  Economy / Goods / Re: Homemade Tortillas For Bitcoins - Los Pollos Hermanos (No Blue) on: September 07, 2012, 05:02:50 AM
Perfect! Glad you liked em, now you just cook up some potatos and eggs and bacon and stick them on there with a dash of salt..../drool.
2434  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Patch to add a "rescan" option to importprivkey on: September 07, 2012, 04:13:54 AM
I was having oclvanity spit them into the .key file then using multibit to import them all. Been looking for a way to automate the process but havent found one yet, the vanitygen and oclvanity both spit out the address and the priv key when all I want in the file is the priv key. Any idea of a command to limit the output? (trying to do this all in windows binaries with current tools to make an easier process)
2435  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Patch to add a "rescan" option to importprivkey on: September 07, 2012, 03:01:25 AM
I see the potential, will try and give it a whirl when I get back form vacation.

2437  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New Faucet for free bitcoins every 24 hours BitcoinAddict.com on: September 06, 2012, 02:50:09 AM
Make like a couple cents a day on these things. Nothing spectacular but free is good.

True, but as prices go up, that starts to pile up after a while.
2438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Devcoin on: September 04, 2012, 03:24:11 AM
Looks like the DVB are selling pretty well on cryptostocks.com. Hope it keeps going good for you guys.

Like Ukraine is part of Russia, right tovarisch?    Cheesy

Btw, Canadia is not the proper name...  Soviet Canuckistan is.

I know what you mean, I live in the land of Newlywednearlydeads in Florida.
