Gotta love those immigration sites, the government hates helping people by being capable of showing open appointments.

2484  Economy / Goods / Re: Mexican food, tamales, homemade tortillas etc Test Run Just Pay Shipping on: August 25, 2012, 02:01:47 AM
It was a net loss of 1.75. It was a trial run no sales yet Tongue If an objective random person on the internet across the country likes them then we will start peddling them Smiley But the actual amounts we send will be more than what we sent him. We sent 7 thin, 7 fluffy homemade flour tortillas.
2485  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [QUESTION] Can you put up Google adsense ads on a bitcoin related website? on: August 25, 2012, 01:26:44 AM
I imagine it goes something like this:

 - Bitcoin related site puts of adsense
 - Bitcoins users like to use tor and go to the site and click the ads
 - Google sees tor users clicking ads and suspect click fraud
 - Adsense revoked.

The site blocks tor, and as many proxies as we can detect.

It is no longer called adsense, they rebranded it as adchoices.

2488  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Starfish BCB - Loans and Deposits on: August 24, 2012, 12:48:04 PM
I think I should respond, but not sure how best to.  I'm sure WifeofStarfish will let me know when she gets to your post.

Let's just say I think Starfish BCB is doing a great job (and also that this photo summarises the character of the man I married more eloquently than any words could do...

2490  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why do people give away so many coins? on: August 24, 2012, 03:03:24 AM
And yet despite us doing the work a lot of the time we get hack attempts, (I have noticed 4 on my site). Or people who farm from proxies (That is what sinks most of the faucet sites)
2491  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why do people give away so many coins? on: August 23, 2012, 03:34:43 PM
Step 1: Attain Bitcoin
Step 2: Give it away

2493  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why do people give away so many coins? on: August 23, 2012, 01:06:55 PM
I think people are so kind giving away lots of coins free, why don't they just keep then and use them?

Do you mean the sites that give away 0.0001 BTC? That is only worth 1/10 of a cent and they get paid when people click on the ads.

I mean if guys dont like us giving away those free fractions of a cents then why do you visit our site every day just sayin...
2494  Economy / Goods / Re: Would you buy mexican food, tamales, homemade tortillas etc w/btc? on: August 23, 2012, 12:53:36 PM
Looks like this will be a go. Now who is not wearing a tin foil hat right now and is willing to give out their home address so we can get a test run started....we will start with tortillas since they wont require any dry ice.
2495  Economy / Goods / Re: Would you buy mexican food, tamales, homemade tortillas etc w/btc? on: August 23, 2012, 02:47:41 AM
Well stuff such as tortillas, they hold for weeks just like bread in a plastic bag. The tamales though, would have to go on dry ice there is meat in it. Although I would just overkill it and pack it with lots of dry ice. And yes she knows Tongue Shes the whitest mexican I have ever seen but of the 8 siblings in the family and counting her mom and grandparents. She is the best cook of all of them, whats funny is she even makes "White" food which is to say no spicey ingredients if you so desire. And my all time favorites (I love pastas) she makes chicken alfredo homemade which is low carb like 5g per serving, tastes better than any restaurant, homemade sauce (she uses some fat free deal I have no clue what it is) I lost weight eating the stuff she makes, and its freaking good. So yes she is a good cook and yes we can ship just about anything. But I am going to have to figure out how much it would cost to ship most of it and if there is interest Smiley and btw if you think this is like taco bell food remember taco bell is americanized for us chubby americans. Real tortillas are fluffy like a slice of bread and taste good. But keep the feedback coming, I will show her this thread later see if she would want to try a trial run.

Thinking of taking a page from bit pantry and putting the wifey to work, could I get some feedback, would anyone buy homemade tortillas, tamales and other dishes upon request? (Many of them would have to sit overnight to taste right anyway so sending them wont be bad on the food since it holds for a long time. Gimme some feedback on what you think plz.
