.... For a machine that has about 1300$ in USED parts on it, at current fair prices (not refurb prices).
Isn't REFURBED > USED He just made my point for me. Read below for private conversation about cards. Just wanted everything out in the open. I am sorry about the damages during shipping. I tried to ensure that there were enough packing peanuts in the box. I don't know how much taping the static bags would have helped. All I can say in my defense is that I've recieved countless cards in the mail this way and no matter how they are packaged it is not unusual to get bent front plates and some chips of plastic gone. Take pictures of the damage though and I'm sure we can work something out. As far as the cards go I never tested them gaming. The one that was in the bubble wrap static bag was the display card on the rig and should be your best bet for gaming (I never saw it artifact... watched some movies with it while it was mining). I am not trying to rip you off and if you are really dissapointed I'm sure we can work something out. I priced them such that they would get sold quickly and at a price that would reflect what little testing I had done on them (i.e. they had just been mining for months with no games played on them). I don't know the settings you used them for gaming... You ought to try running all the cards in regular games not benchmarks and adjusting the Voltage to around 1.012 vddc and the core clock to stock: 725mhz. This is what they were run on for months on end and since they are older cards they require much less juice for the same clocks. This can help reduce artifacting. I am posting a copy of this in the thread. Let me know, Andrew Cards went out this morning USPS.
Tracking is:
0312 1430 0000 9606 9888
The card in the bubble wrap static bag is the card used as the display card.
Thanks man, Andrew
Ok so I got a chance to plug them in and I was quite ..disappointed. 2 of the cards had bent mounting brackets (where you insert the screw). Nothing a pliers doesn't bend back. Also one of the cards had a small red piece of plastic break off near the crossfire connector. Both damages were cosmetic as far as I know and could have been prevented with better packing. Also both cards with the original red fan show artifacting in games. The black fan one seems to work ok so far for games (I only tested with OCCT and furmark).

Despite 1 transaction on the forum accepting that price it does not dictate that I accept that price. I declined the offer already, sorry. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=129118.msg1391795#msg1391795Have a couple of rigs I'm getting rid of... Just want to sell the 5970s though
4x 5970s guaranteed to mine at 725mhz core 1.000 VDDC...
They get 650mh/s bitcoin and around 600kh/s litcoin mining.
Shipping will be extra unless you buy 3 or all 4... then its free. Not gonna test them gaming. As far as I know, none of them artifact... But some havn't been run as primary dispaly in a while.
Want these gone quick. First to establish an agreement over pm and send bitcoins gets them.
UPDATE: Forgot to mention, one of the cards has been reflowed... Both of the cores. Been mining fine for weeks. This cards comes with a 15 day warranty for mining. All the other cards have not been reflowed and work perfectly to my knowledge.
ALSO: If someone has good rep. but it short on bitcoins... I can take half up front and as long as you can pay the rest within two weeks that is fine.
Thanks, Andrew
I think andrewk does good work, and I would probably have bought them at that very very cheap price. But, I am not going to accept that price for my cards.

When I wanted a girl to know I was interested, I would simply go up to her and say hey I am Jasin, would you like to go have dinner one night? If she said she has a boyfriend, you just informed her you were interested and not creepy, straightforward and all at the same time you can be very apologetic and say something like oh I am sorry I did not remember I did not mean to be rude.

The issue that was stated elsewhere is that TRC is a primary chain since its almost copypasta of bitcoin, so is there a way to make it receive duplicate information on the TRC of the information that is being submitted to the BTC network?

I just bought a 5970 for $150.
5970 pricing seemly has went down a lot.
Which at current pricing is 150/13.39=11.2 BTC
11.2X4=44.8
Power supply about 10 BTC
54.8.
And adding everything else.
58 BTC.
At most I can see is an offer of 60 BTC + shipping. I'm not offering that btw, but a suggestion on what your pricing should be.
That 150 is for a reflowed card.....so yeah no I would not accept that offer. These have never overheated, then had to be reflowed. You bought what is the equivalent to refurbished cards. The cards if I was to even consider something that low, I would hit ebay first and get ~220-300 for each card. It seems to me that all of the figures thrown out there are low overall. For a machine that has about 1300$ in parts on it, at current fair prices (not refurb prices).

Yeah it would be good if Blockchain.info/MyWallet added more coins. Not a fan of PC based wallets although Electrum is good for creating 'brian wallets'.
I trust a thumb drive stored with the wallet more than web based ones since I control them. But electrum is decent too and armory ...I don't trust brian to protect my wallet.

I use no-ip.org for the static IP, I am not huge on networking so I will answer as best I can. I use virtualbox. In virtualbox it is on a bridged connection in the settings, this was the only method I could figure out to get it to even gain a connection. I am using centurylink as my provider, I dont think they block ports, but it seems like they might and just dont know it.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Help with port forwarding to enable bitcoind
|
on: December 08, 2012, 03:52:55 AM

I am attempting to setup a Virtual Machine with ubuntu running bitcoind but I keep on running into issues getting the port forwarding to function properly. I need to open up 8332 on a westell A90-750022-07, but the router will only open up port 22 for the ssh to function. I tried the pfconfig program from portforward.com and it does not seem to open the ports either when I test it on canyouseem.org or any other port test site. Any suggestions?

Tested Devda.ch It does function to receive dvc and send. Waiting on final confirmation for the send. Please send the generation share for the review there below also to ensure that the gen shares can be sent to this web wallet.

Nice, so it looks like wallets are fairly well covered. Next now that the wallets are available, more sites need to be able to accept devcoins as payment to increase adoption rate.
